Ražošana ir sabiedrībai vajadzīgo materiālo labumu radīšanas process. Ražošanas galvenais princips ir nodrošināt efektīvu ražošanu. Ražošanas uzľēmuma SIA„ Bucher Minicipal” mērķis ir peļľas gūšana. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz teorētiskās literatūras aspektiem par uzľēmējdarbību un ražošanas procesa organizēšanu, izvērtēt SIA „Bucher Municipal” ražošanas procesu un pilnveidošanas iespējas. Izmantojot vispārpieľemtas pētījumu metodes (teorētiskās, empīriskās, datu apstrādes un SVID analīzes): - bakalaura darba pirmajā nodaļā un otrajā nodaļā pamatojoties uz teorētiskiem aspektiem izpētīta uzľēmējdarbība un ražošanas procesa organizēšana; - trešajā nodaļā raksturota SIA „Bucher Minicipal” ražošanas procesa organizēšana; - ceturtajā nodaļā izvērtēta SIA „Bucher Minicipal” SVID analīze, vadības un personālvadības pilnveidošanas iespējas, izstrādāta inovācija ražošanas procesā. Pētījuma periods: 2015. – 2017. gads. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 77 lpp. (bez pielikumiem). Pētījuma raksturošanai darbā iekļauti 36 attēli un 9 tabulas, darbam pievienoti 3 pielikumi. Pētījuma veikšanai izmantotā literatūra un avoti ir 35, no kuriem 3 ir svešvalodās. Iegūto pētījumu var izmantot pētāmā uzľēmuma SIA „ Bucher Municipal” darbības pilnveidošanai. Manufacturing is the production process of material possessions necessary for the society. The main principle for manufacturing is to ensure effective production. The aim of the manufacturing company “Bucher Municipal” Ltd. is to make a profit. Aim of the bachelor's thesis is on the basis of theoretical literature aspects on entrepreneurship and organisation of manufacturing process to evaluate the manufacturing process of “Bucher Municipal” Ltd. and its improvement perspectives. By using generally accepted research methods (theoretical, empirical, data processing and SWOT analysis): - In the first and second part of the bachelor's thesis on the basis of theoretical aspects the author studies entrepreneurship and organisation of production processes; - In the third part the author describes organisation of production processes of “Bucher Municipal” Ltd.; - In the fourth part the author evaluates SWOT analysis of “Bucher Municipal” Ltd., management and human resources improvement perspectives, develops innovations in manufacturing process. The period of the research: 2015 - 2017 The bachelor's thesis consists of 77 pages (not including appendices). For the purposes of describing the study the paper includes 36 images and 9 tables, the paper have 3 appendices. To perform this study author has used 35 literature and other sources, out of which 3 in foreign language. Augstas darba efektivitātes pamatā viena no galvenajām panākuma atslēgām ir skaidrs rīcības plāns, kā rīkoties problēmu situācijās, lai novērstu cēloņus, kas liek problēmām atkārtoties atkal un atkal; lai novērstu atkārtošanos, jāizstrādā noteikts rīcības plāns problēmas cēloņu analīzei un novēršanai ilgtermiņā.
Maģistra darba mērķis, pamatojoties uz teorijas analīzi, ir veikt LEAN metožu un rīku novērtējumu un Individuālā KAIZEN pieteikuma 3.versijas izstrādi, un 8D problēmu risināšanas modeļa parauga izstrādi, kas būtu pielietojams nozares uzņēmumiem kā paraugs pēc kā ieviest 8D problēmu risināšanas metodi ikdienas darbā.
Mērķa sasniegšanas nolūkos maģistra darbā aprakstīta LEAN vēsturiskā attīstība un nozīme mūsdienās, kā arī LEAN metodes un rīki, tam sekojoši veikts SIA “Bucher Municipal” vispārējais raksturojums, veicot mašīnbūves nozares aprakstu un SIA “Bucher Municipal” finanšu analīzi, aprakstot arī uzņēmuma mērķus, misiju un vīziju, kā arī noskaidrojot uzņēmuma darbinieku redzējumu par LEAN metožu un rīku pielietojumu un rīcību problēmu situācijās ikdienā līdz šim. Pētījuma nolūkos ir veiktas ekspertu intervijas, lai noskaidrotu ekspertu viedokli par problēmu risināšanu procesu pilnveidi kā LEAN izstrādes sistēmas uzlabojumu rīku, kam sekojoši maģistra darba autore aprakstījusi iespējamos uzlabojumus LEAN metožu pielietošanas sistēmai uzņēmuma SIA “Bucher Municipal”. Darba noslēgumā ir apkopoti secinājumi un priekšlikumi.
