Outdoor mathematics trail thruogh Slovenske Konjice with preschoolers
V diplomski nalogi smo podrobneje predstavili matematični potep s predšolskimi otroki. V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge smo se osredotočili na igro in učenje v predšolskem obdobju, matematiko in naravo v vrtcu, še posebej pa na matematični potep v vrtcu. Usmerili smo se tako na raven otroka, kakor tudi na raven vzgojitelja. V praktičnem delu diplomske naloge smo predstavili relacijo, naloge, varnostne ukrepe ter bistvo našega diplomskega dela - načrt in analizo izvedbe matematičnega potepa. Na podlagi teoretičnih znanj smo sprehod načrtovali tako, da je zajemal vsa podpodročja predšolske matematike. Potep smo analizirali s pomočjo posnetka in fotografij, ki smo jih naredili na dan izvajanja. Sprehod je bil sestavljen iz različnih postaj, ki smo jih natančno analizirali, navedli odgovore otrok in njihove načine reševanja problemov ter jih primerjali z mejniki v matematičnem razvoju predšolskih otrok. Otroci so iskali matematiko v stvareh, ki jih spremljajo na vsakdanji ravni. Na podlagi izvedenega matematičnega potepa smo ugotovili, da matematične dejavnosti v naravi otroke izredno motivirajo, sproščajo ter jih spodbudijo, da določene veščine lažje oz. hitreje utrjujejo ali usvajajo.In the diploma thesis, we presented a mathematical trail with preschool children. In the theoretical part of the thesis, we focused on play and learning in the preschool period, mathematics and nature in kindergarten and mathematical trail in kindergarten. We focused on the aspect of the child as well as the aspect of the educator. In the practical part of the thesis, we presented the route, tasks, security measures and the essence of the diploma - the plan and analysis of the implementation of the mathematical trail. Based on theoretical knowledge, we planned the trail to cover all subfields of preschool mathematics. The walk was analyzed with the help of a video and photos taken on the day of the walk. The trail consisted of different stations, each of which we carefully analyzed, listed the children\u27s answers and their ways of solving problems and compared them with milestones in the mathematical development of preschool children. The children looked for math in the things they meet on a daily basis. Based on the implemented mathematical trail, we found that mathematical activities in nature motivate children, relax them and prompt them to develop certain skills faster and more easily.
Analysis of the tourism potential in destination Pec pod Sněžkou
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá cestovním ruchem v destinaci Pec pod Sněžkou, zejména pak analýzou realizačních a lokalizačních podmínek. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů cestovní ruch, sezónnost, podmínky pro rozvoj cestovního ruchu, destinace a subjekty v ní působící. Praktická část se věnuje charakteristice města Pec pod Sněžkou a územní analýzou předpokladů pro rozvoj cestovního ruchu, během které jsou hodnoceny přírodní a kulturní faktory. Pro potřeby hodnocení byla využita odborná metodika. Na základně kvalitativního výzkumu pomocí rozhovorů s osobami znalými v dané problematice a vlastním pozorováním byly zjištěny informace pro zpracování tématu. Cílem diplomové práce je zanalyzovat potenciál rozvoje cestovního ruchu v Peci pod Sněžkou se zaměřením na lokalizační podmínky.This diploma thesis deals with tourism in the destination Pec pod Sněžkou, especially with the analysis of implementation and location conditions. The theoretical part is focused on explaining the concepts of tourism, seasonality, conditions for the development of tourism, destinations and entities operating in it. The practical part describes the town of Pec pod Sněžkou and its territorial analysis of the preconditions for the development of tourism, in which natural and cultural factors are evaluated. Professional methodology was used for evaluation purposes. The information was obtained through interviews and personal observation. The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the potential for tourism development in Pec pod Sněžkou, focused on localization conditions
International freight transportation at „PEC“, LLC
