No full textIn this letter the idea of synchronization of chaotic systems is further extended to the case where all the drive system variables are combined to obtain a compound chaotic drive signal. An appropriate feedback loop is constructed in the response system to achieve synchronization among the variables of drive and response systems. We apply this method of synchronization to the familiar Chua's circuit and Murali-Lakshmanan-Chua circuit equations
Interventi di ritrovamento e di restauro conservativo delle pitture murali di palazzo Caiselli a Udine
No full textPrima del restauro di palazzo Caiselli, uno degli edifici più importanti di Udine, non si conosceva la quantità e la varietà delle decorazioni all'interno delle sue mura. La sfida era quella di svelare la sua complessa ricchezza decorativa, fino a quel momento celata da numerosi strati di imbiancatura e intonaco. L'accurato lavoro di riscoperta e restauro è durato quasi due anni. Il restauro si è quindi concentrato sul recupero delle pitture murali mediante asportazione di vari tipi di sovrammissioni, avvalendosi di tecniche sia meccaniche che chimiche, sempre con cura e rispetto dei materiali originali. Gli interventi eseguiti hanno inoltre permesso di studiare da vicino le varie forme dei supporti murali e lignei, valutarne lo stato conservativo e determinarne la interazioni con vari strati di intonaco aggiunti nel tempo.
Data la varietà della natura dei beni custoditi nel palazzo, il recupero del vasto e complesso sistema decorativo ha comportato l'utilizzo di molteplici procedure di intervento e consentito lo studio approfondito di un'ampia gamma di tecniche decorative

<li>We have added features in the layout editor that allow a user to select nodes and edges based on color and shape in order to edit their visual properties. This functionality is available in conjunction with the features that allowed a user to arrange the positions of the nodes in a variety of shapes.</li>
<li>We have streamlined the search interface and made it more efficient. During this process, we also disabled support for "Exact" searches: GraphSpace now supports only case-insensitive and substring searches. </li>
<li>We have brought the JSON format accepted by GraphSpace in line with Cytoscape.js and with Cytoscape.<ul>
<li>To specify a network, we separate the structure of the network (nodes and edges) from the description of the visual styles of the nodes and edges. </li>
<li>GraphSpace now supports CSS-based Cytoscape.js JSON files for specifying the style of the graph. GraphSpace users can import these files either in the "Upload" section or the "Layout Editor" section.</li>
<li>We have deprecated support for the JSON format supported only on GraphSpace. </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Concomitant with these changes, we now allow Cytoscape users to export their visually-coded networks from Cytoscape and to import them directly into GraphSpace.</li>
<li>We added the support for aliases data attribute for nodes. Users can add a list of aliases for a node. These aliases are searchable on search page for graphs.</li>
<li>We have added support to allow a group owner to invite another person to a group via a signup link.</li>
<li>To facilitate bulk uploads of networks to GraphSpace, we have implemented the Graphspace_python module that a user can install from PyPI.</li>

No full textLo stato del Mewar è stato sempre molto restio a ricevere occidentali. La prima ambasceria risale al 1711, composta da un nutrito gruppo di olandesi che interessarono molto gli artisti, tanto da venire raffigurati nei dipinti e anche nelle decorazioni a commesso di superfici riflettenti, di moda all’epoca; la loro iconografia rimase a lungo. Altri occidentali furono raffigurati nei dipinti murali soprattutto nell’ ‘800, a seguito del trattato di pace con il Governo Britannico che prevedeva la residenza in città di un Agente, con naturalmente un suo seguito. La presenza di occidentali fu da allora stabile. Le loro raffigurazioni compaiono non solo nel City Palace, ma anche nelle haveli, le lussuose abitazioni dei notabili della città
Rich variety of bifurcations and Chaos in a variant of Murali-Lakshmanan-Chua circuit
No full textA very simple nonlinear parallel nonautonomous LCR circuit with Chua's diode as its only nonlinear element, exhibiting a rich variety of dynamical features, is proposed as a variant of the simplest nonlinear nonautonomous circuit introduced by Murali, Lakshmanan and Chua(MLC). By constructing a two-parameter phase diagram in the plane, corresponding to the forcing amplitude (F) and frequency , we identify, besides the familiar period-doubling scenario to chaos, intermittent and quasiperiodic routes to chaos as well as period-adding sequences, Farey sequences, and so on. The chaotic dynamics is verified by both experimental as well as computer simulation studies including PSPICE
