Generalized (varphi,psi)-weak contractions involving (f,g)-reciprocally continuous maps in fuzzy metric spaces
We introduce the notion of (f,g)-reciprocal continuity in
fuzzy metric spaces and prove a common fixed point theorem for a pair of sub-compatible maps by employing a generalized (varphi,psi)-weak contraction. As an application of our result, we prove a theorem for a (varphi,psi)-weak cyclic contraction in fuzzy metric spaces

Univagris Virakthamath & Murthy 1999
Univagris Virakthamath & Murthy Univagris Virakthamath & Murthy, 1999: 51. Type species: Univagris pallida Virakthamath & Murthy, 1999 Remarks. The following genus-level characters supplement the original description by Viraktamath & Murthy (1999). Prothoracic femur row AV with several short, stout setae, IC with 9 long setae (Fig. 21). Mesothoracic femur with AV setae short (Fig. 22), Segment I of fore and mid tarsi with numerous macrosetae ventrally (Fig.2 3). Metathoracic femur with setal formula 2+1+1 (Figs. 24, 25). Metathoracic tibia flattened, row PD with macrosetae, AD spinelike, AV with macrosetae, PV with numerous long setae, tarsomere II less than 1/2 length of tarsomere I, tarsomere I with 3–4 platellae (Fig. 26). The genus differs from related genera in having a single median process of the connective with which the aedeagus is fused, and a broadened style apex. It shares the fused aedeagus and connective with Thyaksha Viraktamath & Murthy and Sikhamani Viraktamath & Webb. The latter differ in having the male pygofer without any process and the style apex broadened Distribution. IndiaPublished as part of Rajgopal, N. Hishimonus thapai Viraktamath & Murthy
Hishimonus thapai Viraktamath & Murthy (Figs. 11–15 & 32–39) Material examined. INDIA: 3 ♂ Himachal Pradesh: Solan: Nauni, 1502 m, 30.8625 ° N, 77.1679 ° E, 10.vi. 2013, at light, Shashank (NPC). Remarks. H. thapai was described from Nepal (type not examined). It is recorded here for the first time from India. This species resembles H. gillespiei Dai, Fletcher & Zhang but can be distinguished by the coloration of the median spot on the forewings: the anterior margin of the median spot is dark brown as in H. gillespiei also differs in aedeagus. Illustration provided in the form of photographs can add on information to the earlier descriptions given by Viraktamath and Murthy (2014).Published as part of Meshram, Naresh M. & Chaubey, Rahul, 2016, Two new species of the genus Hishimonus (Hemiptera: Cicadellidae) with a new record from India, pp. 259-266 in Zootaxa 4103 (3) on page 265, DOI: 10.11646/zootaxa.4103.3.4, http://zenodo.org/record/25464

It can readily be distinguished by the rounded lobe mesad of the gonopores on the aedeagal shafts.Published as part of Viraktamath, C. A. & Anantha Murthy, H. Hishimonus longisetosus Viraktamath & Murthy, 2014, sp. nov.
Hishimonus longisetosus sp. nov. Figs 126–136. Head and thorax greenish yellow. Crown of vertex with two light brown spots near apex and two on posterior margin. Eyes dark brown. Scutum and scutellum with two spots one on either side of transverse impressed line and two on lateral margins on each side, light brown. Median spot of forewings distinct with very narrow dark brown border. Male genitalia. Pygofer in lateral view longer than its height, posterior margin conically rounded, macrosetae confined to posterior one third. Valve twice as wide at base as long. Subgenital plates with lateral row of stout macrosetae approximately as long as plate; terminal fingerlike process long, slender, with short microsetae, about 0.33 as long as the total length. Style more than thrice as long as wide at base, preapical lobe poorly developed apophysis short, blunt. Stem of connective short, 0.5 as long as arms. Aedeagal shafts directed postero-dorsally, apex of each shaft acute, pair of basal processes between shafts, gradually curved caudo-dorsally exceeding length of shafts; gonopores subapical. Measurements. Male 3.7 mm long, 1.15 mm wide across eyes. Material examined. HOLOTYPE ♂, INDIA: Karnataka: R.R.S. Mudigere, 2.vi. 1978, C.A. Viraktamath (UASB). Etymology. The species name alludes to the long setae on subgenital plates. Remarks. H. longisetosus closely resembles H. tortuosus Kuoh from China (Kuoh 1976) and H. krakatauensis Kamitani (Kamitani et al. 2011) in general characters of male genitalia but differs from both in having longer basal processes of the aedeagal shaft which gradually curve dorsally in lateral view.Published as part of Viraktamath, C. Hishimonus dwipae Viraktamath & Murthy, 2014, sp. nov.
Hishimonus dwipae sp. nov. Figs 13 –14, 94 – 99. Head, pronotum and scutellum lemon yellow, spot on either side of median line on posterior margin of crown, median carina fuscous. Forewings ivory white with a few brown mottling between veins; median spot well defined, pale brown with dark brown, narrow, discontinuous anterior margin, posterior margin with dark brown spot at wing margin. Legs pale ochraceous, bases of setae dark brown. Male genitalia. Pygofer in lateral view longer than its height, posterior margin conically rounded, macrosetae confined to posterior half; valve with broadly triangular posterior margin strongly medially angled, about twice as broad at base as long medially. Subgenital plate with well defined posterior fingerlike process, 0.40 times as long as the total length of the plate, lateral margin less strongly convex. Style three times as long as wide at base, with rather straight apophysis, subapical lobe well defined. Connective with stem shorter than arms. Aedeagus with pair of basal processes to shafts diverging from each other from base and about 0.20 length of shaft, not projecting beyond curvature of the shaft posteriorly; dorsal apodeme well developed; each shaft divergent from base in posterior view, broadened distally, slightly before level of gonopore and then tapered, thus forming triangular lobe enclosing gonopore; in lateral view, anterior margin triangularly expanded lamellate lobe at level of gonopore and rather straight beyond subapical gonopore. Measurements. Male 3.3 mm long and 1.1 mm wide across eyes. Material examined. HOLOTYPE ♂, SRI LANKA: Pol. Dist., 10 mi [16 Km] E Habarana, black light, 650 ft. [192.3 m], 12.xi. 1976, collected by Havel, G.F., Dietz IV, R.E., Karunaratne, S. and Balasooriya, G.W. (USNM). Etymology. The species name (Sankrit: Dwipa meaning Island) alludes to the insular distribution of the species. Remarks. H. dwipae sp. nov. is very similar to H. pronus Knight from Solomon Islands but differs in the shape of the apices of the aedeagal shafts. Each aedeagal shaft, in lateral view, has a triangular expansion which is not the case in H. pronus and also the shaft is strongly sinuate in H. pronus compared to that in H. dwipae.Published as part of Viraktamath, C.
