Full text linkArtiklen beskriver kliniske og teoretiske perspektiver på forståelsen og anvendelsen af fænomenet modoverføring i musikterapi i voksenpsykiatrien. de kliniske perspektiver er hentet fra min tiårige praksis i musikterapi i hospitalspsykiatrien herunder primært fra arbejde med borderline patienter eller patienter med personlighedsforstyrrelse. de teoretiske perspektiver er uddrag fra en historisk litteraturgennemgang vedrørende forståelse af fænomenet modoverføring fra freud til i dag. Der indgår en analyse af en klinisk improvisation fra egen praksis ud fra fem dimensioner i måden at forstå modoverføring på som er udarbejdet af en gruppe af psykoanalytikere kaldet 'specifister'. Analysen er baseret på egne notater, dialogudskrift og observatørnotater.This article describes clinical and theoretical perspectives on the understanding and application of the phenomenon of counter transference in music therapy in adult psychiatry. The clinical perspectives are based on my ten years of practice in music therapy in hospital psychiatry especially on my work with borderline patients or patients with personality disturbances. The theoretical perspectives are excerpts from a historical literature review concerning the understanding of the phenomenon of counter transference from Freud to today. An analysis of a clinical improvisation from my own clinical work is included where the improvisation is analysed by five dimensions in one way of understanding counter transference worked out by a group of psychoanalysts called the 'specifists'. No full textPræsentationen vil illustrere træningsmodeller i supervision for erfarne musikterapeuter hvor temaer omkring overføring/modoverføring er i fokus. Musikalske, verbale og kropsrelaterede metoder vil blive illustreret fra supervisionspraksis. Der vil blive fremført små 'live' supervisionsepisoder. Workshoppen vil indeholde demonstrationer af en vifte af supervisionsmetoder og teknikker anvendt i klinisk praksis efter kandidatniveau. Demonstrationerne vil omfatte forskellige kliniske områder såsom psykiatri og somatisk musikpsykoterapi. Workshoppen afslutter med diskussion af metoderneThe presentation will illustrate training models in supervision for experienced music therapists where transference/counter transference issues are in focus. Musical, verbal and body related tools will be illustrated from supervision practice by the presenters. A possibility to experience small supervision training excerpts live in the workshop will be offered. The workshop will include demonstrating a variety of supervision methods and techniques used in A) post graduate music therapy training programs b) a variety of work contexts such as psychiatry and somatic music psychotherapy. The workshop sill conclude with a discussion of the relevance of this type of supervision
