"Naujas tonas": akademikas Nikolajus Vasilenko ir Lietuvos Metrikos restitucijos klausimas 1926 m. (pagal Natalijos Polonskajos-Vasilenko prisiminimus)
N. Polonskaja-Vasilenko (1884–1973) – talentinga istorikė. Be daugybės mokslinių tyrimų ir darbų apie XVIII a. Ukrainos istoriją, ji išleido daug memuarinių apybraižų bei epistolinių šaltinių. Jos kūrybinis palikimas tirtas už Ukrainos ribų, o 1990 m. pradžioje – ir Ukrainoje. Per tą ilgą laikotarpį gana išsamiai ištirta jos biografija, mokslinis indėlis, daugelis jos rankraščių įvesti į mokslo apyvartą. Tačiau vis dar lieka didžiulis nežinomybės sluoksnis. Daugiausia todėl, kad N. Polonskajos-Vasilenko rankraščiai, tyrimų medžiaga, asmens dokumentai ir korespondencija, atsižvelgiant į įvairias aplinkybes, saugomi beveik 20-yje Ukrainos, Vokietijos ir JAV archyvų bei mokslo institutų. Iki šiol istorikams nežinomas daugelio jos kūrinių, tarp jų atsiminimų, likimas. Ji pati teigė, kad atsiminimų rankraštį (mašinraštį) sudarė daugiau nei 1000 lapų, jie apėmė laikotarpį iki 1924 m. Tačiau atspausdinti jų nepavyko dėl pinigų trūkumo. Panašiai susiklostė ir su „prisiminimais apie Vasilenko“. Pažymėsime, kad N. Polonskajos-Vasilenko ir N. Vasilenko bendro gyvenimo laikotarpis (1923 m. balandžio 28 d. – 1935 m. spalio 3 d.) sutapo su labai sunkiais ir kartais tragiškais laikais. Ir vis tiek Natalija Dmitrijevna vėliau rašė, kad „ši santuoka suteikė daug laimės abiem“. Tai buvo sąjunga dviejų mokslininkų humanitarų, ne tik aktyviai dalyvavusių tuometiniame moksliniame gyvenime, bet ir tiesiogiai jam turėjusių įtakos. Todėl prisiminimai apie N. Vasilenko, žmogų, tapusį tiesioginiu tų įvykių liudininku ir dalyviu, yra labai įdomūs ir informatyvūs. Be to, N. Polonskajos-Vasilenko užrašai yra dar originali „istoriko istorija“, tai yra profesionalaus mokslininko humanitaro, turinčio solidų kitų epochų pažinimo ir apmąstymo patirtį, prisiminimai. Iš tokių prisiminimų, atsižvelgiant į profesinę autoriaus patirtį ir kompetenciją, tradiciškai tikimasi ne tik asmeninės tuometinių istorinių įvykių ir reiškinių versijos, bet ir jų interpretacijos. Kai kurie N. Polonskajos-Vasilenko atsiminimų apie N. Vasilenko gyvenimą ir kūrybą siužetai buvo išleisti jai dar gyvai esant. Šiuo metu išsamiausia paskelbta istorikės atsiminimų versija yra V. Ševčuko 2011 m. leidinys. Jo pagrindu tapo mašinraštis, rastas tarp išmestų žurnalo „Pergalės kelias“ redakcijos popierių ir knygų. Pirmoji ir antroji dalys chronologiškai apima 1884–1917 m. laikotarpį, trečioji – 1918–1965 m. (čia surinkti N. Polonskajos-Vasilenko atsiminimai, jau publikuoti įvairiuose leidiniuose). Centriniame Ukrainos valstybiniame literatūros ir meno archyve muziejuje, 542-me fonde („Nikolajus Vasilenko“) saugomas atsiminimų apie garsų akademiką mašinraštis. Apskritai tai trys didelės (daugiau nei 1500 lapų apimties) archyvinės bylos, kuriose yra straipsnių apie jo gyvenimą ir kūrybą. Akivaizdu, kad šis tekstas buvo parašytas po mokslininko mirties, bet ne vėliau negu 1943 m. rugsėjo mėn., kai N. PolonskajaVasilenko išvyko iš Kijevo. Aiški mašinraščio struktūra ir sisteminimas liudija autorės planus ją išleisti. Tačiau šis sumanymas niekada nebuvo įgyvendintas. Kai kurias šio darbo dalis jau tyrinėjome. Šios publikacijos tema yra vienas iš N. Vasilenko prisiminimų siužetų, būtent apie jo, kaip Ukrainos SSR eksperto dėl viso „Lietuvos Metrikos“ dokumentų komplekso galimo perdavimo Lietuvai, remiantis 1920 m. taikos sutarties sąlygomis, klausimo 1926 m. lapkričio mėn. vizitą į Maskvą. Child mortality as the indicator of Аrmavir public health in the 80s of the 19th century – early 20th century in the 80-ies. v. XIX – early XX v.
В статье рассматривается структура смертности детей с. Армавир Кубанской области в дореволюционный период. Автором изучены метрические книги православного населения, в которых содержатся сведения о дате и причине смерти, что позволяет исследовать основные демографические показатели жителей села. Автором установлено, что чаще всего дети умирали от родовых травм и их последствий, а также кишечных инфекций. В статье представлена соответствующая статистика и проанализированы причины высокой смертности детей, сделан вывод о состоянии медицинской помощи.The article deals with the structure of child mortality of the village Armavir of Kuban region in the pre-revolutionary period. The author has studied metric books of Orthodox population which contain information about the date and cause of the death that allows to explore the basic demographic characteristics of the villagers. The author of the article has found that most children died of birth defects and their consequences as well as intestinal infections. The article provides relevant statistics and analyzes the reasons of the high mortality rate of children and the author makes conclusion on the state of health car
