PEMBUATAN WELDING CART UNTUK PERANGKAT PENGELASAN OXYGEN ACETYLENE WELDING (OAW)
Penyusunan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan welding cart perangkat pengelasan Oxygen Acetylene Welding (OAW), yang digunakan untuk membawa seluruh perangkat pengelasan OAW, serta untuk mengetahui waktu dan besarnya biaya produksi yang diperlukan dalam pembuatan welding cart. Material yang digunakan dalam pembuatan welding cart ini, adalah baja hollow persegi, as roda, besi pipa, dan roda. Proses pembuatan welding cart ini melalui beberapa tahap berikut:1) perencanaan; 2) Desain; 3) Pembelian material; 4) Proses perakitan; 5) Proses finishing. Secara teori pembuatan welding cart ini membutuhkan waktu 333,3 menit dan biaya pembuatan sebesar Rp. 940.000,00. Dengan biaya riil sebesar Rp. 1.355.000,00 dan waktu pengerjaan riil selama 665 menit.

WELDING CART MAKING FOR WELDING DEVICES

The preparation of this final task as a purpose to produce welding cart welding device Oxygen Acetylene Welding (OAW), which is used to carry the entire OAW welding device, as well as to know the time and magnitude of the required production cost In the manufacture of welding cart. Materials used in the manufacture of this welding cart, is a square hollow steel, axle, iron pipes, and wheels. The process of making welding cart is through the following stages: 1) Planing; 2) Design; 3) purchase material; 4) Assembly line; 5) Finishing process. In theory, the manufacture of welding cart takes 333.3 minutes and the manufacturing cost of Rp. 940.000,00. At real cost Rp. 1.355.000,00 and take a real time of 665 minutes.

Faktor Kecukupan Organisasi dan Time Of Day pada Pekerjaan Manual OAW Cutting dengan Menggunakan Metode CREAM di PT. Packaging Surabaya
Data kecelakaan kerja PT. Packaging Surabaya tahun 2016 diketahui bahwa kecelakaan kerja pada proses pekerjaan Manual OAW Cutting adalah jenis kecelakaan yang dapat menimbulkan kerugian yang sangat besar yang disebabkan oleh human error. Untuk mencegah timbulnya kecelakaan kerja diperlukan analisa human error dalam tiap tahapan tugas pekerjaan Manual OAW Cutting. Penelitian ini menggunakan salah satu metode dari Human Reliability Analysis (HRA) yaitu Cognitive Reliability and Error Analysis Method (CREAM ) untuk mendapatkan nilai Cognitive Failure Probability (CFP). Langkah yang dilakukan ada dua cara adalah yaitu basic method dan extended method. Pada tahapan basic method didapatkan nilai CFP secara umum yang didapat dari penilaian Commond Performance Condition oleh expert judgement. Berdasarkan hasil dari hubungan penilaian CPC Pekerjaan Manual OAW Cutting dengan control mode terdapat pada range tactical dengan Reliability interval sebesar 0,001-0,1. Pada tahapanextended method akan didapatkan nilai CFP untuk setiap task. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi timbulnya error pada pekerjaan Manual OAW Cutting kecukupan organisasi, Time of Day. Aspek kognitif yang memiliki nilai probabilitas error paling tinggi pada pekerjaan Manual OAW Cutting adalah aspek kognitif verify dengan error mode perencanaan yang tidak cukup dengan nilai CFP sebesar 0.0625. Rekomendasi untuk pekerjaan Manual OAW Cutting
yaitu melakukan safety patrol secara rutin pada saat mengoperasikan peralatan pengelasan, wajib memakai APD sesuai dengan potensi dan resikonya, memberlakukan shift kerja dan waktu istirahat yang cukup, melakukan pelatihan penyegaran seperti seminar dan sosialisasi
