Naturentfremdung wird als Problem der spätmoderne/transversalen Moderne dargestellt. Internetsucht besonders der Jugend und ökopsychosomatische Störungen als Symptome solcher Entfremdung werden beschrieben. The Supervision Journal. A Methodological Concept to Assure and Develop Quality in Supervision and Client Oriented Work. Documentation of Dyadic (Individual) Supervision Processes
No full textDie Qualitätssicherung und -entwicklung von guter Supervision bedarf u.a. der standardisierten Dokumentation von „Supervisionsprozessen“ – in der Psychotherapie hat man Behandlungsjournale –, die zeigen, ob Supervisionen theoriegeleitet und in methodischer Systematik durchgeführt werden. Im Ausbildungskontext werden für die „Lehrsupervision“ solche Journale angefertigt und von den LehrsupervisorInnen begleitet. Das vorliegende standardisierte und evaluierte Journal hat sich zur Förderung supervisorischer Praxiskompetenz bewährt. Nach einer theoretischen und methodologischen Einführung, wird ein solches “Journal” vorgestellt, das von einer Ausbildungkandidatin angefertigt wurde und modellhaft für die Erstellung von Supervisionsjournalen dienen kann, ähnlich wie es für die Therapie Behandlungsjournale gibt, die eine solche Modellfunktion haben (Petzold, Orth-Petzold, Patel 2010).Quality maintenance and – Development of good supervision requires a standardisation in the documentation of supervisory processes – comparable to treatment journals in Psychotherapy – that is showing whether supervision is given theory guided and with a systematic methodology. In the context of supervisory training these journals are guided by training supervisors. The here published standardised and evaluated Journal has proven its Effectivity in developing supervisory Practice competence. Following a theoretical and methodological introduchtion, a model of such a journal is presented, as it has been elaborated by a supervisor in trainig. Role Acting. Some Remarks on Role Typologies and Behavior in Therapeutic and Supervisory Practice
No full textDer Rollenbegriff hat für die Supervision und die Psychotherapie sehr große Bedeutung, denn Menschen handeln in Rollen. Eine Rolle sind komplexes Verhalten. Leider wird in der Psychotherapie der Rollenbegriff spezifisch nur von Moreno in seinem Psychodrama und in seiner Folge in der Integrativen Therapie verwandt – differenziert dargestellt von Heuring, Petzold 2003 und Petzold, Mathias 1983. Der Reichtum der Rollentheorie wird leider oft nicht genutzt. Stattdessen wird der Rollenbegriff oft in seminaiver Weise und manchmal sogar fehlerhaft verwendet, auch in der Supervision. Der vorliegende kurze Kommentar zu einem Behandlungsjournal weist auf die Problematik solcher Praxis hin und versucht zur Klärung beizutragen.The role concept is for supervision and psychotherapy of outmost importance, for human beings are acting in roles. A role is complex behavior. Unfortunately the role concept is used in a specific way in psychotherapy only by Moreno in his psychodrama and following him by Integrative Therapy – as sophisticated described in Heuring, Petzold 2003 and Petzold, Mathias 1983. The wealth of role theory is regrettably very often not used. On the contrary, the role concept frequently is applied in a seminaive manner and sometimes incorrect, even in supervision. No full textIn dieser Arbeit wird dem Thema der Supervision und der Prozessdokumentation von Behandlungen im Bereich der Suchttherapie nachgegangen. Fragen der Transparenz, Verschwiegenheit von Therapeuten in der Supervision, der informierten Übereinstimmung der PatientInnen mit der Supervision ihres Behandlungsprozesses werden diskutiert. Weiterhin wird die Mitwirkung von PatientInnen an einer Therapie, die „Menschen gerecht wird“ („just therapy“), thematisiert, um Probleme einer guten Qualitätssicherung auf dem Boden der Integrativen Theorienbildung und Praxeologie zu klären.In this chapter the topic of Supervision and documentation of treatment processes is expounded for the area of addiction therapy. The questions of transparency, professional confidentiality of therapists in Supervision, informed consent of the patients concerning their treatment process to be supervised are discussed. Dabei werden mit den Behandlungsstrategien für individuelle Störungen immer wieder auf Fakten kollektiver Naturbedrohung und Naturzerstörung verwiesen, weil sie sich in „maligner Rekursivität“ verstärken können. Die Notwenigkeit, dysfunktionale Lebensstile in der persönlichen Lebensführung und auch im individuellen und kollektiven Umweltverhalten zu verändern wird betont, aber natürlich auch die Aufgabe, Einflüsse destruktiver Umwelten zu minimieren. Naturtherapie mit ihren Methoden wie „Grüner Meditation“, therapeutisches Guerilla Gardening, das Nutzen der Grünkräfte von Landschaften, Feld und Wald, bieten beeindruckende, neue Wege bei diesen Aufgaben.The importance of gardening, landscape and nature therapy in modern society so much alienated from nature is described and the goal und practice to reduce alienation by offering a broad scope of multiple sensory experiences is explained. The exigence to change dysfunctional lifestyles in personal Iife but also in individual and collective environmental conduct, and of course the task to minimize the impact of destructive environments is emphasized.
