No full textCílem mé bakalářské práce bylo zjistit a následně zhodnotit spokojenost zákazníků s poskytováním služeb firmy RAAB COMPUTER na základě dotazníkového šetření.Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V části teoretické jsou zpracovány poznatky z literatury, které se týkají spokojenosti zákazníků, marketingového výzkumu, metod sběru dat a dotazníku.Praktická část obsahuje informace o firmě. Hlavní část je tvořena analýzami jednotlivých otázek z dotazníků, kdy výsledky jsou znázorněny v grafech a tabulkách. Na závěr jsou zde navržena doporučení, která by mohla být vhodná pro firmu.Aim of my thesis was to found out and then to evaluate customers' satisfaction with services provided by RAAB COMPUTER company based on questionnaire survey. The work is devided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part there are elaborated information from literature relating to customers' satisfaciton, market research, methods of collecting data and questionnaire. Practical part contains information about the company. The main part consists of analyzes of the individual questions from the questionnaries when the results are shown in graphs.
