Identifikasi Biometrik Menggunakan Suara Ketukan Gigi Dengan Fitur Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC)

Biometric is one method that can be used as a security device. One type of biometric that is widely used is biometrics with voice input. Each human has a different voice identity and the sound produced by humans can be sourced from the dental occlusion or tooth click. The signal from the dental occlusion will have some certain coefficients after being processed with the MFCC (Mel Frequency Cepstrals Coefficients) feature. In this study, we used a tool called an in-ear microphone as a voice signal receiver and the MFCC processing signal was then used as data training and the rest as data testing, which was processed using machine learning to analyze its accuracy. The results show that the accuracy of training data and testing data is 99.3% and 98% using machine learning type SVM (support vector machine). Meanwhile, the accuracy of training data and testing data using machine learning type of neural network is 100% and 98%

Quick protocol for integrating the attribute information of unstructured point cloud data into a solar envelope simulation
This study proposes a novel method of solar geometry by considering the potential application of point cloud data combined with the simulation of solar radiation. With the support of geometric and radiometric information stored in the point cloud such as position information (XYZ) color information (RGB), and reflection intensity (I), architects may compensate for missing information on the existing context during the simulation, especially due to the limited capacity of current 3D modelling sites. However, the dataset often comes in the format of unstructured point cloud data retrieved from merged data scans and as a result, the radiometric information is difficult to occupy due to multiple reference points. Through a 3D subtractive procedure, this study not only examines volumetric samples of the three-dimensional matrix that fulfills the criteria of solar envelopes but also finds the optimal values of the merged data scan for input of solar radiation. In this regard, simulation of solar radiation contributes to identifying the most and the least exposed areas to the sun in existing contexts. This provides information related to visible sun hours that can be used to perform ray tracing analysis between the proposed 3D plot and surrounding contexts. Our proposed method ultimately helps architects not only generate solar geometry based on real contextual settings but also to understand comprehensively the microclimate conditions of the design context.Green Open Access added to TU Delft Institutional Repository 'You share, we take care!' - Taverne project https://www.openaccess.nl/en/you-share-we-take-care Otherwise as indicated in the copyright section: the publisher is the copyright holder of this work and the author uses the Dutch legislation to make this work public.Design InformaticsDigital Technologie
Perlindungan Hukum Bagi Konsumen Terhadap Makanan Dan Minuman Tanpa Izin Edar (tie) Di Kecamatan Senapelan Kota Pekanbaru
The widespread distribution of food and beverage products that do not have a distribution permit in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations has sparked concern from all walks of life. The standards for proper consumption of various products on the market with distribution permits are regulated in Law Number 18 of 2012 concerning Food. Although consumer protection for food and beverages without a distribution permit (TIE) is not clearly regulated in Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, it can be said that the actions of business actors distributing food without a distribution permit violate the provisions of UUPK. These actions cause harm to consumers, so that business actors must be held accountable for their actions. The purpose of this study is to determine the form of legal protection for consumers of food and beverages without distribution permits (TIE) and to determine the factors constraining legal protection for consumers of food and beverages without distribution permits (TIE). This research is included in empirical or sociological legal research which is descriptive in nature, namely the author describes clearly and in detail the problems to be studied. The results of the research show that legal protection for consumers is in fact various regulations that have been issued by the government as an effort to protect consumers from food and drink without distribution permits, such as the UUPK, the Food Law, and the Health Law. However, these regulations have not been accompanied by maximum enforcement by the authorized state apparatus. Obstacles to legal protection for consumers of food and beverages without distribution permits (TIE) are the government, in this case the Balai Besar POM in Pekanbaru, in carrying out the task of supervising TIE food and beverages, they still encounter conditions in the field, namely resistance from business actors; high demand for TIE food products so that TIE products are still circulating (law of supply and demand); Purchasing through sales so the source of the purchase cannot be identified. There are many rat ports which are the entrances for TIE food
Author’s Worldview on The Effects of Conspiracy and Terrorism in Society as Represented in the Novel Deus Ex: Black Light by James Swallow
Terrorism and conspiracy theory are popular topics in the narrative of modern literary works. Creating a literary narrative in a literary work requires both intrinsic elements and extrinsic elements. The intrinsic elements in a literary narrative lies within the literary work itself while extrinsic elements are influenced by outside forces. This study aims to analyze the extrinsic elements and establish the author’s worldview regarding terrorism and conspiracy theory inside the novel Deus Ex: Black Light by the author, James Swallow. In addition, this study also aims to find representations of the author’s worldview in society to determine its relevancy within the real world. This study uses Lucien Goldmann’s Genetic Structuralism, the Psychology of Terrorism by Randy Borum, and the Psychology of Conspiracy Theory by Jan Willem van Prooijen. Using Genetic Structuralism, this study collected 10 data from the novel and establishes 9 author’s worldviews from the 10 data, with 5 data used as a basis for 4 author’s worldviews regarding terrorism and another 5 data used as a basis for 5 author’s worldviews regarding conspiracy theory. All 9 author’s worldviews have their own real cases to represent their presence in society, correlating the narrative of the novel with society. The relevancy of the author’s worldview in society is also determined, with most of them being relevant in recent years with most cases representing the author’s worldview being no older than 10 years old
