The Role of Optical Coherence Tomography Angiography (OCTA) in Detecting Choroidal Neovascularization in Different Stages of Best Macular Dystrophy: A Case Series
No full textBest macular dystrophy (BMD) is an autosomal dominant macular dystrophy of childhood onset characterized by bilateral and symmetric vitelliform lesions. Several stages of disease have been well-described in the literature. Choroidal neovascularization (CNV) has traditionally been considered a hallmark of end-stage disease, and anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (anti-VEGF) agents have been used to improve visual prognosis. While CNV was historically detected with fluorescein angiography, optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) has recently been employed as a novel mechanism for identifying CNV in BMD. In this case series, we discuss our institutional experience with using OCTA to detect CNV in BMD and contextualize this experience within the broader emerging literature. While OCTA allows for the identification of CNV in less severe stages of BMD, the management of this CNV remains uncertain
Cross-border marketing activities in the Czech-German border region
No full textTato práce je zaměřena na analýzu přeshraničních marketingových aktivit v česko-německém pohraničí. Cílem bylo analyzovat přeshraniční marketingové aktivity subjektů a nákupní chování zákazníků (českých v Německu a německých v Česku). Autorka v práci představila základní kulturní rozdíly Česka a Německa. Dále porovnala marketingové aktivity subjektů působících v pohraničí. Po srovnání marketingových aktivit vybraných subjektů bylo zjištěno, že mnoho z nich podceňuje komunikaci se zahraničními zákazníky. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření autorka zkoumala, v jaké dny, jak často a do jaké vzdálenosti jsou zákazníci ochotni jezdit za nákupy přes hranice. Na základě těchto analýz jsem na závěr práce sestavila doporučení pro české a německé subjekty.Katedra marketingu, obchodu a služebObhájenoThis bachelor thesis is focused on analysis Cross-border marketing activities in the Czech-German border region. The aim was to analyze the cross-border marketing activities and shopping behaviour of customers (Czech in Germany and German in the Czech Republic). The author presented basic cultural differences between the Czech Republic and Germany. After the comparison of marketing activities of selected subjects the author found, that many of analysed subjects underestimated the communication with customers. With help of a questionnaire survey the author examined, in which days, how often and where were customers willing to travel across the border for shopping. As conclusion the author suggested recommendations based on these analyses for Czech and German subjects

No full textCílem této bakalářské práce je podání souhrnného přehledu o vývoji česko-německých obchodních vztahů v průběhu let 2008-2013. Zpočátku je pozornost kladena na charakteristiku zemí z hlediska makroekonomických ukazatelů, jelikož právě ta je pokládána za jednu z nejdůležitějších. Následně se již zabýváme konkrétněji obchodními vztahy České republiky se Spolkovou republikou Německo s důrazem na vývoj obchodní bilance a bilance služeb těchto států. Celá kapitola třetí je poté věnována přímým zahraničním investicím, které jsou nedílnou součástí vzájemných obchodních vztahů. V závěru této práce je pojednáváno o institucionální spolupráci v rámci česko-německých vztahů, která může být jednou z klíčových oblastí vedoucí k prohloubení a vytvoření efektivnější spolupráce mezi těmito dvěma státy.The purpose of this Bachelor's thesis is an overview of the development of Czech- German trade relations over the years 2008-2013. Initially, attention is paid to the characteristics of the countries with respect to their macroeconomic indicators, since this feature is considered as one of the most important one. Subsequently, the thesis deals with business relations between the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany with an emphasis put on the development of trade and service balances between these countries. The entire third chapter is devoted to foreign direct investments which are an inseparable component of the bilateral business exchange. The final part of this bachelor thesis describes institutional cooperation in the terms of Czech- German relations which can be one of the crucial areas leading to deepening and creating more effective cooperation between these two states

