Skup je raspravom različitih sudionika omogućio sveobuhvatan prikaz uloge i značaja vojne izobrazbe od njezinih začetaka, trenutnog stanja te daljnje transformacije kao samostalnog sveučilišta ili dijela sveučilišne zajednice.     Fotovoltaika je danes na splošno eno izmed zelo popularnih oziroma zanimivih področij, še posebej v gospodarstvu. V tem magistrskem delu je predstavljena analiza karakteristik fotonapetostnih modulov. Izvedene so primerjave karakteristik, ki jih poda proizvajalec s karakteristikami, ki so dobljene z meritvami pri zunanjih pogojih. Predstavljene so tudi temperaturne odvisnosti moči ter dejanska proizvodnja električne energije oziroma energijski donos. Merjena je proizvodnja energije direktno iz modula (brez razsmernika) ter istočasno temperatura. Moduli so merjeni istočasno, s čimer so zagotovljeni enaki pogoji.Nowadays, photovoltaics is one of the most popular and interesting areas, especially in the economy. This thesis presents an analysis of characteristics of photovoltaic modules. The comparisons between the characteristics provided by the manufacturers and characteristics obtained by measurements, under the real time conditions are accomplished. The temperature dependence of power and actual energy production are also presented. Measurements are obtained directly from the module without the inverter. Modules are measured at the same time, therefore identical conditions are ensured

    Development of mathematical models in explicit form for design and analysis of axial flux permanent magnet synchronous machines

    V doktorski disertaciji je predlagana metodologija ta načrtovanje sinhronskih strojev s trajnimi magneti in aksialnim magnetnim pretokom (SSTMAMP) brez feromagnetnega jedra statorja in z dvojnim zunanjim rotorjem. Metodologija načrtovanja temelji na razvitem modelu za izračun aksialne komponente gostote magnetnega pretoka v sredini statorja z obojestranski zračno režo oz. na sredini razdalje med nasproti ležečimi trajnimi magneti. Vrednosti aksialne komponente gostote magnetnega pretoka v sredini statorja z obojestranski zračno režo pri različnih geometrijskih parametrih predstavljajo vhodne podatke za razvoj matematičnega modela v eksplicitni obliki. Sami vhodni podatki so izračunani s pomočjo poenostavljene metode končnih elementov (MKE), kar pomeni, da so izračuni opravljeni 3D izračuni modela, ki ima namesto statorja samo zrak. Takšna poenostavitev je možna zaradi podobne vrednosti permeabilnosti zraka in bakra. Pri samem poenostavljenem izračunu s pomočjo MKE se aksialna komponenta gostote magnetnega pretoka analizira po črti, ki poteka skozi težišči nasproti ležečih trajnih magnetov ter skozi oba rotorska diska. Vrednost aksialne komponente na sredini razdalje med trajnimi magneti je izbrana za vhodni podatek, saj le-ta predstavlja najnižjo vrednost. Nabor vhodnih podatkov je sestavljen iz vrednosti aksialne komponente magnetnega pretoka na sredini razdalje med trajnimi magneti pri različnih debelina statorja, rotorskih diskov in trajnih magnetov. Takšni vhodni podatki omogočajo razvitemu matematičnemu modelu upoštevanje nelinearnosti materialov. Matematični model je razvit s pomočjo aproksimacije, in sicer s pomočjo metode najmanjših kvadratov, ki se je izkazala za najustreznejšo metodo. Predstavljene izvedbe SSTMAMP, numerične in analitične metode za izračun porazdelitve magnetnega pretoka, postopek za določitev matematičnih modelov v eksplicitni obliki za določitev vrednosti gostote magnetnega pretoka v sredini statorja z obojestransko zračno režo, postopek za določitev karakteristik SSTMAMP, načrtovanje in analiza SSTMAMP brez feromagnetnega jedra statorja in z dvojnim zunanjim rotorjem ter eksperimentalna potrditev karakteristik.The thesis proposes a methodology for design of double-sided coreless axial flux permanent magnet synchronous machines (AFPMSM). The methodology is based on a developed model for calculating the axial component of the magnetic flux density in the middle of the stator with two air gaps (in the middle of the distance between opposite permanent magnets). The values of the axial components of the magnetic flux density in the middle of the stator with two air gaps for different geometric parameters represent the input data for the mathematical model in explicit form. The inputs data is calculated by using a simplified finite element method (FEM), which means that 3D calculations of models that have air only instead of the stator are performed. Such simplification is possible due to similar values of permeability of the air and copper. Within the simplified FEM calculations, the axial component of the magnetic flux density is analyzed along a line passing through the center of opposite permanent magnets and both rotor discs. The value of the axial components at the middle of the distance between the opposite permanent magnets is selected for the input data, since it represents the lowest value. The input data set consists of the values of the axial component of the magnetic flux at the middle of the distance between opposite permanent magnets at different stator, rotor disks and permanent magnet thicknesses. Such input data enables the developed mathematical model to consider the non-linearity of materials. The mathematical model is the developed by using approximations, namely the least squares approximation method, which proved to be the most appropriate. The thesis consists of the presentation of AFPMM topologies, numerical and analytical methods for calculating the distribution of magnetic flux, procedure for determining mathematical models in explicit form for determining magnetic flux density values in the middle of the stator with two air gaps, procedure for determining characteristics of a coreless AFPMM, design and analysis of a coreless AFPMM as well as the experimental confirmation of characteristics with measurements

