Full text link[spa] Mis 7 años de experiencia como recepcionista de hotel son los que despertaron mi interés por el sector hotelero y mi motivación por seguir creciendo en él. Ello me animó a empezar a estudiar turismo, en la carrera disfruté con las asignaturas de contabilidad y finanzas, y por este motivo, cuando vi la oportunidad de realizar un trabajo de fin de grado en el que podía combinar el análisis contable con el sector en el cual quiero crecer profesionalmente, no lo dudé.
A partir de aquí, con la ayuda de mi tutor, decidimos analizar las dos únicas cadenas hoteleras españolas que cotizan en bolsa, Meliá Hotels International y NH Hotel Group. Descargamos la información contable de las memorias anuales publicadas por cada empresa y nos pusimos a trabajar. Realizamos un análisis detallado de la evolución económica y financiera de los tres últimos años publicados, aplicando técnicas y metodologías aprendidas en clase, además, comparamos ambas empresas entre ellas y con la media del sector, con tal de obtener un análisis detallado de la evolución y situación actual de cada empresa. Finalmente, de todas las conclusiones obtenidas, realizamos un diagnóstico financiero con el cual identificamos la situación de la empresa y explicamos las políticas que consideramos necesarias a aplicar para conducir a la empresa hacia la mejor situación posible.[eng] My 7 years of experience as a hotel receptionist are what awakened my interest in the hotel sector and my motivation to continue growing in it. This encouraged me to start studying tourism, in the career, I enjoyed the subjects of accounting and finance, and for this reason, when I saw the opportunity to do a final project in which I could combine accounting analysis with the sector in which I want to grow professionally, I did not doubt it.
From here on, with the help of my professor, we decided to analyse the only two Spanish hotel chains listed on the stock exchange, Meliá Hotels International and NH Hotel Group. We downloaded the accounting information of the annual reports published by each company and we went to work. We perform a detailed analysis of the economic and financial evolution of the last three published years, applying techniques and methodologies learned in class, in addition, we compare both companies among them and with the average of the sector, in order to obtain a detailed analysis of the evolution and current situation of each company. Finally, of all the conclusions obtained, we carry out a financial diagnosis with which we identify the situation of the company and explain the policies that we consider necessary to apply to lead the company towards the best possible situation

financieros de las dos únicas cadenas hoteleras que cotizan en bolsa en España.
El estudio se centra en el análisis económico-financiero de los últimos tres
ejercicios, por tanto, las herramientas principales serán el balance de situación,
la cuenta de pérdidas y ganancias y la memoria. Asimismo, mediante diferentes
indicadores se obtendrá las conclusiones más relevantes y se propondrá
recomendaciones para una mejor gestión.[eng] The present work, intends, analyzes the economic and financial features
of the same hotel chains that are listed on the stock market in Spain. The study
focuses on the economic and financial analysis of the last three years, therefore,
the main tools at the balance sheet, the loss and profit account and Annual
Report. Therefore, through different indicators, the most relevant conclusions will

Plan de negocio para El Nido Diving Center
No full text[spa] El trabajo que he realizado es el plan de negocio de un centro de buceo (El Nido Diving Center), analizando en especial, su viabilidad financiera. Este negocio estará ubicado en el puerto de Cala D'or, y tiene por objetivo ofrecer cursos y excursiones de buceo, para turistas y también para residentes. En el trabajo se hace un plan de negocio para el proyecto (idea de negocio, diseño de los productos, plan de marketing), y analiza su viabilidad financiera plan financiero del negocio. En primer lugar he estimado todos los costes de la inversión inicial necesarios para iniciar el negocio. También he realizado una proyección de la cuenta de resultados para el primer año, y una estimación de los cash flows de proyecto para los próximos 5 años. Para saber si el proyecto es viable he calculado los indicadores de Valor Actual Neto, la Tasa Interna de Rentabilidad y el Pay Back del proyecto. También he realizado un análisis de escenarios con tres escenarios: esperado, pesimista, y optimista. La conclusión final del trabajo es que el proyecto es rentable y viable, por lo que podría llevarse a cabo.[eng] The work I have done is the business plan of a diving center (El Nido Diving Center), analyzing, particularly, the financial and economic viability. This business will be located in the port of Cala D'or, and aims to offer diving courses and tours, for tourists and also for residents. I developed a business plan for the project (business idea, product design, marketing plan), analyzing also its financial viability. First, I estimated all the costs of the initial investment necessary to start the business. There is also a projection of the income statement for the first year, and an estimate of the project cash flows for the next 5 years. In order to determine the viability of the project, I have calculated the indicators of Net Present Value, the Internal Rate of Profitability and the Pay Back of the project. I develop an analysis of scenarios with three possible scenarios: expected, pessimistic, and optimistic. The final conclusion of the work is that the project is profitable and viable, so it could be carried out

