    ABSTRACT Library services provided by librarians must meet the demands of information users in the pre- and post-covid-19 era. Various libraries are now facing a paradigm shift to meet the challenges brought by Covid-19. Instead of returning to normal library activities, librarians will return to the “new normal”. One of them is experienced by the Library of the Faculty of General Medicine (FK) Baiturrahmah University in Padang City. The presence of the Covid-19 pandemic is forcing librarians to have time to adapt pedagogical practices as well as learn new virtual technologies, and develop outreach plans to ensure continued library services in remote and online environments. Other changes to the FK UNBRAH library include a greater shift in acquisition from print to electronic resources. Services for remote systems may be a bigger point of emphasis. COVID-19 has no boundaries and is changing our lives and the way we work and minimizing face-to-face interactions. So that inevitably these changes have predicted the substantial way the FK UNBRAH library has shifted in terms of physical access to print collections, facilities, collections, services, spaces and operations as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. The traditional approach used by libraries was abandoned, and new tactics were identified to be implemented in response to the current situation as the new normal with the help of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Keywords: Library Services, Covid-19, University Libraries, Paradigm Change, Baiturrahmah University.   ABSTRAK Layanan perpustakaan yang diberikan oleh pustakawan harus memenuhi tuntutan pengguna informasi di era pra dan pasca pandemi Covid-19. Berbagai perpustakaan kini menghadapi pergeseran paradigma untuk menghadapi tantangan yang dibawa oleh Covid-19. Alih-alih kembali ke aktivitas perpustakaan biasa, pustakawan akan kembali ke “normal baru”. Salah satunya yang dialami oleh Perpustakaan Fakultas Kedokteran Umum (FK) Universitas Baiturrahmah di Kota Padang. Kehadiran pandemi Covid-19 memaksa pustakawan memiliki waktu untuk menyesuaikan praktik pedagogis serta mempelajari teknologi virtual baru, dan mengembangkan rencana penjangkauan untuk memastikan layanan perpustakaan yang berkelanjutan di lingkungan jarak jauh dan online. Perubahan lain pada perpustakaan FK UNBRAH termasuk pergeseran yang lebih besar dalam akuisisi dari sumber daya cetak ke elektronik. Layanan untuk sistem jarak jauh mungkin menjadi titik penekanan yang lebih besar. COVID-19 tidak memiliki batas dan mengubah hidup kita dan cara kita bekerja dan meminimalkan interaksi tatap muka. Sehingga  mau tidak mau perubahan tersebut telah memprediksi cara substansial perpustakaan FK UNBRAH telah bergeser dalam hal akses fisik ke koleksi cetak, fasilitas, koleksi, layanan, ruang dan operasi sebagai akibat dari pandemi Covid-19. Pendekatan tradisional yang digunakan oleh perpustakaan ditinggalkan, dan taktik baru diidentifikasi untuk dijalankan dalam menanggapi situasi saat ini sebagai normal baru dengan bantuan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK).   Kata Kunci: Layanan Perpustakaan, Covid-19, Perpustakaan Universitas, Perubahan Paradigma, Universitas Baiturrahmah.&nbsp

    Artificial intelligence is a field within computer science and engineering that refers to the ways in which machines can easily perform tasks that would normally require human intervention and human intelligence. Basically a machine can think for itself to do a task. Through artificial intelligence machines can perform complex or simple tasks with greater efficiency and higher speed than humans. AI is developing rapidly in the health sector, especially in treatment management and diagnosis. AI has created the sensation of artificial intelligence that goes beyond human tasks and abilities. Research results suggest that in the future, AI can support human judgment, aid in clinical decision-making, and improve treatment efficiency. The growth of AI in healthcare is related to the complexity of modern medicine, which requires vast amounts of information to analyze, and there is also a limited number of doctors to meet that need with human intelligence. Baiturrahmah University (UNBRAH) as one of the tertiary institutions engaged in the health sector and has the Siti Rahma Islamic Hospital and Dental and Oral Special Hospital, should have become a health information center for the community, especially for its library. The UNBRAH Library as a public service institution must provide excellent community services without differentiating one another. Through AI, excellent service programs, especially in the UNBRAH library, can be realized in the form of online health information services, according to the background by utilizing AI and applications, so that this service can become the identity of the UNBRAH library

    ABSTRACT Currently, many regions are trying to image themselves as best they can by implementing the right brand strategy in order to provide many benefits and advantages. Location, geographic location, locale, products and personal figures from an area are used as references to create a brand by communicating its identity and various uniqueness within it. This phenomenon has resulted in many cities, provinces and even countries actively campaigning through various promotional media. Initially, branding was a science that was applied to goods and services, but in its development the brand concept expanded to various objects, including cities. In contrast to the product, a city is a complex entity because it is related to nature, people, objects and the artificial environment. Branding is indeed not seen as a way to manage a city, but rather as a tool to convey a positive image with the aim of increasing the perception of various stakeholders where branding cannot change a city but can help increase its overall competitiveness. the formation of city branding can affect the mental map of how visitors perceive a city in their minds, this happens because the image is a reflection or description of the condition of the elements that a city has in a relatively long period of time. Lokasi, letak geografis, kelokalan, produk dan sosok personal dari suatu daerah dijadikan acuan untuk membuat brand dengan mengkomunikasikan identitas dan beragam keunikan di dalamnya. Fenomena ini mengakibatkan banyak kota, provinsi bahkan negara aktif mengkampanyekan diri melalui berbagai media promosi. randing awalnya merupakan keilmuan yang diterapkan pada produk barang dan jasa, namun dalam perkembangannya konsep brand meluas ke berbagai objek termasuk kota. Berbeda dengan produk, sebuah kota merupakan entitas yang kompleks karena berkaitan dengan alam, manusia, benda dan lingkungan buatan. Branding memang tidak dipandang sebagai cara untuk mengelola suatu kota, melainkan sebagai alat untuk menyampaikan citra positif dengan tujuan meningkatkan persepsi yang dimiliki berbagai pemangku kepentingan di mana branding tidak dapat mengubah suatu kota tetapi dapat membantu meningkatkan daya saing secara keseluruhan. pembentukan branding kota dapat mempengaruhi peta mental bagaimana pengunjung mempersepsikan sebuah kota di benak mereka, ini terjadi karena citra merupakan cerminan atau gambaran kondisi dari unsur-unsur yang dimiliki suatu kota pada kurun waktu yang relatif lama.
