เทคโนโลยี นวัตกรรมและภูมิปัญญาของชุมชนทางด้านการเกษตรผักปลอดสารพิษที่สามารถ
นำไปใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ได้จริงและเพื่อให้เกิดการวิจัยและพัฒนาการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยี
สารสนเทศที่มีศักยภาพและสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในท้องถิ่นได้อย่างเหมาะสม แนวทางใน
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบมีส่วนร่วม (Participatory Action Research: PAR)
กับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทุกภาคส่วนทั้งระดับชุมชนจนถึงระดับจังหวัดจนสามารถสร้างและ
พัฒนาศูนย์ข้อมูลสารสนเทศเพื่อการวิจัยและพัฒนาสินค้าผักปลอดสารพิษ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่
จำนวน 6 ศูนย์ฯ ได้แก่ 1) ศูนย์ข้อมูลสารสนเทศฯ อำเภอแม่วาง 2) ศูนย์ข้อมูลสารสนเทศฯ
อำเภอสันป่าตอง 3) ศูนย์ข้อมูลสารสนเทศฯ อำเภอสารภี เว็บไซต์ 4) ศูนย์ข้อมูลสารสนเทศฯ
อำเภอเมือง 5) ศูนย์ข้อมูลสารสนเทศฯ อำเภอดอยสะเก็ด และ 6) ศูนย์สารสนเทศฯ อำเภอพร้าว

วิจัยและพัฒนาสินค้าผักปลอดสารพิษ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ให้กับสำนักงานเกษตรท้องถิ่นในแต่ละ
พื้นที่เป็นผู้ดูแลและสานต่อการดำเนินงานในการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาศูนย์ฯ อย่างต่อเนื่อง
เพื่อให้ผู้ผลิตและผู้บริโภคผักปลอดสารพิษ สามารถใช้ประโยชน์จากศูนย์ฯ อย่างเต็ม
ประสิทธิภาพ โดยเฉพาะการปรับข้อมูลการผลิตผัก ข้อมูลราคาผัก ควรปรับให้เป็นปัจจุบันอยู่
เสมอ เพื่อให้เกิดความเชื่อมั่นทั้งผู้ผลิตและผู้บริโภคได้อย่างยั่งยืนEstablishing information center for research and development clean vegetables in
Chiang Mai for the year of 2008 has the objective to establish and develop source of
information technology , innovation and local wisdom of clean vegetable agriculture as well as
develop to transfer information technology to apply and use in communities. Participatory
action research is conducted with other related organizations of clean vegetables. As a result,
six information centers of Chiang Mai clean vegetables are founded; 1) information center at
Maewang district; 2) information center at Sanpatong district ; 3) information center at
Sarapee district; 4) information center at Muang district ;5) information center at Doi Saket
district and 6) information center at Phraow district.
Information centers of clean vegetables were established and connected by the
network of clean vegetable agriculturists in Chiang Mai and information is distributed on
website of the clean vegetable administrative center (http://www.mcs.okrd.org) which linked
by the website of Chiang Mai Provincial Agricultural office
(http://www.Chiangmai.doae.go.th) in order to distribute knowledge base in production,
marketing of clean vegetables and connect consumers with the production source of clean
vegetables.
Information center for research and develop clean vegetable products in Chiang Mai
has publicized knowledge base of clean vegetables for communities to study how to use
information in managing clean vegetable production such as presenting clean vegetables
through information center for research and development clean vegetables as well as enlarge
the channel of distribution to consumers in every level.
For the next phase of study, researcher will tender this information center to Chiang
Mai local agriculture office to look after and continue to improve and develop so that clean
vegetable producer and consumers can obtain the advantage form using this center such as
adjusting information of producing clean vegetables, price of clean vegetables which should be