Full text link[cat] La Journal of Business Ethics (JBE) és una revista líder internacionalment en els camps de l’ètica i dels negocis. La JBE va celebrar el seu 35è aniversari a l’any 2017. Per aquest motiu, aquest estudi realitza un estudi bibliomètric de tots els treballs publicats a la revista fins a l’any 2017. L’objectiu principal d’aquest estudi és donar una visió general dels principals factors així com de l’estructura acadèmica de la revista. Per a poder dur a terme la visió general, analitzem l’estructura de citació de la revista, els articles més citats, l’índex-H, les cites per document, les principals paraules claus i els autors, institucions i països principals de la revista pel seu nombre de publicacions. El treball s’ha realitzat a partir de la Web of Science. Per a que la visió general sigui més completa, també hem realitzat un mapeig gràfic del material bibliogràfic emprant el VOS viewer software. L’anàlisi gràfic empra eines com la co-citació, la citació, l’acoblament bibliogràfic, i la co-ocurrència de les paraules claus. Els resultats obtinguts ens indiquen que la JBE és una de les principals revistes a l’àrea de l’ètica, amb publicacions sorgides d’una amplia gamma d’autors, d’institucions i de països d’arreu del món.[eng] The Journal of Business Ethics (JBE) is a leading international journal in the fields of ethics and Business. The JBE celebrated its 35th anniversary by 2017. For this reason, this study carried out a bibliometric study of all the papers published in the journal until 2017. The main objective of this study is to provide an overview of the main factors and the academic structure of the journal. In order to carry out the overview, we analyse the citation structure of the journal, the most cited articles, the h-index, cites per paper, the most commonly used keywords and the leading authors, institutions and countries in the journal. The study has been done from the Web of Science. To make the overview more complete, we made a graphic mapping using the VOS viewer software. The graphical analysis uses co-citation, citation, bibliographic coupling and co-occurrence keywords. The results obtained indicate that JBE is one of the leading journals in the area of ethics with publications from a wide range of authors, institutions and countries worldwide
Análisis contable de dos empresas cotizadas españolas del sector inmobiliario

Homes durante tres años seguidos desde una perspectiva económica y
financiera. Estas dos empresas operan en el mismo sector, el sector inmobiliario.
El análisis se lleva a cabo de manera individual para cada empresa y también se
comparan entre sí. El objetivo es determinar, con una opinión fundamentada, la
realidad económica de las empresas, la idoneidad de la estructura financiera y
la viabilidad del negocio, así como proponer remedios y soluciones para
enderezar o mantener la situación.[eng] In this study, the annual accounts of Metrovacesa and Aedas Homes for three
consecutive years are examined from an economic and financial perspective.
These two companies operate in the same sector, the real estate sector. The
analysis is carried out individually for each company and they are also compared
with each other. The objective is to determine, with an informed opinion, the
economic reality of the companies, the adequacy of the financial structure and
the viability of the business, as well as to propose remedies and solutions to

Anàlisi de viabilitat d’un projecte d’inversió en empreses del sector serveis
No full text[spa] El proyecto a desarrollar trata de un plan de viabilidad de una empresa del sector de servicios en este caso de un Agroturismo “Proud of You” ubicado en la localidad de Deià, perteneciente a la provincia de las Islas Baleares.
Se empezará hablando sobre el objetivo principal del proyecto de fin carrera, aparte de todas las asignaturas cursadas en la carrera que han sido aplicadas en dicho trabajo.
Seguidamente se realizarán una serie de análisis de la situación en la que se encuentra nuestro agroturismo, sobre el porqué de la elección del sector rural.
Cómo también de los cálculos necesarios para la obtención final, saber si nuestro plan de negocio es rentable o si debemos rechazar dicha inversión.
El siguiente punto será el financiero el cual será uno de los puntos más importantes, en el que se expone las distintas inversiones que se han tenido que realizar para poner en marcha la actividad del agroturismo, se realizaran diferentes supuestos de ganancias y de posibles pérdidas que se obtendrán, y también la recuperación del capital.
Por último, se realizaran las conclusiones necesarias para reafirmar y concluir el proyecto de negocio, adjuntando todos los cálculos que se han ido realizando, igual que la bibliografía que se ha utilizado.[eng] The Project that will be develop is a feasibility plan for a company in the services sector, in this case an Agrotourism "Proud of You" located in the town of Deià, province of the Balearic Islands.
We will start our Project to talk about the main objective and the main aim of the final year project, we used all the subjects studied in the career that it has been applied in the following work.
The next point, we will analyze the situation in which our agrotourism is located and the reason why we choice the sector of the rural tourism. In that case, we used the Law of 08/2012 to prove the above reason.
Furthermore, we do it all the necessary calculations for the final obtaining, to know if our business plan is profitable or if we should reject the investment.
The next step,it will be the financial one that has the most important characteristics, in which the various investments that have had to be made to start up the activity of the agrotourism are extended, different assumptions of gains and steps have been achieved. was obtained, and also the recovery of capital.

Análisis de viabilidad de un proyecto de inversión turístico
No full text[spa] Este trabajo pretende analizar la viabilidad de un “boutique hotel” de cinco
estrellas ubicado en el casco antiguo de Palma de Mallorca. Para ello, se han
llevado a cabo una serie de cálculos que permiten proporcionar la información
necesaria para saber si el proyecto en cuestión es factible o no en un plazo de
cinco años vista.
Al inicio del estudio se han presentado las características del hotel de manera
detallada, para que de este modo cobren sentido los cálculos realizados a
posteriori. Seguidamente, se ha hecho hincapié en el examen de los flujos de
caja por mensualidad en lo que respecta al primer año, y por estimación
estadística a los cuatro correlativos. También, gracias a otras apreciaciones
como el valor residual, coste de capital, VAN, TIR y payback se ha intentado
obtener una estimación general y orientativa de la viabilidad de dicho proyecto
de inversión.[eng] This essay is focused on the analysis of the profitability of a ‘boutique hotel'
located in the old town of Palma de Mallorca. For this purpose, a series of
calculations have been carried out to provide the necessary information to know
if the Project in question is feasible or not within a period of five years.
At the beginning of the study the characteristics of the hotel have been presented
in detail, to make the calculations made afterwards meaningful. Next, emphasis
has been placed on the examination of monthly cash flows in relation to the first

appreciations such as residual value, capital cost, NPV, TIR and payback, an
attempt has been made to obtain a general and indicative estimate of the viability
