For the duties of a transmission net operator it is necesary to know in which way each power plant affects the high voltage network. It is also important for him to be informed about the consumption's dispersion.Depending on its geographic location, each power plant of the 110 kV network influences the nearest nodes of the high voltage network. The effects split up, depending on the relay of the power plant, and are in total 100 percent. Also the power consumption for each state spreads out to nodes of the transmission network in certain fractions. The objective of this work is to calculate these factors based on an energy model.Based on statistical factors a graphical analysis should verify if the input data and the simplified view of the model (neglecting the consequences of switching) are enough for its implementation. Also the topic of net security is an important factor for this energy model. For the adaption of an existing power plant as well as for a new power plant, the limitations of the nearest transformers should not be exceeded. The following thesis covers two economical analyses concerning the indicated adaption and takes the question of the economic profitability of the project into account.Additionally the proceeds as well as the expected profit should be evaluated based on the european energy exchange EEX. First of all we will determine the loss of profits, which results from an extension of an existing thermic power plant from the point of view of its operator perspective that the net security should not be put at risk.Furthermore, the mentioned loss of profits will also be determined for the case of power limits at the influenced nodes

Transient secondary and tertiary structure formation kinetics in the intrinsically disordered state of α-Synuclein from atomistic simulations.

In the absence of a stable fold, transient secondary structure kinetics define the native state of the prototypical and pharmacologically relevant intrinsically disordered protein (IDP) α-Synuclein (aS). Here, we investigate kinetics preventing ordering and possibly pathogenic β-sheet aggregation. Interestingly, transient β-sheets form frequently at sub μs time scales precisely at the positions observed in aS amyloid fibrils. The formation kinetics competes with rapid secondary structure dissociation rates, thus explaining the low secondary structure content. The fast secondary structure dissociation times are very similar to the dynamics of tertiary structure rearrangements. These findings suggest that the fast dissociation kinetics slows down conformational selection processes for aS aggregation, which may be a general mechanism controlling the aggregation kinetics of IDPs
