A new approach to literary theory and criticism
Literary theory is a systematic study of the nature of literature and of the methods for analyzing literature. Literary theory and literary criticism are interpretative tools that enable us to think insightfully about the literature we read. The book throws light on various literary theories and methods of criticism that are widely used to study literature. It is the result of cumulative endeavor of two erudite teachers with long experience of teaching literary theory. It has been painstakingly written with an eye on the need of postgraduate students of Indian universities who have to deal with the ever-expanding domain of critical, literary and cultural theories. The book explains in a simple language and format, the broad outlines as also the fine nuances of ‘theory’. An extra edge is provided through citations from valuable sources relevant to each area of study

correlation between sleep qualiy and muscle strenght among gym students
Between 10 and 40% of adults in Western nations, it is estimated, suffer from insomnia. Muscle loss is more likely to occur when sleep is of poor quality and is brief. As a result, they might also have an impact on muscle strength. The normative reference value of muscle strength and PSQI scale which is stated in median and range are expressed to be (15.0-60.0) and (1.0-10.0). The relationship between the Muscle Strength and PSQI Scale was quantified by using Spearman correlation coefficient. Muscle strength shows fair negative correlation with the PSQI scale(r=0.142) and p-value(r=0.143)

Difference in stakeholder engagement approach of small & medium enterprises and large companies and its performance implications
Using the explicit and implicit Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) framework, this study investigates how small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and large companies differ in their approach to CSR and what association these differing approaches to CSR have with a company's financial and social performances. We develop and validate a stakeholder engagement approach (SEA) scale and then present the results of data collected from 211 SMEs and 179 large companies. The results indicate that while large companies rely more on explicitly articulated and formally enacted approaches to CSR, SMEs integrate social responsibility into their company activities in informal and implicit ways. The results also show that the explicit approach has a positive association with financial performance measures, while the implicit approach has a positive association with social performance. The findings of this study provide a more nuanced and theoretically grounded understanding of differences in the CSR practices of SMEs and large companies