No full textการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสำหรับการส่งเสริมและอนุรักษ์ผักพื้นบ้านในพื้นที่ อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลการใช้ประโยชน์ผักพื้นบ้านในพื้นที่ อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ และสร้างเครือข่ายการเรียนรู้การใช้ประโยชน์ผักพื้นบ้านและเผยแพร่ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นในด้านการอนุรักษ์พืชผักพื้นบ้านให้ชุมชน โดยใช้ข้อมูลจากการลงพื้นที่เพื่อรวบรวมผักพื้นบ้านร่วมกับ ชาวบ้านตำบลช่อแล อ.แม่แตง จ.เชียงใหม่ ซึ่งมีจำนวนชาวบ้านเข้าร่วมโครงการจำนวน 6 คน โดยทำการเก็บรวบรวมตัวอย่าง และสัมภาษณ์ตัวแทนชาวบ้าน จากแหล่งที่ชาวบ้านนำผักมาขาย ได้แก่ กาดนัดผักปลอดสาร ตำบลช่อแล อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ พบข้อมูลผักพื้นบ้านทั้งหมด 31 ชนิด จำแนกได้ 19 วงศ์ และพบว่าส่วนรากเป็นส่วนที่ถูกนำมาใช้ประโยชน์มากที่สุด รองลงมาคือใบ ดอก ลำต้น ผล น้ำมันหอมระเหย เหง้า เมล็ด ใบอ่อน เปลือกลำต้น ยอด หัว ก้าน ผิว เนื้อ ซัง ฝอย แกน เถา เกสร ยาง น้ำ กระพี้ ฝัก ตามลำดับ การรับประทานส่วนใหญ่นำมาปรุงสุก ด้วยการ แกง ต้ม นึ่ง ผัด คั่ว ยำ กินสด เช่น แกงแค แกงชะอม แกงมะรุม แกงผักปลัง แกงผักกูด ต้มบวบหอม ต้มจืดตำลึง ฟักทองนึ่ง ห่อนึ่งแค ผัดผักบุ้ง คั่วผักกูด คั่วผักโขม ยำบุก คาวตองสด ยอดมะกอกสดกับลาบหมู ผักแว่นสดกับน้ำพริก ขิง ข่า คะไคร้ ใส่ในน้ำพริกแกง ผักชีไทย ผักชีฝรั่ง ใส่ในแกงเกือบทุกอย่าง เป็นต้น ผักพื้นบ้านที่นำมาใช้ประโยชน์ส่วนใหญ่ปลูกเองในแหล่งที่อยู่อาศัยมากที่สุด เก็บจากรอบหมู่บ้าน ทุ่งนา ริมคลอง และป่าใกล้เคียง ตามลำดับ
ส่วนการพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลเพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลผักพื้นบ้าน ในพื้นที่ อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ได้ทำการรวบรวมข้อมูลผักพื้นบ้านในพื้นที่ ทำให้ได้ข้อมูลผักพื้นบ้าน ทั้งหมดจำนวน 31 ชนิด และได้นำระบบฐานข้อมูลไปเผยแพร่ให้เกิดประโยชน์กับนักเรียน ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้มีเพาะปลูกขยายพันธุ์ผักพื้นบ้านโดยเน้นการมีส่วนร่วมของชาวบ้าน บริหารและจัดการให้เกิดการทำงานเชื่อมโยงกันเป็นเครือข่ายอย่างเป็นระบบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้พัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลดังนี้ โปรแกรมภาษา PHP ในการเขียนโปรแกรม ใช้โปรแกรม MySQL ในการจัดการฐานข้อมูล และใช้โปรแกรม Dreamweaver ในการจัดทำเว็บไซต์ โดยระบบฐานข้อมูลการใช้ประโยชน์ผักพื้นบ้านในพื้นที่ อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ มีการจัดเก็บข้อมูลผักพื้นบ้านโดยมีรายละเอียด ดังนี้ ชื่อภาษาไทย ชื่อภาษาอังกฤษ ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ วงศ์ ชื่ออื่น ลักษณะ การใช้เป็นอาหาร ข้อมูลโภชนาการ คุณประโยชน์ และ วิธีปลูก เพื่อเป็นสารสนเทศความรู้ให้กับบุคคลอื่น ๆ ต่อไป ผู้วิจัยมีความคาดหวังว่าฐานข้อมูลที่ทำขึ้น สามารถเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ และใช้เป็นข้อมูลในการจัดทำหลักสูตรท้องถิ่นของโรงเรียนที่ตั้งอยู่ในพื้นที่ศึกษา และบริเวณใกล้เคียงได้ ซึ่งจะไม่เพียงแต่เป็นประโยชน์แก่ท้องถิ่นเท่านั้น แต่ยังเอื้อประโยชน์อย่างใหญ่หลวงต่อการวางแผนพัฒนาประเทศอย่างยั่งยืนและมั่นคงต่อไปโครงการวิจัยสนองพระราชดำริโครงการอนุรักษ์พันธุกรรมพืชอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ สมเด็จพระเทพรัตน์ราชสุดา สยามบรมราชกุมารี (อพ.สธ.) ได้รับทุนสนับสนุนมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม

No full textTransportation authors publish in a broad field that touches nearly all disciplines, from engineering to user behavior, from climate change to materials sciences. Accordingly, there are vast amounts of research that are applicable to transportation and one could spend hours, days or weeks searching, especially as an author begins their initial literature search or review. When we receive search results, how do we know we are getting the highest quality research reports to inform our research decisions? Many researchers turn first to general search engines such as Google, which cast a wide net, and return a great deal of search noise. However, transportation authors and researchers can be more efficient searchers when they begin with focused search tools such as the Transport Research International Documentation (TRID) Database (http://trid.trb.org) and the International Transport Research Portal (ITRP) (http://www.intransport.eu/search/index.php). These tools provide for a more focused and intelligent search option to identify appropriate transportation-related information and research.One advantage of having a transportation-related report indexed in TRID and ITRP is that transportation authors can be confident their work is more visible to their peers, as TRID and ITRP are dedicated to transportation research, without the noise and ads of general search engines. Authors can also improve the retrieval rate of their publications in TRID and ITRP as well as other search engines, through the choice of keywords from a controlled vocabulary, such as the Transportation Research Thesaurus, TRT (http://trt.trb.org/).The Intelligent Searching for Transportation Research Information poster will demonstrate that authors can improve their own literature search efficiency and quality by using TRID or Transport Research Portal rather than general search engines. Authors will also learn how to submit publications for indexing in TRID and ITRP, as well as how to improve retrieval of their publications through the use of TRT keywords.This poster was originally presented at the Transportation Research Board 94th Annual Meeting, January 13, 2015

Research methodology for Part A involved: telephone survey to SPR report recipients on FHWA directive list concerning what they receive and their practices; an electronic survey to State DOT Libraries concerning their distribution and publishing practices; and the development of distribution instructions for State DOT librarians. Part B involved: literature review documenting origins of TRDP and similar documentation pages; a canvass of State DOT and transportation subject database librarians on current practices regarding the TRDP; and a random selection of published TRDPs from TRID and NTL to identify current TRDP practices. Results for Part A concluded that all State DOT libraries surveyed (n=21) distribute SPR reports to TRID and NTL. Most distribute to NTIS; but only half distribute to the remaining recipients on the FHWA directive letter. The majority of the State DOT Libraries surveyed have an alert system; catalog SPR-funded reports from their DOT; use group email distribution lists; and store SPR-funded reports on an internal server. About half of the libraries assign a permanent URL. Results for Part B identified that the 1972 TRDP and 1975 instructions are the current information available for completing the TRDP. The most populated fields on the TRDP are: title, author, abstract, keyword, report date and number, performing and sponsoring organization. There is inconsistency regarding the completion of all other fields. Recommendations for Part A: State DOT libraries should continue to distribute SPR-funded reports to TRID, NTL, and NTIS to maintain discovery and preservation of transportation research. State DOT libraries should maintain their current distribution and preservation practices, and make reports available to researchers and practitioners within three months of report completion and approval. Recommendations for Part B: A universal TRDP with an instruction sheet should be made available at a central and easily accessible location. This will improve consistency in completion of page. EduNuggets: An Intelligent Environment for Managing and Delivering Multimedia Education Content

Today's teaching and learning practices are evolving to leverage the continuously increasing information available on the web for all conceivable subject matters. This change is clearly visible in the field of Web-based learning. Instructors use on-line information sources, in addition to their textbooks, to collect content for their teaching material. They also use a variety of tools to prepare their presentations of this material, and make them, in turn, available on the web. Students also use the web to find more information on the subject matter that they study. This wealth of information presents a great challenge: how to provide an integrated, authoritative, extendible and shareable information collection of related multimedia education materials. The main issues of concern become easy access, fast efficient retrieval and relevant representation of different content such as text, HTML, PowerPoint, audio, video etc. In this paper, the author describes EduNuggets, an intelligent repository for multimedia educational material. EduNuggets has been designed to support the semantic integration of multimedia content to be distributed over the web. The paper discusses the user interface, tailored to instructors who maintain the collection, and learners who may use several strategies to access this material. The paper also presents a discussion on the two Information Retrieval (IR) techniques implemented in EduNuggets for effective exploration of the multimedia content, namely, Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) and Naïve Bayesian Classification (NBC). Case studies performed to determine the validity and effectiveness of the NBC algorithm are also elaborated upon. Finally, the author describes a technology called Synchronized Multimedia Integration Language (SMIL) for authoring multimedia applications. In this project, SMIL is used for developing interactive multimedia resentations that include resources such as text, HTML, PowerPoint (PPT) and images. These presentations can then be played on Windows or Unix platforms and can enhance the repertoire of material available to instructors and students.
