No full textThe Bachelor thesis "Portfolio of Professional Development" is devoted to professional development in eight chapters. The work touches on the personality of the tutor, the activities of the school's retinue, the qualifications and competencies of the tutor, the workplace and the university studies. The next chapter contains a professional analysis of the tutor, the following, a case study of the school, written preparation for an hour and, at the end, a reflective reflection on her own studies, which helped the author to reflect on her own professional growth. One of the chapters is focused on the analysis of the book "School Discipline in Theory and Practice", which fit into the concept of the whole work. It is all backed up by specialist literature, which is recorded in the final pages of the bachelor's thesis. There are also her personal opinions and attitudes. Práce osahuje informace o osobnosti vychovatele, činnosti školní družiny, o kvalifikaci a kompetencích vychovatele, o pracovišti i studiu na vysoké škole. Součástí této práce je strukturovaný životopis, ve kterých autorka uvádí vzdělání, pracovní zkušenosti i kurzy. Odborná esej se zabývá osobností vychovatele. Další kapitola obsahuje profesiografický rozbor vychovatele, dále, případová studie školy, písemná příprava na hodinu a na závěr reflexní úvaha o vlastním studiu, které autorce pomohla zamyslet se nad vlastním profesním růstu. Jedna z kapitol je zaměřena na rozbor knihy "Školní kázeň v teorii a praxi", která se hodila do konceptu celé práce. Vše je podloženo odbornou literaturou, která je zaznamenána na posledních stránkách bakalářské práce. Objevují se zde i její osobní názory a postoje. The Importance of Community Management Using the Humbook Brand as an Example
No full textThis master's thesis focuses on the importance of community management for marketing communication of brands with a focus on the book market. It provides a comprehensive view of online communities, starting with a summary of their development and benefits, continuing with their practical use and current trends in community management. The thesis also describes the situation on the Czech book market and online communities of readers on social network sites. The aim of the thesis was to describe the possibilities of using on-line communities for marketing purposes using the Humbook brand as an example, which is illustrated through the case study presented in the practical part. The main source for the case study is an in-depth interview with the brand representative Olga Zbranek. Furthermore, the study draws on Humbook's online activities on the web and social media and relevant press outputs. For analyzing community management of the competitive brands, the online communications of Knihy Dobrovský, Yoli, #booklab and YA čtu were also studied. The author also provides a situation analysis and communication analysis of the Humbook brand. The case study thus analyses in detail the ways in which Humbook uses community management to strengthen its position within the book community, and presents new book...Diplomová práce se věnuje významu community managementu pro marketingovou komunikaci značek se zaměřením na knižní trh. Přináší komplexní pohled na práci s on-line komunitami od shrnutí jejich základního vývoje a přínosu až po praktické metody a trendy v oblasti community managementu. Dále popisuje situaci na českém knižním trhu a čtenářské on-line komunity na sociálních sítích. Cílem práce bylo popsat možnosti využití těchto komunit v rámci strategické komunikace na příkladu značky Humbook, k čemuž slouží případová studie představená v praktické části. Hlavním zdrojem pro případovou studii je hloubkový rozhovor se zástupkyní značky Olgou Zbranek. Dále studie čerpá z on-line aktivit Humbooku na webu a na sociálních sítích a relevantních mediálních výstupů. Pro část zaměřenou na community management konkurenčních značek byla sledována také on-line komunikace společností Knihy Dobrovský, Yoli, #booklab a YA čtu. Součástí práce jsou vlastní analýzy zaměřené na tržní pozici značky a komunikaci. and a way to fight pay gap. Furthermore, the author analyzes the approach to
gender audits in Iceland and the Slovak republic and points out their advantages as well as pitfalls. In the author’s opinion a gender audit is an effective
tool promoting gender equality in the workplace and it should be one of the
decisive criteria when providing subsidies from public funds, hence “forcing”

No full textThe last two decades have witnessed the emergence of the Chicana voice, a voice that has struggled to rewrite her story in order to reinterpret the atrophied archetypes manifest in the male stories and Literature. Retelling her true story, the Chicana heals the wound that has kept her voiceless and paralyzed. Storytelling, thus, becomes powerful medicine for her, and an appropriate means of shaping an identity that has been silent and transparent throughout the ages. Denise Chavez\u27s Face of an Angel, published in 1994, chronicles the story of Soveida Dosamantes, a woman who chooses the tell her life-story in order to assert herself in her roots and identity, which has been strongly influenced by the constant, powerful presence of women around her. The novel pays homage to the women in the author\u27s and the main protagonist\u27s families, who, even though denied the right to speak publicly, have perfectly fulfilled the role of cultural bearers for the community and have, at the same time, understood and transmitted the need to raise their voice and fight for an active feminine role within their group, in a bid to demystify the colonized image of the Chicana

The aim of the thesis was to analyze the administration of medications by nurses to patients hospitalized in three departments within a healthcare facility and to compare the results with the first year of monitoring in the given hospital. Methods: This is an observational-interventional study. The data collection method was passive observation. The study included patients in surgical, internal medicine, and post-care departments within one of the four hospitals in the Czech Republic. Data collection took place over three consecutive days. The collected data encompassed information: about the patient, the nurse and medication name, strength, preparation, administration, usage verification. The analysis of obtained data was performed using a Summary of Product Characteristics and relevant information sources available at the Pharmaceutical Faculty of Charles University in Hradec Králové. The aim of this thesis is to statistically compare the two methods and perform an evaluation of the data obtained, to assess whether the two methods provide similar results and are interchangeable, or whether a statistically significant difference can be observed. This diploma thesis mainly focuses on inhalant allergens of moulds, mites, house dust mites and animal allergens.
