No full textAndrea Graziosi, At the roots of Soviet industrial relations and practices. Piatakovs Donbass in 1921. Using documents from different Russian archives, the author tries to reconstruct the passage from War Communism to the NEP in the crucial mining and industrial region of the Donbass. The analysis is developed along three main directions: the social and national tensioas arising from the rigid application of militarization policies in the region; the development, in the context of famine and overt confrontation with the work force, of most of the labor policies later applied on a Soviet scale in the 1930's; the political conflicts provoked at the local level by G.L. Piatakov's initiatives, and their repercussions in Moscow in the context of the fierce struggle opposing Trotskii to the majority of the party. Special attention is devoted to Lenin's ambiguous role and to the formation of Stalin's personal following as well as to the making of a Stalinist ideology.Andrea Graziosi, A l'origine des relations et des pratiques industrielles soviétiques. Le Donbass de Pjatakov en 1921. Sur la base de documents provenant de différentes archives russes, l'auteur tente de reconstituer le passage du communisme de guerre à la NEP dans une région minière et industrielle très importante, le Donbass. Il développe son analyse dans trois directions : les tensions sociales et nationales soulevées par l'application rigoureuse de politiques militaristes dans cette région ; l'évolution, dans le contexte de la famine et de la confrontation ouverte avec la main d'oeuvre, de la plupart des politiques de travail appliquées par la suite à l'échelle soviétique dans les années 30 ; les conflits politiques suscités au niveau local par les initiatives de G.L. Pjatakov et leurs répercussions à Moscou dans le contexte de la lutte acharnée opposant Trockij à la majorité du parti. L'article accorde une attention toute particulière au rôle ambigu de Lenin et à la formation des partisans de Stalin, ainsi qu'à l'élaboration de l'idéologie stalinienne.Graziosi Andrea. No full textIl saggio esplora l'impatto dei cambiamenti profondi della tardo modernità sull'esistenza dell'individuo all'interno della tematica generale del rapporto società e psiche. Dopo aver inquadrato il dibattito che ha riguardato il rapporto psiche-società, si sofferma sui problemi socio esistenziali dell'individuo della contemporaneità. Dai dati emerge il prevalere di un forte disagio socio-esistenziale i cui sintomi più evidenti sono attacchi di panico, e personalità borderline al punto che questi sintomi possono essere visti come nevrosi sociale piuttosto che nevrosi individuali. Il saggio si conclude affrontando la questione dei rimedi sociali necessari al superamento di questi disagi, ponendo la centro la questione della formazione di una personalità integrata.The essay analyzes the impact of social change on the social existence of the individual in the late modernity. In the first part the debate about the relationship between the psyche and society is reconstructed, then the focus moves to the social exitential problems of contemporary man and to the spread of anxiety disorders, such as panic attacks, borderline perosanality; the author argues that they shoud be considered the symptoms of a socialneurosis. In the conclusion, the question how is possible to form a unite personality is addressed
