No full textABSTRAKBudidaya rumput laut Gracilaria verrucosa banyak dilakukan untuk memenuhi dan meningkatkan produksinya, namun masih banyak kendala, sehingga hasil produksinya belum stabil. Hal ini dapat dilihat dengan pemberian nutrien yang diharapkan akan meningkatkan pertumbuhannya. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis laju pertumbuhan Gracilaria verrucosa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimental riset dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Perlakuan penambahan konsentrasi (MSG) pada media pemeliharaan yang terdiri dari 4 tingkat yaitu kontrol (0 gram , 5 gram, 10 gram, dan 15 gram dengan 3 pengulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan Monosodium glutamate (MSG) dengan konsentrasi yang berbeda tidak berbeda nyata terhadap pertumbuhan mutlak selama 42 hari pengamatan. Data yang didapatkan selama penelitian meliputi laju pertumbuhan relatif dan spesifik dan parameter kualitas air. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, perlakuan terbaik terlihat pada perlakuan B dengan kosentrasi (MSG) 5 gram, disusul dengan` perlakuan C dengan kosentrasi (MSG) 10 gram, dan terendah didapatkan pada perlakuan D dengan kosentrasi (MSG) 15 gram. Semakin tinggi konsentrasi Monosodium glutamate (MSG)   yang diberikan maka pertumbuhan Gracilaria verucosa akan semakin rendah.Kata kunci : Monosodium glutamate (MSG); Pertumbuhan; rumput laut Gracilaria verucosa.  ABSTRACTSeaweed cultivation of Gracilaria verrucosa done a lot to fulfill and increase production, but there are still many obstacles, so that their products are not yet stable. It can be seen with the provision of nutrients that are expected to enhance growth. The aim of the study to determine the growth of Gracilaria verrucosa. The method used is an experimental method with a completely randomized design (CRD). Treatment of increasing concentration (MSG) on maintenance media consisting of 4 levels, control (0 gram, 5 gram, 10 gram and 15 gram with 3 repetitions. The results showed that the addition of monosodium glutamate (MSG) with different concentrations had no differently to the absolute growth during 42 days of observation. Data obtained during the study include relative and specific growth rate and water quality parameters. The best results obtained in the treatment of B with concentration (MSG) 5 grams, continued treatment with a concentration C (MSG) 10 grams, and the lowest was obtained in treatment D with concentration (MSG) 15 grams. In this study, the author tested the hypothesis regarding the importance of commanding/charismatic leadership in ensuring the implementation of an airport management system that meets service standards. The research was conducted at Andi Jemma Masamba Airport in Sulawesi, and the results showed a strong correlation between commanding/charismatic leadership and the improvement of quality at Andi Jemma Masamba Airport

No full textEn el presente documento se exponen los argumentos, el desarrollo y resultados esperados del proceso de implementación del plan de mejora o manual de funciones específicas para pasante. Esto, tras haber realizado la práctica profesional dentro de la Cámara de la Industria Automotriz de la Asociación Nacional de Empresarios de Colombia, de ahora en adelante, ANDI. Principal agremiación representante del sector privado de Colombia y reconocida por el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo (MinCIT, 2021).
Inicialmente se evidencian los aspectos generales de la ANDI, tales como: Misión, Visión, Valores, ubicación geográfica y estructura organizacional. De esta manera, al brindar una conceptualización de las funciones y composición de esta agremiación, en general, se facilita el entendimiento de los beneficios de la aplicación del proyecto dentro de la Cámara de la Industria Automotriz. Sustentando la manera en cómo la contribución al mejoramiento del desempeño del pasante, facilita el aprovechamiento de la visión fresca, disruptiva e intrépida, por la que se caracteriza el talento joven (Confama, 2021), fructuoso en procesos de constante evolución. Además, se expone el procedimiento del proyecto, por medio del planteamiento del objetivo general y los objetivos específicos.
Finalmente, se exponen las conclusiones y resultados que traería una primera aplicación de proyecto, junto con una sección de seguimiento de práctica profesional, donde se destacan los logros y experiencia obtenida por el autor durante su pasantía en la Cámara de la Industria Automotriz de la ANDI.This document presents the arguments, development and expected results of the implementation process of the improvement plan or manual of specific functions for interns. This, after having carried out the professional practice within the Chamber of the Automotive Industry of the National Association of Entrepreneurs of Colombia, from now on, ANDI. Main association representing the private sector in Colombia and recognized by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism (MinCIT, 2021).
Initially, the general aspects of ANDI are evidenced, such as: Mission, Vision, Values, geographic location and organizational structure. In this way, by providing a conceptualization of the functions and composition of this association, in general, the understanding of the benefits of the application of the project within the Chamber of the Automotive Industry is facilitated. Supporting the way in which the contribution to the improvement of the intern's performance, facilitates the use of the fresh, disruptive and intrepid vision, by which young talent is characterized (Confama, 2021), fruitful in processes of constant evolution. In addition, the procedure of the project is exposed, through the approach of the general objective and the specific objectives.

She is the coeditor of BitchFest: 10 Years of Cultural Criticism from the Pages of Bitch Magazine, and the author of Feminism and Pop Culture (Seal Press). Her new book on pop culture and the commercial co-optation of feminism, We Were Feminists Once, will be out in May 2016 from PublicAffairs. She speaks frequently on the subject of feminism and the media at various colleges and universities.
