Marketing strategy of Procter & Gamble
Cílem diplomové práce je analýza marketingové strategie společnosti Procter & Gamble v rámci obchodního domu Tesco a následný návrh na zlepšení do budoucna. Celá práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol, z nichž první dvě jsou zaměřeny na vymezení teoretického základu marketingu a chování zákazníka. Druhá polovina práce je zaměřena na analýzu současné marketingové strategie vybrané kategorie výrobků, kterými jsou dětské pleny. Za pomoci analýzy marketingového mixu a dotazníkového šetření bude zjištěna aktuální situace v kategorii dětských plen. Veškerá zjištění budou následně reflektována do SWOT analýzy. Následovat bude zhotnocení situace na trhu s dětskými plenami v rámci obchodního domu Tesco a budou navrženy řešení pro zlepšení současné marketingové strategie Procter & Gamble.Objective of this final thesis is to analyse current marketing strategy of Procter & Gamble and find efficient solutions for future implementation. The main focus of this thesis is on diapers category in Tesco Department Stores. The whole thesis is split into four chapters. First two chapters provide theoretical base for marketing and customer typology, which will be necessary for further analysis. Aim of practical part of the thesis is to analyse marketing mix of Procter & Gamble category and questionnaire survey assessment. Based on the finding SWOT analysis will be applied and at the end of the thesis possible solutions for future marketing strategy improvement will be suggested
