No full textThe article deals with the need to approach a decolonial critique of the notion of nature, both in its theoretical and methodological dimension, since it has been clearly reified by Western scientific knowledge to sustain inequalities of power or the essentialisation of cultural and subjective identity, whose consequences have been and are the dehumanisation and the production of non-existence in multiple aspects that sustain life. At the same time it has been institutionalised through different mechanisms, in order to depoliticise the challenges of colonial difference and alterity. Based on the concepts of the "epistemology of the South" by Boaventura de Sousa Santos, and "manoeuvre" by Chela Sandoval, we propose the work Flori.cultura subversiva, from the Spanish collective O.R.G.I.A, as a methodology of re-existence built from reciprocal recognition

No full textEl texto trata sobre la necesidad de abordar una crítica descolonial a la noción de naturaleza, tanto en su dimensión teórica como metodológica, pues ha sido claramente reificada por el conocimiento científico occidental para sostener desigualdades de poder o la esencialización de la identidad cultural y subjetiva, cuyas consecuencias han sido y son la deshumanización y la producción de no-existencia en múltiples aspectos que sostienen la vida. Al tiempo, que se ha institucionalizado mediante diferentes mecanismos con el fin de despolitizar los desafíos de la diferencia colonial y la alteridad. Do you believe in what exists?
No full textAvoiding epistemological extractivism, this essay tries to imagine a context that does not exoticize magical thinking or contemplate it exclusively within an ethnographic niche, seeking a Western animistic tradition. We propose so-called “dark ecology" as one of the keys to re-animate Western thought and transcend the modern separation between culture and nature, decolonizing thought and allowing us to value the knowledge of other culture-natures. Dialoguing with the work of various contemporary artists who are either interested in these issues or practitioners of forms of mediumship, one can glimpse an intricate mesh in which ecology, magic and decolonial thought come together.
