    The aim of the work Portrait af Jan Filip-Zweifelhafer in cantext af Ostravian theatre is to outline the actors work on historical background of Czech theatrical society in at the end of the 20th century. Jan Filip was born on 7th april 1936 in Prague but spent his childhood and youth in Sušice, the town which he never stops visiting in his entire life. He graduates from the grammar school there and starts working as geodesist in Mariánské Lázně near by. He joins amateur theatricals and then strikes the attention of a gifted theatrician Jiří Dalík who offers Filip the first professional contract in Karlovy Vary theatre. He accepts and in 1960 starts his "border line theatres" era. Saša Lichý, art director of Petr Bezruč Theatre, offers Jan Filip in 1966 to come to Ostrava. He accepts, moves there with his family and stays until the end of his life. During his engagement in Petr Bezruč Theatre, he turns from the position of romantic herD into characterful actor. It is right in PBT where Jan Filip fully develops his crafts and artistic abilities. He also tryes the taste of fame and admiration there. ln 1976 Filip changes the scene and acquires engagement in Ostrava State Theatre. Working enviroment changes.     Filip Spannbrucker Filip Spannbrucker, česká barokní architektura, hrabě František Josef Schlik, Jean Baptiste Mathey, Jičínsko The main aim of this thesis is to present the life and work of Filip Spannbrucker (approximately 1672?1729), Prague architect and builder, in the context of contemporary artistic and social course of events. In the first part of this work there will be outlined Spannbrucker's life and professional career based on elaborate archival research. Special attention will be devoted to proprietors and a patronage of building projects wherein Spannbrucker participated or whereof was an author. In the connection, his work will be brought in contiguity of contemporaneous cultural, socioeconomical and aesthetical notions and relations. In the second part of this thesis there will be pointed out a characteristic and spring of inspiration of Spannbrucker's architecture by means of an accurate formal analysis.     Title: Synthesis of a Ferrocenylphosphine Bearing a Benzimidazole Substituent Author: Filip Šauli Department: Department of Inorganic Chemistry Supervisor: Prof. RNDr. Petr Štěpnička, Ph.D., DSc. Abstract: This bachelor's thesis describes the multistep synthesis of 2-[1′-(diphenylphosphino)ferrocenyl]-1H- benzo[d]imidazole (compound 7) starting from commercially available 1,1′-dibromoferrocene. Compound 7 was prepared via the condensation of 1′-(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene-1-carbaldehyde- borane (1:1) with o-phenylenediamine, catalyzed by dichlorobis(cyclopentadienyl)zirconium(IV), followed by deprotection of the resulting borane adduct - compound 3, which has not been previously reported. Reaction conditions and product isolation methods were optimized to achieve nearly complete conversion of the starting materials. Furthermore, the preparation of two palladium(II) complexes derived from this ligand (compounds 8 and 9) is described. The newly prepared compounds 3, 7, 8, and 9 were characterized by NMR and IR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. The structures of compounds 8 and 9 were additionally confirmed by single-crystal X-ray crystalography. Látka 7 konkrétně byla připravena kondenzací 1′-(difenylfosfino)ferrocen-1-karbaldehyd-boranu (1:1) s o-fenylendiaminem katalyzovanou dichlorobis(cyklopentadienyl)zirkoničitým komplexem, následovanou odchráněním vzniklého boranového aduktu - látky 3, která rovněž nebyla dosud publikována. Reakční podmínky a způsoby izolace produktů byly optimalizovány tak, aby vedly k téměř úplné konverzi výchozích látek. Dále je popsána příprava dvou palladnatých komplexů odvozených od tohoto ligandu (látky 8 a 9). Nově připravené látky 3, 7, 8 a 9 byly charakterizovány pomocí NMR a IR spektroskopie a hmotnostní spektrometrie. Struktura látek 8 a 9 byla navíc potvrzena pomocí rentgenostrukturní analýzy monokrystalů. RNDr. Petr Štěpnička, Ph.D. Abstrakt: Ačkoli byly koordinační sloučeniny obsahující fosfinonitrilové donory již hojně studovány, ve většině připravených komplexů byly tyto ligandy k centrálnímu kovu vázány pouze jako čisté P-donory, tj. s nekoordinovanými nitrilovými skupinami. To nás vedlo k přípravě a studiu komplexních sloučenin obsahující dva isomerní ligandy, 2-(difenylfosfino)benzonitril (Lo ) a 4-(difenylfosfino)benzonitril (LP ), při různém poměru ligandu ke kovu s cílem popsat nové koordinační módy. Předkládaná práce představuje nové měďné komplexy získané reakcemi zmíněných ligandů z jednoduchých halogenidů (CuX, X = Cl, Br, I) a pseudohalogenidů (X = CN) měďných a komplexy iontového typu připravené z prekurzoru [Cu(MeCN)4][BF4]. Výsledné komplexní sloučeniny byly charakterizovány elementární analýzou, infračervenou spektroskopií, hmotnostní spektrometrií, nukleární magnetickou rezonancí a jejich struktury byly určeny rentgenostrukturní analýzou. RNDr. Petr Štěpnička, Ph.D. Abstract: Although coordination compounds with phosphinonitrile ligands are already well known, in the vast majority of these complexes these ligands coordinate as simple P-donors with their cyano groups acting as auxiliary substituents. This led us to synthesize and study a series of Cu(I) complexes with two isomeric phosphinonitrile donors, namely 2-(diphenylphosphino)benzonitrile (Lo ) and 2-(diphenylphosphino)benzonitrile (Lp ), with different ligand-to-metal ratios and possibly characterize further coordination modes offered by these hybrid donors. This work describes the preparation of phosphinonitrile complexes from the aforementioned ligands and simple copper(I) halides (CuX, X = Cl, Br, I), pseudohalides (X = CN) and from [Cu(MeCN)4][BF4]. The products were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance, infrared spectroscopy and elemental analysis, mass spectrometry, and their solid-state structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray crystallography.     Title: Synthesis and characterization of ferrocenylated amidophosphine. Author: Filip Horký Department: Department of Inorganic chemistry Supervisor: prof. RNDr. Petr Štěpnička, Ph.D. Abstract: Complexes with amidophosphine donors have found interesting applications in catalysis and in medicinal chemistry. This led us to synthesize {[(2-(diphenylphosphino) ethyl)]-amino]carbonyl}ferrocene (compound 1) and the corresponding phosphine oxide (compound 2). This work describes three new synthetic routes to the target amidophosphine 1. The first one is a simple reaction of ferrocenecarboxylic acid with 2-(diphenylphosphino)ethylamine with reagents mediating amide bond formation. The second approach is based on the reaction of the mentioned amine with the respective acylbenzotriazole. Finally, the third way makes use of the reaction between the amine and an active ester, pentafluorophenyl ferrocencarboxylate. All products and intermediates were characterized by NMR spectra. The newly prepared phosphine oxide 2 was further characterized by infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis, mass spectrometry and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray crystallography.
