Possible Solution for the Gauge Hierarchy Problem and Vacuum Catastrophe
467-478The two important problems, namely the 'gauge hierarchy problem' or 'fine-tuning problem,' and the problem of the
'vacuum catastrophe' or the 'cosmological constant problem,' pose significant challenges to our deeper understanding of both
micro and macro-level energy systems. The methods of renormalization and supersymmetry (SUSY) are applied in both
cases, either to fine-tune or to theoretically cancel out the energy. In this paper, we propose that, in reality, no energy gets
cancelled out, contrary to SUSY, but instead remains unchanged. We demonstrate mathematically that the energy of a
quantum state remains in a particular state to maintain its full potential, thus remaining undetected.
Following a dynamics of the fundamental quantum energy state, referred to as the "Like Potential Energy" (LPE)
dynamics, we explain the nature of this undetectable quantum state. We have discovered that by keeping the area of the
quantum phase space constant while increasing the energy of the Quantum Harmonic Oscillator (QHO), we may reach a
situation where the vibration becomes extremely high, resulting in a high energy level in the QHO. However, the Quantum
Oscillatory Energy (QOE) remains unmanifested, having no discernible impact on its surroundings.
As a result, we have developed a new wave equation and a tensor using the LPE dynamics
[Review of] Swami Nitya-Swarup-Ananda, Education for Human Unity and World Civilization
This work is of interest to any in ethnic studies for it outlines the need and process of establishing a new order of education which would serve the needs of cultural integrity and world unity. This latest version of Swami Nitya-Swarup-Ananda\u27s description of such an education, published in 1986, is the culmination of decades of thought and observation by the author, who founded the Ramakrishna Institute of Culture in Calcutta. The Swami has also worked closely with UNESCO in furthering the aims of worldwide cultural education which would promote planetary diversity at the same time that it promotes world harmony

Vedic Philosophy and Swami Nigamananda
Wonder that is India. India is wonderful because of its abundant and affluent cultural heritage. The cultural heritage of India is prudential of its spiritual richness and classical creativity. Vedic literature is the most wonderful and unparallel literary creation of Ancient India. Vedic literature has made this country worthy of worship. Vedas are without beginning and without end. Veda is author-less. It is Apauruseya. They are considered to be the direct word of the Divine. Vedic knowledge appeared in the dawn of the cosmos within the heart of Brahma. Brahma imparted this knowledge in the form of sound (Sabda) to his sons who are great sages. They transmitted the Vedic sound heard from Brahma to their disciples all over universe. There are four Vedas. They are the Rig Veda, Yajur Veda, Sama Veda and Atharva Veda. Four Vedas contain four types of texts such as The Samhitas, The Arankayas, The Brahmanas and The Upanishads. Veda is accepted as a code of conduct to Sanatan Dharma. The teaching of Veda is the concept that the individual is not an independent entity, but, rather, a part of the Universal Consciousness. Upanishads is the manifestation of Vedantic thought. Sada Darshan (Six Systems of Vedanta) is a very important part of Vedic philosophy. Swami Nigamananda a great Master of Vedic Literature achieved Nirbikalpa Sidhi of Vedanta in the year 1904. The philosophy of Vedanta is reflected in the creation of Swami Nigamananda. In his writings (Yogi Guru, Jnani Guru, Tantrik Guru, Premik Guru, Brahmacharya Sadhana and Vedanta Viveka) he has explained the main scriptures of Vedas such as The Upanishads, The Bramha Sutras and The Bhagavad Gita. His philosophy teaches us to love and live in a state of eternal freedom. The Philosophy of Swami Nigamananda is a synthesis of Sankar and Gouranga i.e. knowledge and love. Knowledge envisages the path of analysis and Love, the path of synthesis. In this way Nigamananda convincingly reconciled the two apparently contradictory creeds of Adi Shankaracharya and Gauranga Mohapravu. “He advised his disciples to combine Shankara’s view and Gournaga’s way and walk on this path of synthesis. In fact attainment of Jnana through Bhakti is the nucleus of his philosophy. Through his teachings and works, he proclaimed to the world the fundamental harmony of all religions that there are many paths which lead to the same goal”

The impact of Western beauty ideals on the lives of women and men: A sociocultural perspective
According to a recent survey of 3,300 girls and women across 10 countries, 90 per cent of all women aged 15 to 64 worldwide want to change at least one aspect of their physical appearance, with body weight ranking the highest (Etcoff, Orbach, Scott, & D’Agostino, 2004). This finding suggests that women’s anxiety about their appearance is a global phenomenon, observed in every country studied from Saudi Arabia to the United States. Beyond body dissatisfaction, a stunning 67 per cent of all women aged 15 to 64 worldwide reported that they actually withdraw from life-engaging, life-sustaining activities due to feeling badly about their looks. These activities include giving an opinion, meeting friends, exercising, going to work, going to school, dating, and going to the doctor
The author makes a contribution to the analysis of hydrological series of the Esla River Basin in the North-West Region of Spain. The following basic data was used: a) Annual precipitation in milimiter for 124 station and a 23 years period. b) Monthly stream flow ar Riano, Vegamian, La Robla and Barrios de Luna, from 1912 to 1963, and ,Ardón from 1932 to 1963. Series of flood peak discharge at Barrios de Luna from 1941 to 1960. Maximum precipitation for a 24 hours period from 1948 to 1963 in Las Murias, Barrios de Luna, Rabanal de Luna, Riolago and Torrebario. Mean monthly temperature for the Esla Basino By the adoption of classical methods such as double mass, isohyets, physical basin data and stimates of medium stream flow applyng Keeler and Becerril formulas, the author studied the river regime (flood control and flood peak discharge) in the Esla River Basin and its various sub-basins. The author stablished 10 groups of homogeneous stations. The year 1958/1959 with 925 mm of rain, was considered a typical year. In 85% of stations the precipitation series proved to be adjusted to the double mass curva perfectly. The flood peak discharge values, at Barrios de Luna, were the following. By empirical methods: creager - 2207m3/sec.; Zapata - 881m3/sec.; Fanning - 448 m3/sec.. By Gumbel method - 441m3/sec. Finally the author estimated that the reservoir capacity must be 597.6 cubic hectometer, to regularize a mean stream flow of 16.1 cubic meter per second