No full textBakalářská práce je věnována tématu Trpný rod v němčině a v češtině. Je rozdělena na dvě části - na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část pojednává o slovesném rodu v němčině a v češtině, o tvorbě pasivních forem, o pravidlech přeměny z činného do trpného rodu, o omezeních tvorby trpného rodu, o náhradních formách trpného rodu a o typech pasivních konstrukcí. Teoretická vysvětlení jsou doplněna konkrétními příklady. Praktická část je věnována výskytu trpného ve zvolených textech. Tato část se skládá ze tří různých textů (německého, českého a německo-českého) a zahrnuje analýzu z hlediska četnosti výskytu trpného rodu a z hlediska druhů trpného rodu v konkrétních formách času a způsobu, která je znázorněna grafy. The work is divided into two parts - the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals about verbal genus in German and Czech, the formation of the passive voice, the rules of the transformation from active to passive voice, restrictions on the formation of the passive voice, the alternative forms of the passive voice and the types of passive constructions. Theoretical explanations are supplemented by specific examples. The practical part is devoted to the occurrence of the passive voice in an arbitralily selected texts. This part consists of (German, Czech, German-Czech) from free different texts and present an analysis in terms of frequency and types of the passive voice in specific forms of time and way that shows graphs. No full textTéma této bakalářské práce zní Německo-česká spolupráce v oblasti dopravních a logistických služeb na příkladu dopravní firmy Lukas Transport s. r. o.
Po úvodu, ve kterém autor představil počáteční cíle předkládané bakalářské práce a výběr zvoleného tématu, je práce rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí teoretické a praktické.
V teoretické části, která je rozdělena do tří kapitol, se čtenář dozví obecné definice, týkající se dopravy a logistiky a pojmů s tím spojených. Dále pak autor do teoretické části zahrnul problematiku evropských právních nařízení, kterou rozvinul o popis záznamových zařízení. Poslední kapitola této části je věnována německo-české spolupráci, přesněji jde o typy společností, které se na této spolupráci podílejí. V závěru se autor zabývá také konkurencí v tomto odvětví.
Praktická část obsahuje rovněž tři kapitoly a nabízí reálný pohled na fungování konkrétní dopravní společnosti Lukas Transport s. r. o. na mezinárodním trhu. Autor tedy v těchto třech kapitolách popsal strukturu a historii této firmy, dále pak analyzoval pracovní postupy s pomocí reálných přepravních dokumentů a v závěru se opět vrací k problematice německo-české spolupráce v podobě interview s jednatelem společnosti panem Liborem Lukáškem. Jako dodatek autor sestavil glosář pro české čtenáře i německé čtenáře, který objasňuje vybrané pojmy z oblasti dopravy a logistiky.ObhájenoThe topic of this bachelor thesis is German-Czech collaboration within the field of transportation and logistics established on an example of Lukas transport s.r.o. company.
After the introduction, in which the author introduced the initial goals of the presented bachelor thesis and the selection of the chosen topic, is the thesis divided in two main parts - theoretical and practical.
In the theoretical part, which is divided in three chapters, the reader learns the general definitions related to transport and logistics and additional terms related to this topic. In addition to that, the author included the issue of European legal regulations, which he further extended with description of recording devices. The last chapter of this part is focused on German-Czech cooperation, more precisely the types of companies involved in this cooperation. In connection with that author also deals with competition in the road freight sector.
The practical part also contains three chapters and offers a realistic view of the operation of a particular transport company Lukas Transport s. r. o. on the international market. In these three chapters the author described the structure and history of the company, then he analysed the working procedures using actual transport documents and in conclusion he returned to the topic of German-Czech cooperation in the form of an interview with the company's managing director Libor Lukášek. As an addendum is a glossary enclosed, which clarifies the selected terms from field transport and logistics translated from German into Czech

No full textTématem této diplomové práce je německý daňový systém a důsledky, jež z něj vyplývají pro české exportéry. Cílem diplomové práce je přinést ucelenou informaci o německém daňovém systému a uvést vzorové výpočty daňového zatížení. Cílovou skupinou práce jsou především čeští podnikatelé, kteří mají záměr v budoucnu působit na německém trhu. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. V první kapitole je popsán jednotný vnitřní trh, jeho historie a čtyři základní svobody, které jednotný vnitřní trh poskytuje. Druhá kapitola je věnována exportu z ČR do SRN a možnostem působení českých podnikatelských subjektů v Německu. Poslední dvě kapitoly představují praktickou část práce. Ve třetí kapitole je popsán německý daňový systém, tedy přehled daní, se kterými se český podnikatel působící na německém trhu může setkat. Součástí třetí kapitoly je také stručná komparace českého a německého daňového systému. Poslední kapitola se zabývá praktickými příklady zdanění v rámci různých forem podnikání s důrazem na DPH. V rámci třetí a čtvrté kapitoly jsou uvedeny vzorové výpočty zdanění.My diploma thesis is focused on German taxation and the impact on Czech subjects exporting to Germany. The main aim of this thesis is to give Czech entrepreneurs useful and current information about the German taxation system and to show basic tax calculations. My thesis is split into four chapters. The opening chapter deals with the internal market of the European Union, its history and its four freedoms. The second chapter outlines export of goods and services from the Czech Republic to Germany, the possibilities of entering the German market and the basic steps to be carried out while entering this area. Second part of the thesis presents the practical part. The third chapter includes particular German tax system and the comparison of Czech and German tax systems. The last chapter is focused on the use of German tax system in practice, especially VAT and it gives (as well as the third chapter) practical taxation examples
