A Study of Child Abuse in India Current Issues and Prevention
Child abuse is the physical or psychological maltreatment of a child, can be differentiated into four major categories, physical abuse, emotional abuse, neglect and worst of all the sexual abuse. Child Sexual Abuse CSA is a kind of physical or mental violation of a child with sexual intent, usually by a person who is in a position of trust or power vis à vis the child. India is the second largest child population in the world, 42 of India's total population is below eighteen years. In a shocking revelation, a Government commissioned survey has found that more than 53 of Indian children are subjected to sexual abuse assault. Majority of these cases were perpetrated by someone known to the child or in a position of trust and responsibility, Not surprisingly, most children did not report the abuse to anyone. There is not a single law aimed at safeguarding children and protecting them against sexual abuse and assault, which is a serious lacuna against this background and is needed urgently. This paper will focus on child sexual abuse, impact and solution. Utilization of e-Logistics in multinational companies to overcome difficulties of today’s economic environment
As the incredible growth of the Internet is changing the way corporations conduct their business. Logistics service providers must consider changing their traditional logistics system into an e-Logistics system in order to accommodate to the dynamic changes in the commercial world. The purpose of this study is to provide a better understanding of how organizations utilize e-Logistics within their supply chain and how to create a competitive advantage during the economic crisis so that losses be limited if not eliminated. To reach this purpose, two research questions are stated (two multinational companies), focusing the factors that influence the e-Logistics system. From the in-depth interviews and used to collect data, the findings show that the e-Logistics system can be described as a network creating value process. The findings further indicate that reliability factors, maintainability factors, software factors and facility, transportation and handling factors, all influence the e-Logistics system. On the other hand, availability factors, economic factors, organizational factors and test and support equipment factors are of low-level importance for e-logistics system. The second part of the paper focuses on how e-logistics will change the multinational traditional logistics systems and how we can measure (Key Performance Indicators) these changes.competitively, e-logistics, economic crises, measure (key Performance Indicators).

An Empirical Study on Efficient Market Hypothesis of Indian Capital Market NSE Sectorial Indices
As long as financial markets are concerned, for many year's economists, statisticians and financial analyst have been interested in developing and testing models of stock price behaviour and their forecast. This study examines whether the Indian stock market is efficient, if the stock returns follow a random walk. The study employs daily closing prices of NSE Sectorial Indices for a time period of 1 April, 2008 to 31 March, 2018. The existence of random walk for NSE Sectorial Indices has been examined through auto correlation, run test and finds that the Indian stock market was not efficient in the weak form during the testing period. The results suggest that the stock prices in Indian do not reflect all the information in the past stock prices and abnormal returns can be achieved by investors through exploiting the market inefficiency. Describing ten new species of Eutyphoeus (Clitellata: Acanthodrilidae) from Manipur, North-East India, together with one new record
A comprehensive investigation into the genus Eutyphoeus (Clitellata: Acanthodrilidae) in Manipur, North-East India, has led to the discovery of ten novel species and the identification of one previously unrecorded species in the region. The study utilized an integrative taxonomic approach, combining both morphological and genetic analyses. Nine of the newly described species – Eutyphoeus morehensis Tiwari & Yadav sp. nov., E. lamdengensis Tiwari & Yadav sp. nov., E. shiroensis Tiwari & Yadav sp. nov., E. kashongensis Tiwari & Yadav sp. nov., E. ukhrulensis Tiwari & Yadav sp. nov., E. lokchaensis Tiwari & Yadav sp. nov., E. baronongini Tiwari & Yadav sp. nov., E. yangoupokpensis Tiwari & Yadav sp. nov. and E. tengnoupalensis Tiwari & Yadav sp. nov. – belong to the E. hastatus group, characterized by holandric male organs, bidiverticulate spermathecae, and annular tumescence around the male porophore. However, E. kwathensis Tiwari & Yadav sp. nov. was found to diverge from E. turaensis, and is diagnosed by metandric male organs, avestibulate and apenile male genital orifices. The study is based on extensive field surveys and the use of DNA barcoding. Each species is accompanied with morphological descriptions that emphasize distinctive features and geographical distribution. In addition, DNA barcodes were analyzed to confirm species identities and determination of genetic distinctiveness. The provided microphotographs of important morphological features complement the taxonomic descriptions. The study significantly enriches the understanding of the diversity of species of Eutyphoeus in Manipur, northeastern region of India, and underscores the importance of integrating molecular techniques in the taxonomy of earthworms and surveys on biodiversity

Electronic, Structural, Optical and Mechanical Properties of Cubic Structured Ln2X3 (Ln = La→Lu & X=O,S): An Empirical Investigation
In this publication, we have examined the structural, optical, and mechanical features of cubic structured lanthanide Ln2X3 (Ln = La→ Lu and X = O, S) series using the valence electron plasma oscillation theory of solids. Using the Chemical bond theory of solids, which was created by Phillips and Van-Vechten, we have further confirmed our findings. Unfortunately, it has been discovered that the Phillips and Van-Vechten (PVV) dielectric description is applicable exclusively to semiconductors and insulators. It is shown that an empirical relationship previously presented by Yadav and Bhati [D.S. Yadav, J. Alloys and Comp. 537, 250 (2012); D.S. Yadav, and D.V. Singh, Phys. Scr. 85, 015701 (2012); D.S. Yadav, J. Mater. Phys. Chem. 3(1), 6-10 (2015); R. Bhati, et al., Mater. Phys. Mech. 51, 90 (2023); R. Bhati, et al., East Eur. J. Phys. (1), 222 (2023).] relating the plasmon energy of complex structured solids, rock salt, and zinc-blende to their electronic, mechanical, static, and dynamical properties which can be applied to the cubic structured lanthanide (Ln2S3 & Ln2O3) series with only minor modifications. Considering the well-known theory of dielectric for solids, an alternative technique has been devised to evaluate the electronic, structural, mechanical, and optical properties of these materials, including their band gap (∆Eg in eV), optical dielectric constant, homopolar and heteropolar gaps, average energy gaps, chemical bond ionicity, and bulk muduli. An estimate was computed based on the almost inverse relationship between the plasmon energy of these compounds and their optical, mechanical, structural, and electrical characteristics. For these substances, the expected values of the aforementioned parameters form a straight line when plotted on a log-log scale against the plasmon energy (ħωp). We examined the C‑type Ln2X3 compounds using the recommended methods, and the values we estimated are in good agreement with the values obtained from modified PVV theory and other comparable experimental and theoretical data that is currently available
