Multiple Effects of Host Density on Egg Density and the Sex Ratio of Progeny of Bracon hebetor (Say.) (Hymenoptera: Braconidae)
Insect parasitoid optimises their reproductive potential by exploiting host immune system, varying
clutch size and progeny sex ratio with reference to the host density. Egg density and the progeny sex ratio of Bracon
hebetor Say (Hymenoptera: Braconidae) was studied in relation to the larval density of its host Galleria mellonella
(Lepidoptera: Pyralidae). Our findings revealed that parasitoid’s egg density increased with the increase in host
density. A comparison was made between egg laying and egg hatching on different host densities and maximum
number of egg laying was observed (134.7 eggs) at the highest host densities (16 larvae) while a minimum number of
egg laying (15.6 eggs) was registered at lowest host density (one larvae). The egg hatching was decreased due to
crowding of eggs laid on host’s larvae and the percentage of adult emergence was also decreased with the increase in
crowding of eggs on host’s larvae. It was observed that progeny sex ratio (male/total) increased with the increase in
host density. Further dispersion pattern of parasitoid eggs on different host densities were estimated by the Green
index. This study has generated novel information on egg laying, egg dispersion and sex ratio of B. hebetor which
may lead to the development of sustainable biocontrol programs for lepidopteron insect pests

Regardless of Science or literature, there is no aspect of social life beyond the research. Creation without research deprived from track and sources of originality. Foreseeing the same significance of the phenomenon a potential number of researchers in Urdu literature have enumerated a dignified place. As a potential contributor, Dr. Jamil Jalbi is one of the same who added valuable food for thought and brainstorming for literary criticism and research culture for the scholars. Through his vision research and criticism have amalgamated in a tone of creation and art for life. His phenomenological style of research leads to criticism. Critical vision always justifies the thinking process logically which reflects feeling, observation, and sensitivity.
ADBI TEHQEEQ is one of the authentic road maps for researchers authored by " Dr. Jamil Jalbi" in which the author’s viewpoint about theory and practice and research methodologies have been narrated. The researcher has concluded through critical discourse analysis of “ADBI TEHQEEQ” that Jamil Jalbi as a school of thought has authentic views regarding research and criticism in literature. Dr. Jamil Jalbi being a multidimensional personality in ADBI TEHQEEQ explored multi aspects of literary criticism and literary history. For future researchers and critics, it is a reference and a glowing monument for guidance. As stated by Ahmed Nadeem Qasmi As an authority in literary criticism, the dignity of ADBI TEHQEEQ is not only beyond doubt but unavoidable for valuing /ranking/assessing any masterpiece in literary studies. The article on Tehqeeq Kay Jadeed Ruhjaanat reflects the significance of research under specific advocacy with in-between-the-line hard and fast rules to follow strictly and institutional barrenness in higher education institutions. Global vision and humanism distinguish him from Longinus and Arnold Bennett in the field of literary criticism. Critical thinking, secondary imagination and reflection of political epistemology are knacks of Jamil Jalbi which inspired the scholastic elite to acknowledge his contribution to introducing the sightedness of life canvas. His contribution is prismatic which inspired the researchers from dogmatism to pragmatism in literary criticism
Internal and External Determinants of Economic Growth: A closer look at Pakistan’s Economy
This study aims to investigate the impact of internal and external determinants of economic growth on the economic growth of Pakistan. Major internal determinants include stock of physical capital and developmental expenditures, while external determinants include trade openness and real effective exchange rate. In doing so, study utilizes the annual time series data from 1972 to 2011. Advanced Autoregressive Distributed Lag model (ARDL) approach has been employed for co-integration and error correction model (ECM) for short-run results. Empirical investigations indicate that developmental expenditures, physical capital and trade openness are positively correlated with economic growth in long run, while real effective exchange rate negatively and significantly affect economic growth in long run in case of Pakistan

Smart Environment Monitoring System by Employing Wireless Sensor Networks on Vehicles for Pollution Free Smart Cities
AbstractWith the progression of advancements in technology, several innovations has been made in the field of communications that are transiting to Internet of Things. In this domain, Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) are one of those independent sensing devices to monitor physical and environmental conditions along with thousands of applications in other fields. As air pollution being a major environmental change that causes many hazardous effects on human beings that need to be controlled. Hence, we deployed WSN nodes for constant monitoring of the air pollution around the city and the moving public transport buses and cars. This methodology gave us the monitoring data from the stationary nodes deployed in the city to the mobile nodes on Public Transport buses and cars. The data of the air pollution particles such as gases, smoke and other pollutants is collected via sensors on the Public transport buses and the data is being analyzed when the buses and cars reach back to the source destination after passing through the stationary nodes around the city. Our proposed architecture having innovative mesh network will be more efficient way of gathering data from the nodes of WSN. It will have lots of benefits with respect to the future concept of Smart Cities that will have the new technologies related to Internet of Things

Comprehensive performance analysis of flexible asynchronous AC link under various unbalanced grid voltage conditions
A flexible asynchronous AC link (FASAL) system is a technology that interconnects two power system networks operating at the same or different frequencies. The FASAL system is a newly developed technology; therefore, it requires a thorough investigation under different unbalanced grid voltage conditions for better behavioral understanding and appropriate future controller design. In this paper, the FASAL system is analyzed under various symmetrical and asymmetrical unbalanced grid voltage conditions. Moreover, the performance of the back-to-back voltage source converter (VSC) based HVDC link is also analyzed to establish its comparison with the FASAL system under the same conditions. The FASAL and VSC-HVDC systems are modeled in PSCAD/EMTDC software environment. The simulation results illustrate that the FASAL system performance is better under transient as well as steady-state conditions. Furthermore, the reduction in power at the receiving end side is also lesser in the FASAL system. For example, a 10% sag contributes only a 15% dip in power in the FASAL system, whereas VSC-HVDC reports a 30% power dip for the same sag condition. The APC is funded by the Qatar National Library, Qatar.Scopu

Green Supply Chain Management Practices’ Impact on Operational Performance with the Mediation of Technological Innovation
Industries strive to prevent ecologically destructive actions in their supply chains. At the same time, the optimization of their resources is a major concern for industries to minimize carbon emissions, boost sustainable practices, and improve a country’s long-term economic development. Therefore, the objective of this study is to examine the impact of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) methods on operational performance with the mediation of technological innovation, in the context of Pakistani manufacturing firms. The partial least square-structural modeling (PLS-SEM) method is adopted in this paper. Data were gathered from 223 different manufacturing firms in Pakistan and then analyzed among these variables. The data show good validity and reliability, and structural model explains 61% of the variance in operational performance and 45.4% of the variance in technical innovation, demonstrating its predictive validity. The R-square criteria classify R-square entities of 0.67, 0.33, and 0.19 as considerable, moderate, and weak, respectively. It is demonstrated that all the f-square values are greater than 0.020 and 0.35, indicating a significant effect on the model’s validity. The findings of this study reveal that GSCM practices have a significantly positive effect on both technological innovation and operational performance. Technological innovation has a direct influence on operational performance and has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between GSCM practices and operational performance. Therefore, this research offers managers insight into the importance of technological innovation and GSCM practice adoption to achieve competitive advantages. It further provides the groundwork for managers, practitioners, and environmental management researchers to emphasize the value of GSCM practice in improving operational performance