The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the study of international freight transport on the basis of the logistics company "PEC" s.r.o. The aim of this work is to analyze the company's activities and to suggest possible recommendations and ways to optimize these activities. The first part of the thesis contains a description of the basic concepts of logistics, a definition of what logistics is, and a classification of existing types of logistics. The topic of international logistics is analyzed separately as the main topic of the study. Than the general information about "PEC" s.r.o., such as a basic description of the company's activities, a description of logistics activities and the company's financial situation was given. In the second part of the bachelor's thesis, ways to optimize the work of the warehouse in St. Petersburg were proposed. Another point in optimizing the work of the "PEC" was the choice of the optimal route for sending cargo from St. Petersburg to Rome according to the initial conditions. Then the optimal cargo carrier was chosen. This was done using specialized calculation formulas, ABC analysis, Bellman functions to determine the smallest value of the optimization criterion, network graph, pairwise comparison matrix, calculation of integral evaluation and desirability scale. At the end of the bachelor thesis, the results of the proposed optimization methods are presented in the form of a summary table.Bakalářská práce je věnována zkoumání mezinárodní nákladní přepravz ve společnosti „PEC“, s.r.o. Cílem práce je analyzovat činnosti společnosti a navrhnout možné doporučení a způsoby optimalizace těchto činností. První část práce obsahuje popis základních pojmů logistiky, definici toho, co je to logistika, a klasifikaci existujících druhů logistiky. Samostatně je analyzováno téma mezinárodní logistiky jako hlavní téma studie. Dále byly uvedeny obecné informace o „PEC“ s.r.o., jako je základní popis činnosti společnosti, popis logistických činností a finanční situace společnosti. V druhé části bakalářské práce byly navrženy způsoby optimalizace práce skladu v Petrohradě. Dalším bodem při optimalizaci práce „PEC“ byla volba optimální trasy pro odeslání nákladu z Petrohradu do Říma podle výchozích podmínek. Poté byl zvolen optimální přepravce nákladu. Toto bylo provedeno pomocí specializovaných výpočtových vzorců, ABC analýzy, Bellmanovy funkce pro určení nejmenší hodnoty optimalizačního kritéria, síťového grafu, párové srovnávací matice, výpočtu integrálního hodnocení a škály žádoucnosti. Classification of potatoes using deep neural networks with support of color and thermal imaging analysis
V magistrskem delu obravnavamo klasifikacijo krompirja v tri kakovostne razrede – gnili, krmni in jedilni – z uporabo naprednih globokih nevronskih mrež. Model smo razvili v programskem jeziku Python z uporabo ogrodja TensorFlow. Primerjali smo učinkovitost treh sodobnih arhitektur konvolucijskih nevronskih mrež: EfficientNet, DenseNet in Xception, ter na podlagi rezultatov izbrali najbolj primerno za našo podatkovno bazo. DenseNet201 je izstopal kot najbolj natančen in stabilen model, DenseNet121 pa je ponujal najboljše ravnovesje med natančnostjo in računsko zahtevnostjo. Preizkusili smo tudi termovizijsko kamero za preučevanje možnosti zaznave gnilobe na podlagi temperaturnih razlik krompirja in opisali omejitve te metode. Cilj raziskave je razvoj inteligentnega, cenovno dostopnega sistema za avtomatsko sortiranje krompirja, ki bi povečal produktivnost kmetijske proizvodnje ob minimalnih stroških.This master\u27s thesis addresses the classification of potatoes into three quality categories – rotten, feed and edible – using advanced deep neural networks. The model was developed in the Python programming language utilizing the TensorFlow framework. We compared the performance of three modern convolutional neural network architectures: EfficientNet, DenseNet and Xception, and selected the most suitable one for our dataset based on the results. DenseNet201 stood out as the most accurate and stable model, while DenseNet121 offered the best balance between accuracy and computational complexity. We also tested a thermal imaging camera to explore the possibility of detecting rot based on temperature differences in potatoes and described the limitations of this method. The aim of the research is to develop an intelligent, cost-effective system for automatic potato sorting that would increase agricultural productivity with minimal costs

Modeling of a digital twin of a production line in the NX Mechatronics Concept Designer environment
Diplomsko delo temelji na postopku razvoja digitalnega dvojčka proizvodne linije v programskem okolju NX Mechatronics Concept Designer, ki omogoča virtualno simuliranje in napovedovanje obnašanja fizičnih procesov. V nalogi je predstavljen podroben postopek zasnove digitalnega dvojčka danega fizičnega modela proizvodne linije podjetja Staudinger GmBH. Na kratko sta opisana uporabljena programska okolja S7-PLCSIM Advanced in TIA Portal, ki sta bila potrebna za vzpostavitev povezave digitalnega dvojčka z zunanjo signalizacijo. Na koncu je priložen program, ustvarjen v programskem okolju TIA Portal, ki omogoča ciklično potovanje izdelka po proizvodni liniji.The thesis is based on the process of developing a digital twin of the production line in the NX Mechatronics Concept Designer software environment, which enables virtual simulation and prediction of the behaviour of physical processes. The assignment initially presents a detailed process of designing a digital twin of a given physical model of the Staudinger GmBH production line. Used software environments, like S7-PLCSIM Advanced and TIA Portal, that were necessary to establish the connection of the digital twin with external signalling, are briefly described. A program created in TIA Portal software environment, which enables the product to cycle through the production line, is attached at the end
