Profitability of ecological production family farm Novak
No full textEkološka proizvodnja je sveobuhvatan sustav upravljanja poljoprivrednim gospodarstvima i proizvodnjom hrane koji ujedinjuje najbolju praksu u pogledu okoliša i klime, visoku razinu biološke raznolikosti, očuvanje prirodnih resursa, primjenu visokih standarda za dobrobit životinja i proizvodnih standarda koji su u skladu s potražnjom sve većeg broja potrošača za proizvodima proizvedenim uz primjenu prirodnih tvari i procesa. U ovom radu se analizira isplativost ekološke poljoprivredne proizvodnje na primjeru obiteljskog poljoprivrednog gospodarstva Novak.
OPG Novak je u analiziranim godinama 2020.-2022. poslovao iznad granice ekonomičnosti, naturalna produktivnost po radniku se kretala od 3.163 kg u 2022. godini do 4.400 kilograma u 2020. godini. Rentabilnost se u promatranim godinama kretala od 7% do gotovo 22%.Organic farming is a comprehensive system of farm management and food production that combines environmental and climate best practices, high levels of biodiversity, conservation of natural resources, the application of high standards of animal welfare and production standards that meet the demand of a growing number of consumers for products made with natural materials and processes. This paper analyzes the profitability of organic agricultural production using the example of the Novak family farm. Financial indicators are used to illustrate economic efficiency, productivity and profitability as well as the cost prices of products, operating expenses and income.
The Novak family farm was in is in the analyzed years 2020-2022. operated above the economic limit, the natural productivity per worker ranged from 3,163 kg in 2022 to 4,400 kg in 2020. Profitability in the observed years ranged from 7% to almost 22%

No full textMarko Ferjan obravnava fenomene: zadovoljstva pri delu, organizacijske klima in zavzetosti. Koncept zadovoljstva pri delu izhaja iz paradigme organizacijskega vedenja. Konec 20. stoletja se je že zdelo, da v teoriji in praksi kadrovskega managementa koncept zadovoljstva ni več aktualen. Vendar v zadnjem obdobju merjenje zadovoljstva v povezavi z merjenjem zavzetosti spet postaja aktualno. Marsikatera današnja anketa zadovoljstva pa ne upošteva spoznanj znanosti, ni pa zanemarljivo, da je pri uporabi anket o zadovoljstvu vačsih prihajalo tudi do zlorab. Zato se je avtor odločil za ponovno obravnavo te teme.

Ujedno, bio je i dekan Filozofskoga fakulteta i rektor Sveučilišta u Zagrebu. Zaslužan je i kao arheolog. Boravio je u Egiptu te je objavio dvije knjige i niz članaka u kojima daje i nova tumačenja egipatske kulture u kontekstu europske civilizacije. Potaknuo je više povjesničara da postanu egiptolozi.Academician and university professor dr. Grga Novak (Hvar, 1888–Zagreb, 1978) belongs to the most eminent Croatian historiographers, particularly for the period of prehistory and ancient era. He was also the president of Yugoslav Academy of Sciences and Arts in Zagreb. He was also the dean of Faculty of Arts and Sciences and rector of University in Zagreb. He was an important archaeologist. He spent time in Egypt and published two books and a number of articles in which he gave new interpretations of Egyptian culture in the context of European civilization. Izvršba je namreč izredno pomemben del sodnega varstva, saj mora biti strankam zagotovljeno, da lahko svoje pravice uresničijo, ne le da so jim priznane. Izvršilni postopek mora zato biti učinkovit, hiter ter mora onemogočati zavlačevanje. V diplomski nalogi je tako predstavljeno, na kakšen način dolžniki v praksi zavlačujejo postopek izvršbe, prav tako je opisan tudi sistem izvršbe v Nemčiji ter predlogi, ki bi dolžnikom onemogočili zavlačevanje postopka. Zavlačevanje je obravnavano tudi z vidika zlorabe pravice tako s strani strank kot odvetnikov.Graduation thesis discusses with delay in execution by debtor. Enforcement is extremely important part of justice, because it must be assured to the parties that they can realize their rights, not only that rights are recognized to them. Over the course of this work is presented how debtors delay enforcement procedure in practise and how enforcement procedure is organized in Germany as well as suggestions which could help prevent delaying of procedure. Delaying is also discussed in terms of abuse of rights by parties as well as lawyers
