The object of this Article is to research for the political character of Tung Nan Pao Hu Yueh Kuan (東南保護約款) dated June 27, 1900, between such the chinese viceroy as Liu Knn i (劉坤一),Chang Chih Tung (張之洞) and the Group of Consuls at Shanghai. For the purpose of this studying, I divided my discussion into three parts as follows. :A On the process of Realization of Tung Nan pao Hu Yueh Kuan that strictly speaking it should be settled to consist of both "General Regulation for the protection of the Shanghai the Yangtze Valley and the Interior" and "Hu Hsiang Pao Hu Yiieh Chang" (互相保護約章) B On the political movement of Liu Kun i and Chang Chih Tung who were afraid of the Chinese Fate going to ruin from Boxer Rebellion and determined to protect Tung Nan Ching (東南清) from both the Interference of imperialistic Powers and Tang Tsai Chung's Tzu Li Chun (唐才常自立軍)C On the political movement of Li Hao Chang (李鴻章) against Sun Yat Sen's Revo-lution taking share with Hongkong Governor. In this manner, my conclusion is that the political character of Tung Nan Pao Hu Yueh Kuan was anti-imperialistic aggression, anti-innovatory and anti-revolutionary.Article信州大学文理学部紀要. 第1部, 人文・社会 9: 19-47(1960)departmental bulletin pape

Measuring and analyzing German and Spanish customer satisfaction of using the iPhone 4S Mobile Cloud service

    No full text
This paper presents the customer satisfaction analysis for measuring popularity in the Mobile Cloud, which is an emerging area in the Cloud and Big Data Computing. Organizational Sustainability Modeling (OSM) is the proposed method used in this research. The twelve-month of German and Spanish consumer data are used for the analysis to investigate the return and risk status associated with the ratings of customer satisfaction in the iPhone 4S Mobile Cloud services. Results show that there is a decline in the satisfaction ratings in Germany and Spain due to economic downturn and competitions in the market, which support our hypothesis. Key outputs have been explained and they confirm that all analysis and interpretations fulfill the criteria for OSM. The use of statistical and visualization method proposed by OSM can expose unexploited data and allows the stakeholders to understand the status of return and risk of their Cloud strategies easier than the use of other data analysis

This researching for "Hu hsing pao hu Yueh chang and Amoi Incident"(互相保護約章と厦門事件) is the companion volume of my study on "Tung Nan pao hu Yiieh kuan" (東南保護約款) in the last year. In this article, I hope to throw light upon the political character of the Chinese agreement with Foreign Powers dated July 14th 1900, at Fu Chou, through its' diplomatic playing in the event of Amoi Incident. In brief, my only object is to make clear that the agreement, on it's side toward Foreign Powers, involved the political character of anti-imperialistic military aggression. But I fear if it is sure enough to prove concretely my inten-tion in this article or not. To conclude, I express my gratitude to Mr. Saburo Yasumi, the former Vice-admiral, for his kind imformation of the true facts of Amoi Higashi Honganji destroyed by fire.Article信州大学文理学部紀要. 第1部, 人文・社会 10: 12-28(1961)departmental bulletin pape
