CONTRIBUTION OF RAJARAM BAPU PATIL FOR EDUCATION
Rajaram Bapu Patil has faced lot of problems while taking his education. He was aware of the political,
economical, social and religious condition of the people of Maharashtra. In the critical economical condition, it was not
possible to take education to the children who were living in rural area. As a highly qualified, he knows that the society
should progress comprehensively. In the paper contribution of Rajaram Bapu Patil for education is considere
Shree Siddhivinayak Ganapati Mandir
Distant view, including the vimana (tower over the central shrine) at center; A Hindu temple dedicated to Ganesha. Consecrated on 19 November 1801, the temple was built by the contractor Laxman Vithu Patil and funded by a rich Agri woman named Deubai Patil. The original structure of the Siddhivinayak Temple was a small 3.6 m x 3.6 m square brick structure with a dome-shaped brick sikhara. This expanded to a 2550 sq m temple complex; however in the 1950s and 60s, some of the land of the complex was sold. It is one of the richest temples in Mumbai, in annual donations. Smita Patil: Fiercely Feminine
Smita Patil is an Indian actress who worked in films for a twelve year period between 1974 and 1986, during which time she established herself as one of the powerhouses of the Parallel Cinema movement in the country. She was discovered by none other than Shyam Benegal, a pioneering film-maker himself. She started with a supporting role in Nishant, and never looked back, growing into her own from one remarkable performance to the next. She quickly became the go-to actress for most of the film-makers working in Parallel Cinema at the time. Patil was soon critically acclaimed both within the country and outside, for her work. She created some of the truly unforgettable female protagonists in Parallel Cinema, roles for which she is still remembered and admired. These characters are feisty, fiercely feminine, and have left an indelible impression on critics and audiences alike. What is it about her that enabled Patil to create these portrayals with such honesty and intensity? This thesis looks at her persona, as well as her craft, in order to answer this question, examining three of her films in detail: Bhumika, Manthan, and Subah
Social Communication Database
The dataset was generated by real world text communication in the group conversation. So, maintain the anonymity of the usernames and the mobile numbers of those who participated in the survey. This dataset can be used for education and research purpose only.
The main contribution of this research in text mining is to bring into being a standard dataset for research purpose
in the realm of mining the chat conversation. We have observed that this dataset has an immense density to be utilized
for research purpose. Our applications based on this dataset, you can utilize this dataset into semantic search,
sentiment analysis, semantic clustering of conversation, topic extraction, spam detection, etc. We wish to offer
this dataset for others to collaborate and research on further possibilities.
We have used our algorithms to extract the textual information from whatsapp logs
and stored it in a sqlite database file named as "social conversation.db".
This dataset contains 16225 text messages and 839 distinct users.
We have considered 17 whatsapp groups for extracting the textual information.

A Research Paper on Porous Asphalt Pavement
The aim of this study is to recharge ground water to underplaying aquifers and reduce risk of flood condition. Porous asphalt pavement is an alternative technology that differs from traditional asphalt pavement designs, that the pavement permits fluid to pass freely through it. Porous asphalt pavement also reduces and control surface runoff of surrounding area. This technique also can be used as additional way of storm water management. The past few studies suggests that, porous asphalt pavement intended to be used for parking lots, storm water management, water quality treatment, peak flow reduction and noise control. The research has focused on improving quality and quantity of ground water. This study includes model making and checking performance of that constructed pavement model. Study investigates performance of aggregates and porous asphalt used in projects, such as properties of aggregates like impact value, crushing value, specific gravity, abrasion test. Tests performance on porous asphalt includes ductility test, stripping value test and penetration test. Study includes sample making of various proportion of asphalt and aggregates. Total 9 samples were made to check which sample gives best performance as per the requirement. Out of 9 samples, 6 asphalt with 10mm aggregate grit sample gives required performance. Purpose: Role of intravitreal injection of dexamethasone implant (Ozurdex) for refractory macular thickening. Methods: A case report of a 13-year-old boy with Rhodopsin-positive, CRB1-negative retinitis pigmentosa presenting with Coat's-like exudative vitreoretinopathy and treatment-resistant cystoid macular oedema. Results: A reduction in the macular thickening following a single injection of Ozurdex. Conclusion: We present our experience in successful treatment of refractory macular oedema with intravitreal injection of dexamethasone implant resulting in clinically significant resolution of macular thickening.<br/
Open Quantum Systems: Controlling System-Bath Interactions and Studying their Influence
All quantum systems are open to some extent, i.e. they interact with their environment. In this thesis, we develop novel techniques to control these system-bath interactions and then demonstrate through experiments their significant influence on system properties and dynamics. We develop a novel imaging technique in the context of ultracold lattice gases. This imaging technique allows us to tune the rate at which the atoms are measured (which can be thought of as an interaction with the electromagnetic radiation environment) over several orders of magnitude, without concomitant heating or loss of the atoms. Using this technical ability, we show that in the weak measurement limit, the atoms undergo unabated quantum evolution, i.e. they freely tunnel around the lattice, whereas as the measurement strength is increased, the tunnelling gets suppressed, the coherence is lost, and the atoms approach a classical limit of slower diffusion; demonstrating the influence of the degree of system-bath interactions on the system's dynamics. Moreover, the dissipation of open systems also allows for the realization of driven-dissipative phase transitions. We demonstrate and characterize such a phase transition in a system of ultrahigh-Q optomechanical Silicon Nitride membrane resonators, and then employ it to study the influence of system-bath interactions on criticality and phase transitions. In particular, we develop an active feedback protocol that allows us to change not only the strength of the resonators' interactions with the bath but also the very nature of their interactions (non-Markovian vs Markovian). We experimentally demonstrate that these can markedly influence the criticality of the driven-dissipative phase transition through measurements of critical and scaling exponents, which significantly change with changing system-bath interactions. Furthermore, we also demonstrate that the very phases that the system supports can be influenced by the interactions – a class of non-Markovian interactions is shown to effect a phase, a nonequilibrium steady state, that has no analog in the Markovian case. Lastly, we consider a couple of applications of these resonator systems to enhance force-sensing capabilities. We also discuss the future prospects of such control techniques and other extensions of the works presented in this thesis for gaining further insights into the influence of system-bath interactions on system properties and behavior.