Pētījumā izmantota grafikā, monogrāfiskā, deduktīvā, statistika analīzes, socioloģisko pētījumu metodes un empīriskās izziņas metodi.Master Thesis “Evaluation and Development of LEAN Methodology in Bucher Municipal SIA” is a study of the mechanical and vehicle engineering company Bucher Municipal SIA, founded in 2004.
One of the keys to high efficiency is a clear action plan for dealing with problem situations and eliminating their causes to stop recurrence; therefore, a detailed action plan should be developed to analyse and prevent the causes of a problem in the long term.
The aim of the Master Thesis, based on theory analysis, is to evaluate LEAN methods and tools, to develop Version 3 of the Individual KAIZEN application and to develop an 8D problem solving process model, which industry companies could use as an example of how to implement the 8D problem solving method in their daily work.
For the purpose of achieving this aim, the Master Thesis describes the historical development of LEAN, its importance nowadays and related methods and tools. These are followed by a general description of Bucher Municipal SIA and the mechanical and vehicle engineering industry, as well as by a financial analysis of Bucher Municipal SIA. The Thesis also outlines the company’s goals, mission and vision and its employees’ views on the use and applicability of LEAN methods and tools in daily problem situations. As part of the research, the author of the Thesis conducted expert interviews to obtain professional opinions on problem solving process improvements as a tool for upgrading LEAN development systems. This was followed by the author of the Thesis describing possible ways to improve the application of the LEAN methodology in Bucher Municipal SIA. Conclusions and proposals are summarised at the end of the Thesis.

Ultrasound of the axillary arch muscle in children
No full textPurpose: Unilateral or bilateral axillary masses in children are often of
clinical concern for malignancies. Our review illustrates a normal variant
of the axilla mimicking clinically an axillary mass.
Methods and Materials: Systematic review of our PACS and RIS
with the keyword “axilla” and the modality “ultrasound” in children under
16 years of age from 1.12.2009 until 30.11.2012. 19 axillary ultrasound
examinations in 16 patients (7m/9f, age 3 months to 15 years)
were included. One patient was examined 2 and one patient 3 times.
In 6 patients a prominent muscle was noted overlying the humeral head
in an abducted position. The muscle diameter was measured in cm
and compared with the contralateral side. In one patient photographs of
the axilla were available.
Results: In 16 examinations a lymphadenopathy (n=5), abscess formation
(n=5), seroma or hematoma (n=1) or lymphangioma (n=1) and no
diagnosis (n=1) was found. In 4 patients (25%) a unilateral muscle variant
and in 2 patients a bilateral muscle variant (axillary arch muscle) was
noted. In one patient a duplication of the muscle was found. In 4 patients
the muscle was larger than the contralateral side.
Conclusion: An axillary mass in children without other clinical complaints
may be related to a normal variant, the axillary arch muscle. Ultrasound
is the first modality of choice if imaging is required. Radiologists
should be aware of this normal variant since no other workup is necessary
in asymptomatic children

Careleaver in peergestützten Netzwerken – Eine Ressource für die Eigenständigkeit? Eine qualitative Forschungsarbeit zu Erfahrungen von Careleaver mit dem Peer-Netzwerken
No full textIn dieser qualitativen Forschungsarbeit befragten die Autoren Mischa Bucher und Yannik Fasser fünf Careleaver. Die Arbeit ist der Frage gewidmet, wie peergestützte Ansätze in einem Careleaver-Netzwerk angewendet werden und welche Erfahrungen von Careleaver damit gesammelt werden.
Careleaver sind junge Erwachsene, welche sich im Übertritt in die Eigenständigkeit befinden und einen Teil ihres Lebens in einem stationären Setting oder einer Pflegefamilie verbracht haben. Die Careleaver-Netzwerke bieten den Careleaver Möglichkeiten, sich mit Gleichgesinnten auszutauschen, sich weiterzubilden oder sich auf gesellschaftlicher, politischer oder institutioneller Ebene aktiv für die Leaving-Care-Thematik einzusetzen. Einleitend wird in dieser Arbeit in zwei Theoriekapiteln auf die Careleaver und den Peer-Ansatz eingegangen. Die beiden Kapitel werden abgerundet mit dem Beizug zweier Theoretiker der Sozialen Arbeit, Lothar Bönisch und Michael Winkler, damit ein theoretischer Bezug hergestellt wird.
Die Grundsätze der qualitativen Forschung werden im Forschungsdesign vorgestellt. Die fünf Interviews wurden mit der Methode des Leitfadeninterviews geführt und transkribiert sowie nach der qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse nach Philipp Mayring ausgewertet.
In der Forschung zeigte sich, dass vor allem die Kommunikation mit Gleichgesinnten im Netzwerk von den Careleaver geschätzt wird und dass peergestützte Ansätze für den Übertritt in die Eigenständigkeit unterstützend wirken können.
