    Effect of Brand Experience on Customer Engagement Through Quality Services of Online Sellers to Students in Bekasi

    Customer engagement refers to the emotional attachment a student experiences as a customer during repeated and ongoing interactions. Engagement occurs through satisfaction, loyalty, and excitement about the brand experience. Organizations engage customers at the point of behavioral change by exploring opportunities for emotional connection through continuous and consistent positive experiences. When customers engage with a brand experience, they feel emotionally connected and excited about the product and the service quality. This study’s purpose is examining the effect of brand experience on customer engagement by using service quality as a mediator variable; this research was conducted by collecting data from 254 students of the iGeneration born in 1995. Overall, 254 students participated in this study. Of them, 172 people or 68% of the total respondents in this study were women, and 82 people or 32% were males. The results show no direct effect of brand experience on customer engagement, and there is a role for service quality mediators that mediate brand experience and customer engagement. The results are discussed, and the implications for the organization are mentioned

    The rapid economic transition requires any company to have a clear concept of sustaining its workers and organisations' success. Two concepts of Human Resource Management (HRM) can improve employees and organisations' performance, namely resilience and well-being. Its concept is strongly influenced by all parties' behaviour related to employee management, especially the human resources department managing its employees' conduct for resilience and well-being in work. Not only on the actions of HRM but also on the organisation's management to provide employees with the needs to improve their performance. This paper seeks to provide an overview of available literature on resilience, well-being, and human resource management perspective through various sources and produce summaries and results based on findings. The review of resilience, well-being, and human resource management perspectives was conducted by reading and analysing 30 peer-review journal articles. This study will summarise the journals article in the table; the first table explains the title, author, and year of publication; the second table describes the model, subjectively discussed, findings, and proposals. The results of this study were documented; the different HR management approaches are aimed to improve the performance of employees and their organisations, secondly; identify resilience gaps together with well-being and the actions implemented by HRM to improve employees and their organisations' performance.     Effect of job crafting on work engagement with mindfulness as a mediator

    The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of job crafting on work engagement by using mindfulness (at work) mediator variables. This research was conducted by collecting data from 205 employees in a company engaged in IT. Overall, 205 employees participated in this study. Of the participants, 96 were women (47%) and 109 were male (53%). The results show that there is no direct effect of job crafting on work engagement and there is a role for mindfulness mediators that mediate between job crafting and work engagement. The results are discussed and the implications for the organization are mentioned

    Hubungan Self Control Dengan Kecenderungan Adiksi Media Sosial Tiktok Pada Siswa Di SMAN X Tambun Selatan

    This study explains the relationship between self-control and the tendency of social media addiction to Tiktok in students of SMAN X Tambun Selatan. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between Self control and the tendency of social media addiction in students of SMAN X Tambun Selatan, with a total of 139 subjects using quantitative research methods. Subjects were determined using purposive sampling techniques based on predetermined characteristics and subject willingness. This study uses the Self control scale instrument from Averill and the Social Media Addiction Tendency scale from Griffiths. The correlation test in this study used the non-parametric correlational analysis method from Spearman with a correlation coefficient of 0.771 with a significance level of 0.000 which indicates that p> 0.05 which means there is a relationship between Self control and Social Media Addiction Tendencies. As for suggestions that can be given by researchers, namely entering into groups or outside communities so that addiction to social media does not occur
