yuma-ando/emmregextract: Online Survey Extraction from the EMM Survey Registry (R package)
No full textThis is an R package developped in order to extract a selection of online surveys from the EMM Survey Registry. The extraction is simply implemented by the function "emm_extract" distributed within the R package "emmregextract" (accessible via GitHub). With a single function, it will extract, based on the text extraction from the html structure of the website, one or more surveys and output an excel file. The output file in xlsx format is formatted in the same way as the Excel template developped and used by the COST Action CA16111 - ETHMIGSURVEYDATA.
The EMM Survey Registry is jointly being produced by SSHOC's Task 9.2 (Ethnic Migration Studies) team of Work Package 9 (Data Communities), in close collaboration with COST Action 16111 – ETHMIGSURVEYDATA (an international network of more than 200 researchers active in the ethnic and migration studies field) and FAIRETHMIGQUANT (a French Agence Nationale de la Recherche funded Open Science project)

No full textAndo was a young student who just moved from his village to Semarang. It was less than one day before he got hospitalized because of his stomachache. On the hospital, he met Hera who came to represent the Pelita Abadi Academy–Ando’s school, and also as the Student Council of the academy. In their very first met, Ando did not know how to communicate with someone, as it was quiet difficult for him to make relationship with people around him. So, he avoided to make conversation with Hera.
Ando who decided to leave his Grandma on the village and study on Semarang finally realized the reason of why he leaved the village. To reach the ambition of life, Ando knew that there should something changed from him, or he could not develop himself. Later on, he started to open up his mind to the society around him in order to reach his ambiton of life

No full textThere were four important manufactures which had made psychological apparatuses in Japan before World War Ⅱ. The author already investigated other three manufactures except Ando Kenkyusho and published the provided results. In the present research the author examines Ando Kenkyusho and its founder, Hitsujiro Ando, and shows newly obtained information. When H.Ando was an officer of the Japanese Navy (1905 -1924), he devoted himself to the development of an aptitude test and completed the test which was composed of 44 inspection items. He devised many kinds of apparatuses for the test and carried out the test to various kinds of workers of the Navy. He founded Ando Kenkyusho in November, 1924 when he was 40 years old and devoted himself to the improvement of the apparatuses used in the test until his early death in 1932. The author gave light on his work through the existing products of Ando Kenkyusho as well as through historical documents relating to him and his company
