    A lot to share, Purg has been involved in Go!2025, the winning of the European Capital of Culture title by Nova Gorica and Gorizia twin towns on the Slovenian-Italian border and is active in setting up the cross-regional “ekscenter” hub of creative practices, joining art, entrepreneurship and community. Currently, he leads the New Media and the Art-Science-Technology modules in the Digital//Media Arts and Practices graduate//postgraduate program at the School of Arts, University of Nova Gorica, where he acts as Associate Professor, projects coordinator as well as expert across realms of digital culture and media. He curated the 20th international media/contemporary art festival Pixxelpoint 2019 and successfully lead international projects across art, culture, and academia such as MAST – Module in Art, Science and Technology, ADRIART (Advancing Digitally Renewed Interactions in Art Teaching) or PAIC – Participatory Art for Invisible Communities. His scientific inquiries include media arts pedagogy, interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation, media art and media ecology.     The DreamTogether Machine (2016) was a migrating ideation event, supported by Gruentaler9 (Teena Lange), The Space Berlin (Rawan Hourani, Issa Khatib), the IDEATE.me project (co-fin. by European Commission), inspired by the FEI "Transformation Through Innovation" conference and MyMachneGlobalmoderated by pETER Purg of University of Nova Gorica, School of Arts, on October 6, 18 - 21h, at Gruentaler9, Berlin, Germany. A dozen of MachineDreamers -- mixed between the most propulsive innovators from the West, and the most promising young immigrants from the East -- Together drafted Machines, such as they dream of!     After the Neptun Trilogy (2011-13) and its Re:enactment in 2014 (vimeo.com/119334124) as well as its Resiege in 2017 (https://vimeo.com/235908183), the performer returns to The ex-Neptun factory in Komiža, island of Vis (Croatia) for the sixth time altogether. Throughout 2017, the factory was used as one of the strictly closed areas on the island for shooting of the Hollywood blockbuster Mamma Mia 2. Many Komižan mothers worked in the Neptun fish-canning factory for years and decadesdozens of young women came to work in the factory from mainland, they mostly stayed, and became mothers...
