berkaitan mengenai perawatan grab.
kegiatan muat bongkar dipelabuhan.

In order to transport goods from the loading port to the loading port, it
can be on time according to the estimated schedule, one of the important factors
so that the loading process runs smoothly is the condition of the loading and
unloading equipment. Based on the facts found, the author was interested in
making a thesis with the title "Optimizing grab care in the smooth loading and
unloading of clinkers in mv. Beautiful Shanthi ". In this study the author uses the
Swot and Hassop method that produces quantitative data in the form of written
words from people and behavior observed by collecting data in the form of an
approach to objects through observation, interviews directly with the subject and
using documents and data related to maintenance of loading and unloading
equipment. This means to find out some things related to the care of grab.
In carrying out grab maintenance, there are problems that are discussed
such as how the effects of grab care are inappropriate on the smooth operation of
loading and unloading at the port. In accordance with the problems that arise in
carrying out loading and unloading maintenance, a temporary answer arises from
the problems raised, including: it is alleged that the cause of the problem
experienced by the loading and unloading equipment is the MV. Shanthi Indah is
caused by the lack of maintenance of loading and unloading equipment in the ship
so that it can hinder the loading and unloading process.
From the results of the analysis carried out by the author, it can be
concluded that loading and unloading equipment must be treated regularly
including using treatment methods. The method of handling loading and
unloading equipment must be carried out properly and regularly in accordance
with the programmed schedule, so that damage to the loading and unloading
equipment can be avoided and the tool is ready to be used for the process of
dismantling and loading

bakar berkualitas rendah.
ABSTRACT

The Auxiliary Engine is a machine in which air is compressed to a
temperature high enough to ignite diesel fuel injected into a cylinder, where
combustion and transmission drive a piston that converts chemical energy in the
fuel to mechanical energy. good removal is needed on diesel engines, in order to
get maximum power. The injector conditions at the Auxiliary Engine greatly
influence the condition of the Auxiliary Engine itself. The presence of injector
damage can affect the conditions of the operation of the Auxiliary Engine, so the
injector condition must always be maintained.
The research method that I use in the preparation of this paper is a research
method that combines the fault tree analysis and fishbone methods as a data
analysis technique to analyze the problems that exist in the Auxiliary Engine,
namely what factors cause damage to the injector at the Auxiliary Engine, what
impact and effort done to overcome the factors of the problem by identifying
various factors systematically to the human factor (Man), Environment (Mother
nature), Method (Method), Machine (Machine) to formulate the strategy to be
taken.
Based on the results of research conducted by the author on the MV.
Shanthi Indah on August 13, 2017 to August 14, 2018, it can be concluded that
the injector damage to the Auxiliary Engine is caused by two factors, namely 1)
the ship's operational schedule is high, and the maintenance of the Auxiliary
Engine injector is rare. 2) inappropriate use of fuel. To overcome these factors,
maintenance can be carried out according to the PMS time, and good filtration of
low-quality fuel is carried out

internasional.
Sehingga peralatan bongkar muat diatas kapal MV.Shanthi Indah sangat

Where sea transportation has a very vital role for nation building so that
commercial vessels become the choice tool for government companies and private
companies to run the economy. MV. Shanthi Indah itself is one of the bulk carriers
that transport coal managed by PT. ESE (Karya Sumber Energy), which is owned
by Indonesian citizens who operate in the Indonesian and international regions.
So that the loading and unloading equipment above the MV. Shanthi Indah
vessel is very important to note, the author resolved the problem, namely the
handling of damage to hydraulic engine hatch cover and the impact of damage to
hydraulic cover hatch machinery to be a reference in this study to be a limitation
in making this research.
Machinery Hatch Cover Hydraulic is one of the tools whose role is very
vital for bulk carriers, especially for folding bulk carriers. Hydraulic hatch
machine serves to lift the wheel in the hold by using hydraulic oil fluid
compressed through a hydraulic pipe and forwarded to a hydraulic jack so that
the hold can be opened.
This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by describing in detail
when the loading or unloading activities are delayed due to damage to the
hydraulic engine hatch cover on the MV. Shanthi Indah. Collecting data through
interviews, observation, library research, and documentation when on board.
Data processing techniques used are fishbone analysis and fault tree analysis
The results showed that the cause of the damage to the hydraulic engine
hatch cover in the MV. Shanthi Indah is a dirty oil filter on the machine which
causes high pressure so that the hydraulic pipe can break. Efforts to deal with
damage to hydraulic hatch cover machinery are to check and maintain regularly
and periodically and provide guidance to the crew about the operation of the
hydraulic hatch machine when opening the hatch correctly and checking the oil
filter on the dirty hydraulic engine hatch cover

The cation-π interaction is an important, general force for molecular recognition in biological receptors. In this study, we have analyzed the energy contribution resulting from cation-π interactions in the set of therapeutic proteins. The contribution of cation-π interacting residues in secondary structure involvement, solvent accessibility, stabilization centers, stabilizing residues and conservation score has been evaluated. Secondary structure of the cation-π involving residues shows that, Arg and Lys prefers to be in strand. Among the π residues, Phe prefer to be in coil, Tyr prefers to be in strand and Trp prefer to be in helix. Among the cation-π interacting residues Arg and Lys were in the exposed regions. Phe and Tyr were in the partially buried region and Trp in the fully buried region. Stabilization centers for these proteins showed that all the five residues found in cation-π interactions are important in locating one or more of such centers. The contribution of stabilizing residues in the cation–π interactions was analyzed. Further, the study shows that, 43 percent of the amino acid residues that ar

Designing Novel Compounds for the Treatment and Management of RET-Positive Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer—Fragment Based Drug Design Strategy
Rearranged during transfection (RET) is an oncogenic driver receptor that is overexpressed in several cancer types, including non-small cell lung cancer. To date, only multiple kinase inhibitors are widely used to treat RET-positive cancer patients. These inhibitors exhibit high toxicity, less efficacy, and specificity against RET. The development of drug-resistant mutations in RET protein further deteriorates this situation. Hence, in the present study, we aimed to design novel drug-like compounds using a fragment-based drug designing strategy to overcome these issues. About 18 known inhibitors from diverse chemical classes were fragmented and bred to form novel compounds against RET proteins. The inhibitory activity of the resultant 115 hybrid molecules was evaluated using molecular docking and RF-Score analysis. The binding free energy and chemical reactivity of the compounds were computed using MM-GBSA and density functional theory analysis, respectively. The results from our study revealed that the developed hybrid molecules except for LF21 and LF27 showed higher reactivity and stability than Pralsetinib. Ultimately, the process resulted in three hybrid molecules namely LF1, LF2, and LF88 having potent inhibitory activity against RET proteins. The scrutinized molecules were then subjected to molecular dynamics simulation for 200 ns and MM-PBSA analysis to eliminate a false positive design. The results from our analysis hypothesized that the designed compounds exhibited significant inhibitory activity against multiple RET variants. Thus, these could be considered as potential leads for further experimental studies
Single umbilical artery
The umbilical cord usually contains two arteries and one vein. The vein carries the oxygenated blood from the placenta to the fetus. The arteries carry the deoxygenated blood and the waste products from the fetus to the placenta. Occasionally, primary agenesis or secondary atrophy of one of the arteries occurs resulting in single umbilical artery