Poudarek je na prehodu k obnovljivim virom energije, povečanju energetske učinkovitosti ter vključevanju naprednih tehnologij, kot so pametna omrežja. Delo se ukvarja tudi s političnimi in ekonomskimi izzivi pri uvajanju trajnostnih praks v energetskem sektorju ter pomembnostjo mednarodnega sodelovanja in inovacij za doseganje trajnostnega razvoja.The graduate thesis focuses on the importance of sustainable development of energy systems, especially high-voltage systems, which are crucial for a stable energy supply. The author explores how to improve the efficiency of these systems and reduce their ecological impact. The focus is on the transition to renewable energy sources, increasing energy efficiency and integrating advanced technologies such as smart grids.     Napetostni merilni transformatorji (NMT) so ključne naprave v elektroenergetskih sistemih, saj omogočajo natančno merjenje visokih napetosti, ki se uporabljajo v distribucijskih in prenosnih omrežjih. Njihova osnovna funkcija je pretvorba visokih vhodnih napetosti v nižje izhodne napetosti, kar olajšuje njihovo varno in natančno merjenje. NMT omogočajo učinkovito spremljanje porabe električne energije, analizo obremenitve omrežja in ohranjanje stabilnosti elektroenergetskega sistema. Prav tako zagotavljajo varnost sistema, saj pomagajo izolirati merilne naprave od visokih napetosti. Splošno gledano je uporaba NMT ključnega pomena za zanesljivo in učinkovito delovanje elektroenergetskih sistemov.Voltage measurement transformers (VMTs) are crucial devices in power systems as they enable accurate measurement of high voltages used in distribution and transmission networks. Their primary function is to transform high input voltages into lower output voltages, facilitating safe and precise voltage measurements.     V zadnjih desetletjih so atmosferski vplivi postali bolj izraziti, kar povečuje pogostnost udarov strele. To predstavlja izziv za sončne eletkrarne, ki so ključne za trajnostni razvoj in zmanjševanje vplivov na okolje. Cilj diplomskega dela je bil analizirati in določiti ustrezno zaščito pred strelo za sončno elektrarno z močjo 475 kW v Srbiji. Delo nudi pregled potrebnih zaščitnih ukrepov, oceno tveganja ter učinkovitosti zaščitnih sistemov. Poudarek je na tehničnih zahtevah, izračunu zaščitnega razreda in določitvi ekvivalentne sprejemne površine objekta, ker je ključno za varnost objekta in infrastrukture.In recent decades, atmospheric conditions have become more pronounced, increasing the frequency of lihtning strikes. This poses a challenge for solar power plants, which are crucial for sustainable development and reducing environmental impacts. The goal of the thesis was to analyze and determine appropriate lightning protection for a 475 kW solar power plant in Serbia. The work provides and overview of necessary protective measures, risk assessment, and the effectiveness of protection systems. Emphasis is placed on tehnical requirements, the calculation of the protection class, and determining the equivalent collection area of the facility, which is essential for the safety of the structure and its infrastructure

