İçinde bulunduğumuz büyük veri çağında bilgi teknolojisi servislerinden ve nesnelerin interneti kaynaklarından üretilen veri
miktarındaki üstel artış ile birlikte şirketlerin veriden elde edebileceği fayda da her geçen gün hızla artmaktadır. Ancak bu
mevcut verileri etkin şekilde kullanmak, stratejik üstünlük elde etmek ve kendi iş süreçlerini iyileştirmek isteyen kuruluşların
büyük veri ve veri biliminden elde edebilecekleri faydaları doğru tanımlamaları ve şirketlerini bu doğrultuda veri odaklı
yönetime hazır hale getirmeleri gerekmektedir. Bu nedenle, bu çalışma kapsamında, büyük veri ve veri biliminin tanımı,
mevcut durumu ve işletmelerin büyük veri çağında veri bilimini iş süreçlerine dahil ederken karşılaşacakları zorluklar
incelenmiştir.

No full textAbstract :Baitul Maal Hidayatullah (BMH) is an amil zakat institution which is engaged in collecting zakat, infaq, alms, Waqf and grants as well as humanitarian social funds and company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), distributes through educational programs, social da'wah, humanitarian and economic in national based. Based on the documentation data at BMH, it informs that employee performance does not comply with the targets set by the management. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of workload, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on employee performance.This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory or causal design. The population in this study were all employees at BMH. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of a questionnaire. Selection of the number of samples using the probability sampling method, the number of samples determined using the Slovin formula, and determined as many as 100 respondents. Data analysis using path analysis. The results found that workload affects organizational commitment, job satisfaction affects organizational commitment, workload affects employee performance, job satisfaction affects employee performance, organizational commitment affects employee performance.Keywords :   Workload, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance

Namun, hal itu kemudian diperumit dengan munculnya pandemi Covid-19. Pasalnya, munculnya pandemi akan memunculkan berbagai masalah seperti perubahan sistem kerja, sistem pengajaran, dan berbagai sistem lainnya. Penelitian ini kemudian bertujuan untuk melihat beberapa alternatif yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan pelatihan dan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif serta data dari berbagai hasil penelitian dan penelitian sebelumnya yang masih berkaitan. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pengembangan perusahaan dapat dilakukan melalui media online alternatif seperti penggunaan zoom, google meeting, dan berbagai aplikasi lainnya

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI periode tahun 2019-2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling dengan sampel terpilih sebanyak 23 perusahaan. Analisis penelitian yakni uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan financial distress berpengaruh signifikan terhadap manajemen laba. Kinerja keuangan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap manajemen laba

Metodologi deskriptif dan pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. This research then aims to see how the relationship exists between the technology of the accounting profession and strategies in the accounting profession during the digital era. This research will be carried out using a qualitative approach as well as data obtained from the results of previous research and studies that are still relevant. This study found that an accountant must adapt to this digitalization system in the digitalization era. The accountant profession also has new competitors, namely programmers and the technology it has in carrying out the work of the previous assistant. As for the academic field, accounting majors need to study information systems more actively to improve the accounting profession. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dimana data penelitian diperoleh dari berbagai hasil penelitian dan penelitian terdahulu yang masih relevan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa secara fundamental, baik Indonesia maupun Malaysia memiliki esensi pendidikan yang sama, yaitu upaya peningkatan optimalisasi kemampuan siswa dalam bidang keterampilan, sikap, dan pengetahuan. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, negara Indonesia berusaha membentuk tim yang berfungsi untuk meningkatkan kualitas dengan melakukan perbaikan terus-menerus kepada seluruh anggota lembaga pendidikan.
