Fracture types and thickness distribution in superplastic sheets formed with plastic injection molding

    No full text
This paper investigates the fracter types and thickness ratio distribution in superplatic Zn/Al sheets formes during a hybrid process combining superplastic sheet forming with plastic injection molding. Three types of sheet fractures, edge cracking, central cracking and combined cracking. are observed. The success of forming superplastic sheets with rib features using injectino molding with various parameters, including melt temperature, injection pressure and mold temperature, are investigated. They are presentes in the form of a molding area with areas of various fracture types. Central cracks occur when superplastic sheets are formed with injection molding with higher melt temperature, while edge cracks occur with higher injection pressure. When the melt flow is parallel to the sheet rolling direction, the areas of edge crack are enlarged. The sheet thickness ratio distribution is obtained for various injection parameters and rib depths. Observation of the sheet thickness distribution for variation parameters, the tendency of the sheet fracture type can be generalized

In practice the implementation of the Jobs authors chose a place in the Field Word Practive Notary and PPAT (Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah) Triniken Tiyas Tirlin, S.H., which is located at Jalan Kaliurang Km. 6,3, Sleman, Yogyakarta, on a recommendation by a friend that the Notary Triniken Tiyas Tirlin, S.H., Notary is one of the senior and very professional, it can be seen from the experience of the Triniken Tiyas Tirlin, S.H. working in the field, so i think it would be a lot of knowledge and experience which can be given to the author. In this final writer lift procedure swiching land ownership in buying and selling, because the authors have based on observations of the author during an internship in the office of the Notary and PPAT Triniken Tiyas Tirlin, S.H. the office very often visited clients who want to enlist the services to be made a deed of agreement buying and selling land in particular. Thus the authors are very interested to learn and understand the procedures and processes of transfer of rights over land for sale. the TA is the author discusses about the procedur transitional land ownership in the sale and purchase on the understanding that it includes buying and selling, understanding and agreement of sale with the procedures of ground objects began with the issuance of the certificate request to the tranfer of rights

A systematic process for generating new blockchain-service business model ideas

    No full text
As is the case with other emerging technologies, commercializing blockchain technology via business models can provide radical opportunities for innovation. Existing studies on blockchain-service businesses lack research on how to develop business model ideas systematically; this study proposes a methodical process for generating these new ideas. Blockchain technology features were organized from the perspective of idea generation and leveraged to solve customer requirements. Through workshops, six business ideas were generated and evaluated by 26 experts. The proposed process proved it could generate innovative and qualitative ideas and could, thus, help business planners who are looking to generate new blockchain-service business model ideas. © 2021, The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer-Verlag GmbH Germany, part of Springer Nature.11Nssciscopu

This Final Project Report was prepared by Angelia Rachel Aiena, Student Identification Number 2041211011, with the title “IMPOSITION OF LOCAL TAX OBLIGATIONS AND INCOME TAX 23 ON CATERING SERVICES AT RSUD R. SYAMSUDIN S.H.” This report is prepared based on the results of research conducted by the author at RSUD R. Syamsudin S.H. Prior to the issuance of Law No. 28/2009, catering services were included in the Value Added Tax object. After the issuance of the Act, catering services have been excluded from the object of Value Added Tax and are subject to the object of Regional Tax in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 1 of 2022 concerning Financial Relations between the Central Government and Regional Governments and are subject to Income Tax 23 in accordance with the provisions of PMK No. 141/PMK.03/2015 concerning Other types of services as referred to in Article 23 Paragraph (1) Letter C Number 2 of Law Number 7 of 1983 concerning Income Tax. The purpose of this research is to find out how tax imposition, tax calculation and constraints on eating and drinking in hospitals. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a descriptive method so that the results of this research are based on direct observation through sources with interview, observation, and documentation methods to find out how the imposition of local taxes and income tax 23 on catering services at RSUD. R Syamsudin S.H and its constraints and solutions. As PMK No. 141/PMK.03/2015 explains that Catering Services are subject to an Income Tax 23 rate of 2% of the gross amount and are subject to local tax rates as referred to in Law No. 1 of 2022 of 10% of the Tax Imposition Base (DPP). The results of research at RSUD R. Syamsudin S.H in the imposition of local tax obligations and Income Tax 23 on catering services are in accordance with these regulations

Adhesion quality of steel-CFRP interface bonding

In this work, peel tests were used to assess the adhesion quality between carbon fiber reinforced polymers (CFRP) and carbon steel plates. The tests were performed according to the ASTM standard of floating roller peel tests (D3167–97) with a new specimen layup. The layup and geometry of specimens was defined in order to have the CFRP as the rigid substrate and the steel plate as a flexible substrate. The aim is to assess the adhesion quality of the interface in dry-conditions (short-term) and after ageing (long term). Specimens were inside the salt spray cabinet for 30 days to absorb the moisture. Results show that peel load are not significantly affected by the ageing condition. The specimens tested at dry-conditions and ageing condition showed a cohesive failure within the adhesive layer, which indicates a good adhesion between the CFRP-Steel interfaces. Long term durability is suggested by keeping the specimen for longer duration in order to observe the degraded trend and adhesion quality of the joints

Parameter analysis for the design of statically balanced serial linkages using a stiffness matrix approach with Cartesian coordinates

    No full text
A statically balanced system is in equilibrium in every pose. In classical balancing solutions for serial linkages, each DOF is balanced by an independent element. Disadvantages are increased mass and inertia for counter-mass, and auxiliary links for spring solutions. Recent literature presents a method for balancing serial linkages without auxiliary links; using multi-articular springs. This method obtains constraint equations from the stiffness matrix. Downsides are different coordinate systems for describing locations and states, and criteria constraining attachments to fixed lines In the present paper Cartesian coordinates are implemented in the stiffness matrix approach. Goal is comparing the use of this single coordinate system to using multiple, and obtaining increased insight in and providing a visualization of parameter relations. The Cartesian coordinates are implemented, providing a simple, intuitive method for designing statically balanced serial linkages allowing for recognition of the full design space. Obtained parameter relations are visualized in an example.Mechatronic Systems Desig

Design of an environmentally interactive continuum manipulator

    No full text
Continuum manipulators are high degree of freedom structures that can use their increased degrees of freedom to navigate through an environment with obstacles. This type of manipulator is underactuated, which make them promising for adapting to their environments. However, current research is mainly focused on accurate positioning and obstacle avoidance, while the advantages of underactuated systems remain unused. Therefore this paper proposes a new design and approach of a continuum manipulator, which can navigate through an environment with obstacles by passively shaping the manipulator along the obstacles. The proposed design consists of a sequence of crosslink segments, where steering is done by an antagonistic pair of tendons and forward movement is done by a single pushing force at the base of the manipulator. Analytical models and a prototype show that this manipulator has a highly increased range of motion per segment compared with similar systems. The results also show that the manipulator is able to reach a target in a multi-obstacle environment using a simple binary control system with low input forces.Mechatronic Systems Desig
