Rafi Toledano
Rafi Toledano entered the world of real estate in 2009. This is largely considered to be the worst economic period in the 70 years post-Great Depression. Despite his lack of experience or knowledge, he was driven by ambition and determination to succeed.
Despite the fact that his doors were closed to new hires, Rafi successfully found a job at Weissman Real Estate in Lawrence, NY. This small firm was only interested in residential rentals and sales. Weissman Real Estate gave Rafi the opportunity to succeed.
Success led to success, and Rafi Toledano was able to purchase a number of properties totaling millions of dollars! He has also been able to hire salespeople, tie up and flip deals on his own. The success achieved through his hard work and dedication led him to greater success.
Toledano is the founder and president of Brookhill Properties, one of the city's leading real estate investment firms focusing on the top residential and retail buildings with the most high-quality finishes.
Understanding that his real success was from the East Village, Rafi believes that he must give back to his benefactors. So, he helps the homeless people living in the East Village. In order to support these individuals, Rafi is a proud sponsor of food pantries and shelters in East Village. Additionally, Teens-At-Risk are a pandemic problem that NY is not immune to. Project Extreme is an organization dealing exclusively with unfortunate teens. This organization is supported by Rafi Toledano
POPULAR PARTICIPATION IN THE MANAGEMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES: LESSONS FROM BABAN RAFI, NIGER
This paper is divided into six chapters. The first introduces the central issue under investigation: the hypothesized relation between devolution of authority over natural resources and the sustainable exploitation of those resources. This chapter also provides a discussion of the research methodology employed in the course of the investigation. Chapters 2 and 3 constitute a unit compiling a broad composite of social and (to a lesser degree) physical traits relevant to locally prevailing resource exploitation practices and patterns. Thus chapter 2 consists of a detailed physical and social profile of the site of Baban Rafi, while chapter 3 focuses on past and present resource use and tenure systems. Chapters 4 and 5 address the broad institutional issues that, it is argued, will substantially determine the potential for success of policies based on devolution of forest resource use and management rights. Such issues include present and past legislation and policy, the nature and strength of state structures, state-civil society relations, social structures and organization, intercultural relations, and markets. Chapter 4 describes the institutional and policy environment from a national perspective, while chapter 5 investigates the composition and impact of institutions at the site of Baban Rafi. Chapter 6 summarizes the findings and states the conclusions of the study. This chapter comments especially on policy issues and warns of the potential dangers inherent in the uncritical translation of theory into policy.Resource /Energy Economics and Policy,
One Thousand to One in the Animal World in the World of Animals (Hebrew)
This book's subtitle seems to be "About power and a little about love." The book seems to consist of perhaps 22 offerings, each with a text (one for each letter of the alphabet?) on the right hand page, with a red monochrome full-page line-drawing on the facing page. These drawings are strong on eyes, tendrils, and hair. My eye goes naturally to the two most humanlike characters: the bearded male near the book's center with a peacock's tail and the female squid in the very last illustration. I suspect that there are fables here because of the frequent pairing of characters in the illustrations, like the chimpanzee in the tree and the fox below that seem to be arguing about wisdom. Curve complexes are rigid
Any quasi-isometry of the curve complex is bounded distance from a simplicial automorphism. As a consequence, the quasi-isometry type of the curve complex determines the homeomorphism type of the surface

Table S_2_ RAFI Evaluation for sites
Table S_2. a) Original spreadsheets used to evaluate RAFI in the ecosystems considered in the manuscript; b) User spreadsheets to be filled with own data for computing the Relative Abundance of Trophic Resources (RAFI) in other ecosystems. Please fill only the white cells: other cells must not be modified. Do not consider empty stations: they all initially result equal to "1.0" due to lack of data until your data will be presen

The Alternative Benchmarking in Reference of Taylor’s Rule: A Critical Review of a Conceptual Note
This article offers a deconstructive analysis of the alternative benchmarking conceptualization with reference to Taylor's rule. The conceptual basis of the article is the idea that the Taylor equation has two variables: inflation and production. However, the rule has a third variable: the real interest rate. Giving a fixed value to a variable does not mean its cancellation, just as giving a zero value to the interest rate does not mean its cancellation. Even if this assumption was not considered, it should be noted that the driving force behind the mainstream growth model is the banking credit based on ex nihilo money creation. The analysis of quantitative models should not be limited to the exploration of the relationship between variables, it must first identify the epistemological presuppositions, i.e. fundamentally the underlying worldviews
