Stenohelops (Helopelius) verrucosus (Vauloger de Beaupré, 1900), comb. n. See studied material and images in Nabozhenko (2015). Distribution. The species is distributed near the Atlantic and Mediterranean coast (Morocco, Algeria) (Antoine 1949, Nabozhenko 2015); it is listed also from Portugal by Reitter (1922), but this is not supported by further research.Published as part of Nabozhenko, Maxim V., Mpamnaras, Athanasios & Kalaentzis, Konstantinos, 2020, Contribution to the knowledge of Mediterranean lichen-feeding darkling beetles of the genus Stenohelops Reitter, 1922 (Coleoptera: Tenebrionidae), pp. 292-300 in Zootaxa 4896 (2) on pages 296-297, DOI: 10.11646/zootaxa.4896.2.10, http://zenodo.org/record/438926
Odocnemis torosica subsp. subangulata Nabozhenko & Keskin 2016
Odocnemis torosica subangulata Nabozhenko & Keskin, 2016 Material. 2♂, 1♀ (PCMN): Turkey, Adana Prov., Tufanbeyli Distr., Doğanbeyli, 38°8ʹ2.75ʺN / 36°6ʹ37.24ʺE, 1447 m, 19.04.2021 (leg. B. Keskin, M. & S. Nabozhenko). Distribution and bionomics. This subspecies was known only by three type specimens from Püren Geçidi in Kahramanmaraş Province where they were collected on Cedrus libani A. Rich. In the north of Adana Province, we collected three specimens on trunks of Pinus nigra at night among parmelian fruticose lichens, but beetles didn’t feed and we didn’t register host lichen. Beetles were active from 20:00 in mid-April.Published as part of Nabozhenko, Maxim V., Keskin, Bekir, Keskin, Nurşen Alpagut, Gagarina, Ludmila V. & Nabozhenko, Svetlana, 2021, Two new species and new records of lichen-feeding darkling beetles (Coleoptera: Tenebrionidae: Helopini) from Turkey with notes on bionomics and trophic relations, pp. 69-86 in Zootaxa 5057 (1) on page 78, DOI: 10.11646/zootaxa.5057.1.4, http://zenodo.org/record/558553

We additionally collected this species in very old Pinus brutia forests in Antalya (Fig. 7D) and Mersin provinces. Adult beetles were active from 20:30 to at least 21:20 and climbed the trunks to a height of 2 m. The registered fruticose host lichens are Parmelina pastillifera (Harm.) Hale in both localities (Fig. 6D) and Pseudevernia furfuraceae in Ibradı (Fig. 6E) (Parmeliaceae).Published as part of Nabozhenko, Maxim V., Keskin, Bekir, Keskin, Nurşen Alpagut, Gagarina, Ludmila V. & Nabozhenko, Svetlana, 2021, Two new species and new records of lichen-feeding darkling beetles (Coleoptera: Tenebrionidae: Helopini) from Turkey with notes on bionomics and trophic relations, pp. 69-86 in Zootaxa 5057 (1) on page 81, DOI: 10.11646/zootaxa.5057.1.4, http://zenodo.org/record/558553
Zopheromimus Alekseev & Nabozhenko 2023, gen. nov.
Genus Zopheromimus gen. nov. Type species: Zopheromimus auriborussiensis sp. nov. Derivatio nominis. The gender is masculine. Remarks. The new genus is monotypic; therefore, the generic description overlaps considerably with that of the species.Published as part of Alekseev, Vitalii I. & Nabozhenko, Maxim V., 2023, News from Baltic amber: a new tribe of extinct Paleogene ironclad beetles (Coleoptera: Zopheridae: Zopherinae), pp. 435-445 in Zootaxa 5297 (3) on page 438, DOI: 10.11646/zootaxa.5297.3.8, http://zenodo.org/record/800522
