No full textA coup is an act carried out by military officers in terms of obtaining power from a legitimate government. Then, the incident can be defined as a military coup, one of the countries that has experienced various military coups, namely Myanmar. The most recent case occurred in February 2021 when the military junta government overthrew Aung San Suu Kyi and her cabinet because it was considered that there had been fraud in the elections and could not carry out Postponement of elections due to COVID-19. The success of the overthrow of the civilian government, the military junta government was in power. During its reign the military government often committed various acts of human rights violations so that many parties, such as the United Nations through its Human Rights Council, ASEAN and Indonesia became countries that held the ASEAN presidency in 2023. However, each party must not intervene in Myanmar's national policies and must prioritize diplomatic efforts in resolving this case
 
Does Environmental Disclosure and Instagram Engagement affect Firm Performance? The Moderating Role of Board’s Gender Diversity
No full textThis study examines the impact of corporate environmental disclosure and Instagram engagement on firm performance, with the moderating role of board's gender diversity. Data from 100 firms listed on the KOMPAS100 index and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period of 2019-2020 was collected. After removing firms with excessive missing data, the final sample comprised of 57 firms, resulting in a total sample of 114 for the years 2019 and 2020. Environmental disclosure data were obtained from corporate annual reports and stand-alone sustainability reports, analyzed using the GRI Standards. Engagement data with firms' official Instagram accounts were manually obtained from Socialblade. Hypothesis testing was conducted using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS). Findings indicate that environmental disclosure and Instagram engagement do not significantly impact firm performance. However, board's gender diversity moderates the relationship between Instagram engagement and firm performance, strengthening it. However, no significant moderating effect of board's gender diversity was found on the relationship between environmental disclosure and firm performance
Functional Testing of Web-Based Input Form Using Boundary Value Analysis Technique: A Case Study on TemanTernak
No full textSoftware reliability is highly dependent on robust data validation mechanisms to prevent data integrity issues. The main issue raised in this study is the risk of input errors in the "Create Doctor Invitation" form in the TemanTernak web application, which could potentially cause invalid data storage. This study aims to evaluate the quality of the system's input validation to ensure its compliance with the requirements specifications. The proposed solution is the implementation of Black Box Testing with the Boundary Value Analysis (BVA) technique. The testing methodology was carried out following the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) stages, in which 17 test scenarios were run to assess four critical elements: name and title, email, phone number, and invitation message. The test results revealed that the system only achieved a functional success rate of 41.2%. Although the application successfully processed standard valid inputs, the system failed to reject the majority of inputs that were outside the tolerance limits (off-boundary) and passed empty inputs in mandatory fields. In conclusion , the current validation mechanism is insufficient to handle extreme conditions. In the future, the implementation of strict server-side validation with range constraints is necessary to mitigate these vulnerabilities
Harmonisasi Regulasi Hak Lingkungan Masyarakat Adat Suku Laut Pada Agenda Pembangunan Berkelanjutan
No full textMasyarakat adat merupakan kelompok masyarakat yang rentan terpinggirkan dalam agenda pembangunan manusia. Suku Laut sebagai salah satu kelompok masyarakat adat yang bergantung pada laut dalam kesehariannya akan sangat terancam hak atas lingkungannya di masa krisis iklim. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keselarasan peraturan perundang-undangan mengenai lingkungan di tingkat nasional dan daerah dengan Agenda 2030 Sustainable Development Goals dan konvensi-konvensi internasional terkait. Penelitian dilakukan secara normatif dengan studi kepustakaan melalui pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku dan pendekatan konseptual atau gagasan, yang kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Konsep perlindungan masyarakat adat dengan hak-hak tradisional termasuk hak lingkungan telah dirumuskan dalam Konstitusi yang diturunkan pada peraturan perundang-undangan di bawahnya sampai ke peraturan daerah tingkat kabupaten. Rancangan Undang-Undang Masyarakat Hukum Adat yang menjadi payung hukum utama tingkat nasional penting untuk memuat ketentuan tentang jaminan hak-hak atas lingkungan sebagai hak tradisional bagi masyarakat yang dapat memberikan perlindungan komprehensif bagi masyarakat adat di tengah krisis iklim
