    NIRVANA network requirements

NIRVANA is an effort to standardize electrical computer-aided design workstations at Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The early effect of this project will be the introduction of at least 60 new engineering workstations at Sandia National Laboratories. Albuquerque, and at Allied Signal, Kansas City Division. These workstations are expected to begin arriving in September 1990. This paper proposes a design and outlines the requirements for a network to support the NIRVANA project. The author proposes a near-term network design, describes the security profile and caveats of this design, and proposes a long-term networking strategy for NIRVANA. 6 refs., 7 figs

Negosiasi Individualitas Dan Profesionalitas: Studi Autoetnografi Pembentukan Karakter Dave Nirvana Sebagai Pekerja Media Lokal

I worked with Nirvana Float, located in Providence Town Center, Collegeville, PA. Nirvana Float provides floatation therapy, which relaxes your body, clears your mind, and revives your soul. I targeted our audience by creating social media campaigns that centered around deals and giveaways. In conjunction with the social media campaign, I worked to increase traffic flow to the website. As a result, Nirvana Float saw an increase in floatation memberships

    LINC-NIRVANA - MCAO simulations

This document presents the simulated performance of the LINC-NIRVANA Layer-Oriented Multiple Field of View wavefront sensors. LOST is a numerical simulation code developed to analyze the performance of the Multi–Conjugate Adaptive Optics modules following the Layer–Oriented approach. The first version of the code, then called Layer–Oriented Simulation Tool (LOST)[Arcidiacono et al, 2004], was developed to introduce the LO approach. This first version has been upgraded to analyze the performance of the LO wave-front sensor arm of the Multi–conjugate Adaptive optics Demonstrator (MAD) and, finally, of the LINC–NIRVANA Layer–Oriented multiple field of view interferometric systems. We developed a simulation code able to reproduce the main characteristics of an MCAO LO module, such as the two LINC–NIRVANA arms. LOST computes the atmospheric layers in terms of phase screens, then propagates the phase delays introduced on the natural guide stars wave fronts in the geometrical optics approximation. These wave-fronts are combined in the optical or numerical way, considering the effects of the wave-front sensors on the measurements in terms of phase–noise. This document is part of the documentation of the LINC-NIRVANA Final Design Review, held in Heidelberg in July 2005. It presents the performance of the adaptive optics system, numerically simulated using the tool LOST. The version attached is the one that passed the board review

The MPIA is leading an international consortium of institutes in building an instrument called LINC-NIRVANA, the LBT INterferometric Camera and Near-IR / Visible Adaptive INterferometer for Astronomy. LINC-NIRVANA is a Fizeau interferometer for the Large Binocular Telescope doing imaging in the near infrared (J, H, K - band). Multi-conjugated adaptive objects is used to increase sky coverage and to get diffraction limited images over a 2 arcminute field of view. Th