Establishment of bus lines between maribor and nearby airports
V diplomskem delu smo s pomočjo izvedene anonimne ankete pridobili mnenje javnosti o vzpostavitvi avtobusne povezave med Mariborom in štirimi bližnjimi letališči, to so Letališče Jožeta Pučnika Ljubljana, Letališče Edvarda Rusjana Maribor, Letališče Gradec in Letališče Franja Tuđmana Zagreb. Direktna avtobusna linija med Mariborom in bližnjimi letališči namreč še ni bila vzpostavljena. S pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika in analize smo torej ugotavljali, ali bi bilo takšne povezave smiselno vzpostaviti. Prav tako nas je zanimalo, katere vrste prevoza anketiranci trenutno uporabljajo, koliko bi bili pripravljeni odšteti za avtobusno karto do določenega letališča in kako pogosto naj bi avtobus do njih vozil. Ugotovili smo, da bi bila avtobusna povezava do izbranih letališč smiselna in da bi se večina odločila za potovanje z avtobusnim prevozom, kar pa je odvisno tudi od voznega reda, cene vozovnice, udobja … Odziv anketirancev na idejo o vzpostavitvi omenjene avtobusne povezave je bil pozitiven, zato bi predlagali vzpostavitev avtobusnega prevoza do letališč, kjer je smiselno, tj. do tistih, s katerih ljudje pogosteje letijo.In the diploma thesis, we undertook a research in other words we obtained an opinion poll through establishing an anonymous public opinion on establishing a bus connection between Maribor and four nearby airports. We chose Jože Pučnik Airport Ljubljana, Edvard Rusjan Airport Maribor, Graz Airport and Franjo Tudžman Airport Zagreb. The main problem of our diploma thesis is that the direct bus line between Maribor and a nearby airports has not yet been implemented, which means that with help of questionnaire and analysis we would like to find out if a certain bus connections will make sanse. We were also interested in what forms of transportation our respondents were currently using, how much they would be willing to pay for a bus ticket to particular airport as well as how frequent the bus shoul be driving. We can confirm that the bus connection to certain airports would make sense and most people would choose bus. Of course, it depends on the timetable, the price of the ticket, the comfort... With regard to the establishment of the mentioned bus connection, the response of the respondents was quite positive
Preconditions for tourism development in Pec pod Sněžkou
In the first part, there are the theoretical preconditions for tourism development in a destination listed. In the second part, Pec pod Sněžkou is introduced both from a historical point of view as well as from the present time. There are also listed some projects that were supported by the ERDF. The following part specifically introduces all the preconditions Pec pod Sněžkou actually has. It also gives a comentary on the quality of services offered. Next chaper gives propositions for the further development. The document is ended by a page deducted to introducing the survey, which was done among people in Pec pod Sněžkou
A putative human homologue of the macaque area PEc
The cortical area PEc is anatomically and functionally well-defined in macaque, but it is unknown whether it has a counterpart in human. Since we know that macaque PEc, but not the nearby posterior regions, hosts a lower limb representation, in an attempt to recognize a possible human PEc we looked for the existence of leg representations in the human parietal cortex using individual cortical surface-based analysis, task-evoked paradigms and resting-state functional connectivity. fMRI images were acquired while thirty-one participants performed long-range leg movements through an in-house MRI-compatible set-up. We revealed the existence of multiple leg representations in the human dorsomedial parietal cortex, here defined as S-I (somatosensory-I), hPE (human PE, in the postcentral sulcus), and hPEc (human PEc, in the anterior precuneus). Among the three “leg” regions, hPEc had a unique functional profile, in that it was the only one responding to both arm and leg movements, to both hand-pointing and foot pointing movements, and to flow field visual stimulation, very similar to macaque area PEc. In addition, hPEc showed functional connections with the somatomotor regions hosting a lower limb representation, again as in macaque area PEc. Therefore, based on similarity in brain position, functional organization, cortical connections, and relationship with the neighboring areas, we propose that this cortical region is the human homologue of macaque area PEc
