No full textTato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice zaměstnanosti, ekonomickému a sociálnímu profilu v náchodském regionu, popisu, zajištění a organizaci sociálních služeb. Je rozdělena do několika kapitol, které na sebe navazují. První část představuje Náchodsko a komplexně charakterizuje tento region. Druhá kapitola se svými subkapitolami pojednává o socioekonomickém profilu území. Další kapitola se věnuje úřadu práce, popisu jeho činnosti a uplatňování aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti. Do poslední kapitoly jsem zařadila Komunitní plán, kde se ukazuje, jak město Náchod zajišťuje a organizuje sociální služby.This bachelor work disserts about problematic of employment, economic and social profile in Nachod region. There is description of arrangement and systematization of social services. It is divided into a few parts which concur to each other. The first chapter introduces general characteristic of Nachod region. Second chapter with his subchapters disserts about social-economic profile of this region. Next chapter describes activities of job centre with apply active policy of employment. No full textCílem bakalářské práce je popis a krátká analýza dopravní situace v městě Náchodě. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány pojmy související se silniční dopravou. Jsou zde shrnuty výhody a nevýhody silniční dopravy a dále jsou popsány i jednotlivé druhy silničních komunikací. V části praktické je analyzována aktuální dopravní situace v Náchodě. Pozornost je věnována dopravnímu zatížení města v posledních dvaceti letech. Kromě popisu aktuální situace jsou rozebrána i možná řešení této situace zejména s ohledem na návrh obchvatu města.The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe and briefly analyze the traffic situation in Nachod. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical part. Terms related to road traffic are explained in the theoretical part. In this part the advantages and disadvantages of road traffic are summarized, different types of roads are also described in this part. The current traffic situation in Nachod is analyzed in the practical part. It is focused on the volume of traffic and the traffic load during last twenty years. Beside the description of the current situation, possible solutions of this situation are analyzed taking into account the planned bypass of the town

Petr Vrzáček, Department of Management and Supervision in Social and Health Organisations The focus of the thesis was development and especially implementation of nursing practice standards as well as exploration of non-medical health professionals' attitudes towards this process in Nachod Regional Hospital. The theoretical part clarified the concept of quality, standard, audit, accreditation, certification and also addressed the role of health and nursing care management in quality control. The practical part was divided into three research sections. The first one diagnosed nursing practice standards, their prototype version above all. The findings from this diagnosis provided two recommendations - to revise current version of methodology for standard process creation and to start changing health professionals' attitudes towards standards and standardization of nursing practice. The quantitative research in the second section analysed in detail attitudes and motivation of non-medical health professionals to make the development..
The development of the textile industry in Nachod in the years 1880-1914
No full textThe Bachelor thesis deals with the development of the textile industry in Nachod in the years 1880-1914. The aim of the study was to describe this development of the textile industry and confirm the hypothesis, that the textile industry was the main driving force of industrialization and modernization of the region. The theoretical part introduces late 19th century economics theories and it also outlines the business opportunities in the Czech lands at the turn of the 19th and 20th century. The analytical part of the thesis describes the development of the textile industry in Nachod in the years 1880 1914 as well as it focuses on the business of Barton family. The thesis gives answers to following questions: how did the transition to a factory production go in Nachod, to what extend was the textile industry involved in the growth of the town, what position in a day-to-day life of the town did the working class occupy and what development was registered in the textile industry at the beginning of the 20th century. The result of the study is confirmation of the hypothesis
