Peng Fei SONG revient sur sa carrière et nous présente le film "The Taste of Rice Flower".Song Pengfei est né le 29 décembre 1982 à Pékin. Très jeune, influencé par sa famille de chanteurs d’opéra, il développe une passion forte pour les arts. Après ses études secondaires, il vient à Paris pour étudier le cinéma à l’Institut International de l’image et du son. En 2006, il rentre en Chine et devient l’assistant du Taiwanais Tsai Ming-liang. Son premier film de fiction, Underground Flagrance, est sélectionné aux Venice Days et est distribué en France en 2016. Après 7 ans d'immersion dans la culture européenne, qui a transformé sa personnalité et son regard sur la vie, il est retourné en Chine et a pu voir les choses avec un nouveau regard, ce qui explique ses choix de thématiques pour ses films. Il a réalisé 3 courts métrages. Underground Fragrance est son premier long métrage et le projet a été sélectionné par le festival international du film PPP Pusan en 2010 et était au Cinemart à Rotterdam en 2011