    Magnetna resonanca je nepogrešljiva v klinični ter raziskovalni medicini pri prevenciji, odkrivanju bolezni ter zdravljenju ljudi. V uvodnem delu diplomske naloge smo definirali pojem magnetna resonanca ter opisali njeno uporabo in namen v medicini. Glavni cilj diplomskega dela je bil opredeliti ter opisati korake, potrebne za vzpostavitev in zagon magnetne resonance Philips, pri čemer smo se osredotočili predvsem na elektro vidike. Pri vzpostavitvi ter zagonu magnetne resonance Philips je potrebno natančno slediti navodilom proizvajalca magnetne resonance. Sledenje navodilom, izvajanje meritev ter potrebnih kalibracij je namreč predpogoj za pozitivno opravljen varnostni pregled pred predajo magnetne resonance stranki v uporabo.Magnetic resonance is indispensable in a clinical and research medicine for the prevention, diseases detection and treatment of humans. Therefore, in the introduction was defined the magnetic resonance and described its use and purpose in the medicine. Our main goal was to define and describe all needed steps for set up and start the Philips magnetic resonance, focusing mainly on the electrical aspects. In process of setting up and starting the Philips magnetic resonance, it is necessary to strictly follow the manufacturer\u27s instructions. Following the instructions, performing measurements and the necessary calibrations is a prerequisite for a positive safety inspection. After positive safety inspection, the magnetic resonance can be handed over to the customer for usage

    V današnjem času je javnost prepričana, da je električna energija nekaj samoumevnega, vendar pa je realnost povsem drugačna. Pri opravljanju svojega dela pri podjetju Elektro Celje d.d. smo ob nepredvidenih izpadih in izklopih ob vzdrževanju deležni kritik odjemalcev električne energije. Zato tudi odločitev, da se deli srednjenapetostnega daljnovoda, ki pretežno poteka po gozdni površini, pokablira. Naloga obravnava rekonstrukcijo srednjenapetostnega omrežja med TP Bele Vode Štakne, tč. 249 in TP Smrekovec (nadomestna). Projekt zajema vključevanje nove nadomestne transformatorske postaje s pripadajočim nizkonapetostnim omrežjem in rekonstrukcijo dotrajanega prostozračnega srednjenapetostnega omrežja. Rekonstrukcija je bila izvedena s kabliranjem. V projektu je zajeta izvedba del, uporaba potrebnega materiala in predviden finančni okvir rekonstrukcije srednjenapetostnega omrežja ter vključitev nove nadomestne transformatorske postaje. Cilj diplomske naloge je predstavitev rekonstrukcije dela srednjenapetostnega omrežja DV Lokovica med TP Bele vode Štakne, tč. 249 in TP Smrekovec(nadomestna), ki se napaja iz RTP Velenje.Nowadays, the public is convinced that electricity is something to be taken for granted, but the reality is completely different. When performing his work at the company Elektro Celje d.d. we receive criticism from electricity consumers in the event of unexpected outages and shutdowns during maintenance. Therefore, the decision to cable the parts of the medium-voltage transmission line that run mainly through the forest surface is also being made. The task deals with the reconstruction of the medium voltage network between TP Bele Vode Štakne, tč. 249 in TP Smrekovec (substitute). The project includes the integration of a new replacement transformer station with the associated low-voltage network and the reconstruction of the dilapidated free-air medium-voltage network. The reconstruction was carried out with cabling. The project covers the execution of works, the use of the necessary material within the estimated financial framework of the reconstruction of the medium voltage network and the inclusion of new replacement transformer stations. The aim of the diploma thesis is to present the reconstruction of a part of the medium voltage network of DV Lokovica between TP Bele vode Štakne, tč. 249 to TP Smrekovec (substitute), which is fed from RTP Velenj
