Inverse filtering with signal-adaptive constraints
The paper discusses linear inverse filtering (deconvolution) from a stochastic signal processing point of view. A direct link between regularized deconvolution and minimum variance estimation is established, and exploited to propose a simple, one-pass optimization procedure. Experimental verification confirms the good results obtainable by the proposed approach

Single test-point signature diagnosis of microprocessor systems
Signature analysis is a well established technique in digital system maintenance. The paper illustrates how a signature analyser can be employed for functional testing of microprocessor systems in a production environment, by suitably organizing the test procedure. The proposed functional test method features easy set-up, effective diagnostic capabilities on faulty systems, and reduced requirements for test documentation.
Examples taken from a real life case are discussed to point out peculiar aspects of the method
Real-Time High Accuracy Measurement of Multifrequency Waveforms
This paper discusses the operating principles and the main characteristics of a digital instrument for multifrequency signal analysis. The instrument provides real-time performance in a frequency range of 5-6 kHz with high measurement accuracy, obtained by combined windowing and interpolation of computed discrete Fourier transform (DFT) coefficients. Its hardware structure and measurement software for real-time operation are thoroughly illustrated and experimental results are given
