The active ingredient A is chosen from bacteria, bacterial toxins, fungi, plant derivatives and mineral derivatives. The substance B is chosen from fatty alcohols, fatty acid esters, esters of alcohols and oils. The active ingredient A and the substance B is administered simultaneously, sequentially and separately.
