No full textВыпускная квалификационная работа на тему «Интерьер усадьбы русского художника второй половины XIX - начала XX века (на примере музейных комплексов Ленинградской области)» выполнена студенткой Института истории СПбГУ Стаценко Алевтиной Андреевной. Целью данной работы является рассмотрение характера формирования мастерской как особой части интерьера усадьбы художника второй половины XIX – начала XX века на примере музейных комплексов Ленинградской области: дома-музея П. П. Чистякова, музея-усадьбы И. Е. Репина «Пенаты» и музея-усадьбы Н. К. Рериха в Изваре. Для достижения заявленной цели автором были проанализированы источники и историография по данной тематике; рассмотрен феномен русской усадебной культуры как историко-культурного явления второй половины XIX столетия; прослежена история строительства домов-дач художников; проанализированы интерьеры рассматриваемых усадеб в целом, и убранство мастерских в частности; определена степень влияния художника на формирование и оформление собственной усадьбы и мастерской.This graduation thesis «Interior of the Russian artist’s estate of the second half of the XIX - beginning of the XX century (based on the example of the Leningrad Region's museum complexes)» was written by Statsenko Alevtina Andreevna, student of the History Institute of St. Petersburg State University. The purpose of this work is to consider the nature of the formation of the studio as a specific part of the interior of the artist’s estate of the second half of the XIX - beginning of the XX century. This research is based on the example of the Leningrad region’s museum complexes: the house museum of P. P. Chistyakov, the Repin’s memorial estate «Penates» and the estate of N. K. Roerich in Izvara. The author analyzes sources and historiography on this subject; considers the Russian estate culture as a historical and cultural phenomenon of the second half of the XIX century; traces construction history of the artist’s country houses. The author also explores the interiors of estates as a whole, and particularly analyzes studios furniture; determines degree of the artist’s impact on formation and design of their own estate and studio in it

The paper considers one of the possible numerical approachs for describing mechanical behavior of heterogeneous media based on modelling of the structure using computed tomograghy data. The proposed approach allows us to model the mechanical behavior of a porous medium taking into account the structure properties. At the first stage of the study, sample is scanned by computed tomography, then the data is digitized and digital prototype is built. This prototype with corresponding weights is used in the forming the local stiffness matrices for finite element method. The integration of stiffness matrices carried out by the central rectangles method. The effect of tomographic data density on the convergence of the proposed numerical method was investigated. The results of solving a typical problem for the diaphysis of the femur are given. The obtained numerical results reflect the influence of the accuracy of approximation of the sample geometry, and also illustrate the dependence of the displacement field on the structure of the material

No full textThe article is devoted to the cognitive analysis of linguistic means, representing the primary human needs in extreme conditions. The nominations denoting the concepts of “food” and “warmth” are subjected to the lexico-semantic, grammatical, stylistic consideration. A choice of the discourse for analysis is due to describing a human life in detention when the primary adaptive needs prevail all others and become the most valuable. The representation of human basic biological need in food and warmth is considered in the given contexts. The use of colloquial vocabulary, grammatical norms violation, as well as figurative comparisons and transformed phraseological units in the contexts determine peculiarities of the verbal explication of the concept “food”. The author pays attention to the stylistically reduced vocabulary, which stands out the lexeme “belly”, acquiring new semantic shades in the analyzed fragments. With the nomination of warmth as another important human need for existence, the lexeme “stove” is associated. The paper identifies and analyzes the factors that cause the life values changes at the cognitive level of a person experiencing deprivation of basic biological needs

Precedent texts in the aspect of newsjacking: ways of transformation

Based on publications in the communities in the social network «VK»: company «Burger King» in Russia, «Aviasales», tv-channel «Dozhd» and other, the author examines one of the techniques of creating publications in the format of newsjacking –the use of precedent textsand reveals the ways of its transformation. As a result, conclusions are made about the functions of the described publications and the tasks of SMM-promotion of the company, which they allow to solve.Статья посвящена анализу функционирования прецедентных текстов в публикациях формата «ньюсджекинг». State of a large vessels and microcirculation - a new target for antihypertensive therapy in patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes

To evaluate the effect of 12 weeks of complex therapy with the fixed combination of enalapril and indapamide on indicators of vascular stiffness of large arteries and parameters of skin microcirculation (MC) in patients with arterial hypertension (HT) and diabetes mellitus (DM) type 2.Material and methods. 30 patients with HT stage II-III in combination with DM type 2 aged 40-70 years were included into the study. The fixed combination of enalapril and indapamide in addition to lipid-lowering and hypoglycemic therapy was prescribed to all patients. Elastic properties of large arteries were assessed by analyzing the pulse wave velocity (PWV) and the calculation of the index of aortic stiffness (IAS). Skin MC and level of glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) were also determined.Results. After the 12-week treatment all patients reached the target values of blood pressure (BP). Office systolic and diastolic BP levels decreased by 18.8 and 13.1% (p<0.05 for both), respectively. The treatment did not have a negative effect on glucose metabolism – HbA1C concentration decreased by 2.7%. PWV in the vessels of elastic and muscular types decreased by 10.8 and 10.1% (p<0.05 for both), respectively, and IAS decreased by 27.4% (p<0.05). Significant growth in factor myogenic regulation of MC and reduction in bypass indicator by 21.8% were found.Conclusion. Combined therapy with the inclusion of a fixed combination of enalapril and indapamide for 12 weeks had a high antihypertensive efficacy and good tolerability in patients with HT and DM type 2. Treatment significantly reduced the vascular stiffness of large arteries and improved the MC indices in these patients
Recipes development and quality evaluation of food concentrate “buckwheat porridge” with higher nutritional and biological value
No full textProduction of food with specified characteristics (composition, structure, sensory parameter) is a promising direction of food industry development. Such products are low-calorie foods, they are good for health, have balanced composition and functional properties. They can be cooked fast and have extended storage. The main objective of the given research is to develop production technology and evaluate the quality of the food concentrate «Buckwheat porridge with soybean-fern-protein-vitamin-mineral concentrate» having higher biological and nutritional value. The research results made it possible to develop production technology of a new enriched food such as food concentrate with high biological and nutritional value using an analogue by means of increasing the number of components in the raw material as well as to get a model recipe of the food concentrate mixture with soybean-fern-protein-vitamin-mineral concentrate and evaluate product quality. By means of recipe modeling and determining the chemical composition, nutritional value as well as assessing the quality in respect to organoleptic parameters the authors proved that it is important to produce the given product. The research has revealed that if a person consumes the developed food concentrate the daily requirement for protein is satisfied 23%, fat – 18%, vitamin C – 37%, vitamin E – 105%, mineral substances: potassium – 23%, calcium – 12%, phosphorus – 40%, magnesium – 34%, and food fiber – 37%. That shows the advantages of the product if we compare it with the analogue. Using obtained results the author developed a set of technical documents, namely, corporate standard and operating procedures for the production of food concentrate «Buckwheat porridge with soybean-fern-protein-vitamin-mineral concentrate». The given product with specified qualities can be produced by catering companies and food-concentrates industry
