No full textL’intento di questa mostra è di porre in luce affinità tra speculazioni di Leonardo sulla scienza della pittura o aspetti del suo operato artistico e ricerca in psicologia dell’arte e in psicologia della percezione di impronta gestaltista.
La guida prescelta per accompagnare il percorso espositivo è Alberto Argenton, psicologo dell’arte e artista, assieme ai suoi principali maestri d’elezione: Rudolf Arnheim, Paolo Bozzi e Gaetano Kanizsa.
La mostra si snoda in 9 pannelli: dopo una breve introduzione all’immensa opera speculativa e creativa di Leonardo, vengono esplorati alcuni fattori e principi che pertengono e sovrintendono alla percezione e alla rappresentazione pittorica, riscontrabili nelle opere di Leonardo – ombra, trasparenza, completamento amodale, dinamica – mettendoli in relazione con annotazioni di Leonardo stesso, contenute nel suo “Libro di pittura”, con teorizzazioni elaborate dagli psicologi scelti come guida – Argenton, Arnheim, Bozzi e Kanizsa – e con esempi della produzione artistica di Argenton.
Come specificano le curatrici della mostra, Laura Messina Argenton e Tamara Prest, gli accostamenti tra opere di Leonardo e opere di Argenton sono scelte operate a fini esemplificativi di temi comuni o dell’impiego di analoghe strategie rappresentative — preposte a ottenere particolari effetti dinamici ed espressivi e ricorrenti nella produzione artistica di ogni epoca, sia essa figurativa o non mimetica — con consapevolezza del ben diverso prestigio dei due personaggi così come della completa indipendenza del percorso artistico di Argenton.
La mostra offre un percorso conoscitivo inedito all’opera di Leonardo e fornisce numerosi spunti per cogliere l’indiscutibile legame tra ricerca pittorica e ricerca psicologica sull’arte e sulla percezione visiva, evidenziando l’importanza di tale approccio, già sottolineato da Argenton nel suo volume Arte e cognizione: «l’arte è conoscenza e comprensione del mondo e la conoscenza e la comprensione psicologica del fenomeno artistico è indispensabile per contribuire a conoscere e a comprendere la natura umana» (Argenton, 1996, p. 320)

No full textSimon Ducan, of Moon Beever Solicitors, looks at the way the judgment in Prest v Petrodel Resources Limited [2013] UKSC 34 has received much scrutiny and made reliance on standard form freezing order precedents problematic where the defendant controls various companies that hold the assets that the claimant seeks to freeze. The author suggests that it has served as a reminder that the court will respect and preserve the corporate veil except in very limited circumstances now narrowly defined in the “evasion” principle
