Tax management in strengthening financial independence of local government
No full textThe article analyses the directions of tax management in the context of budgetary decentralization. The paper aims to research tax management in the system of forming local budgets in the conditions of financial resources decentralization and analyze the current tools of tax management on the local level. In spite of a great number of researches, the issue of tax management in strengthening financial independence of local budgets is not enough studied; therefore, to reach financial independence of local communities it is necessary to adopt new normative and legal acts concerning decentralization of financial resources taking into account tax potential of each territorial community. The lack of financial resources causes the problem of optimal redistribution of power among central and local authorities. The author proposes the new mechanisms of solving the current problems on the example of local budget of the city of Uzgorod to contribute budgetary decentralization. The principal idea while conducting the reform of the budgetary process must be the adoption of certain changes in budgetary legislation which have to shift the mechanisms of budgetary financing and equating local budgets. The author concludes that the progressive vector of well-being increasing completely depends on the developed concept of regional economic policy. The article pays attention to the importance of taking into account the tax potential of a territory and characterizes the directions of strengthening financial independence of local government
Monitoring of Ergonomics Score Impact on Production Processes
No full textThis study presents the integration of ergonomics assessment data into production monitoring in a global automotive context. A cloud-based solution was developed to merge HumanTech ergonomics data with production metrics from the Cycle Time Deviation (CTD) Shift Report system via the Palantir Foundry platform. During implementation, several challenges were addressed, particularly inconsistent station naming, incompatible data formats, and duplicate or missing records. These were resolved through a harmonization process that enabled the creation of a standardized dataset. The resulting integration allows ergonomics scores to be visualized alongside cycle punctuality, takt time, and MOST-based analysis, supporting the identification of correlations between ergonomic risk and production delays. The paper also outlines the implementation steps, highlights the benefits of real-time monitoring, and discusses the potential for scalable analytics across multiple manufacturing sites

This is the last release that defaults to target API 27, the next one will default to target API 31, following the new requirement from Google for apps that need to be distributed on Play Store.
In order to fully support API 31 and as a propedeutic change for new features in Kivy, in the next release, python-for-android will use the new SDL2 releases.
