No full textEn este trabajo se estudian las licencias que debían tramitar los pasajeros de Indias, ante la Casa de Contratación. Se da cuenta de las restricciones, trámites y solicitudes de probanzas que reguló la Corona para quienes querían embarcarse hacia América (entre ellas la de no ser judío, moro o haber estado procesado o penado por la Inquisición); pero también de las excepciones que se aceptaron para algunos de estos pasajeros.Fil: Vassallo, Jaqueline Rossely. No full textA presente dissertação consiste na análise da obra As pedras do caminho, da escritora gaúcha Lydia Mombelli da Fonseca, no tocante à investigação literária da representação do sujeito feminino, com base em aporte teórico de estudos culturais de gênero, crítica feminista, bem como regionalidade, ideologia patriarcal e identidade. Nesse sentido, observa-se o papel referente à mulher na sociedade, principalmente, por volta da década de 1950, ano de publicação do romance, com o objetivo de desvelar estigmas e comportamentos esperados das mulheres na época, além de promover reflexões a respeito de naturalizações sociais estabelecidas e reproduzidas em relação ao sujeito feminino, ainda, em meio à contemporaneidade. Ademais, este estudo busca demonstrar a participação da mulher como sujeito do processo histórico-cultural enquanto produtora de texto literário, trazendo ao conhecimento acadêmico a autora Lydia Mombelli da Fonseca, a fim de contribuir para o alargamento da história cultural e literária da Região de Colonização Italiana do Rio Grande do Sul e do próprio estado.The present dissertation consists on the analysis of the novel The stones of the road (As pedras do caminho), by the female gaucho writer Lydia Mombelli da Fonseca, with regard to the literary research of the representation of the female subject, based on theoretical framework of cultural studies of gender, feminist criticism and regionality, patriarchal ideology and identity. In this sense, it is possible to observe the role relating to women in society, especially in the decade of 1950, the year of publication of the novel, in order to unveil stigmas and behaviors expected of women at the time, in addition to promoting reflections on established and reproduced social naturalizations in relation to the female subject, even amidst the present. Furthermore, this study seeks to demonstrate the participation of women as the subject of historical and cultural process as a producer of literary text, bringing to academic knowledge the author Lydia Mombelli da Fonseca, in order to contribute to the expansion of the cultural and literary history of the Italian Colonization Region of Rio Grande do Sul and the state itself

No full textThe short story “Miss Jaqueline” by Livia Garcia-Roza, which makes up the collection Restou o dog, presents in the peculiar format of only dialogues, the routine of a submissive woman who lives under the yoke of her husband, who does not miss opportunities to humiliate her. -there. Even without the voice of a narrator, the reader can infer the couple\u27s routine and even some past events, based only on the narrative\u27s dialogues. Based on this premise, the present work proposes to analyze the condition of contemporary women, represented by the character Jaqueline, the symbolic/psychological violence and the consequent female silencing, as these are recurring themes in the short story proposed for analysis. In addition, we will consider the narrative characteristics adopted by the author. As support for the analyzes carried out, the text Pode o subalterno falar?, by G. C. Spivak and Tendências e impasses: o feminism como crítica da Cultura, by H. B. Hollanda.O pequeno conto “Miss Jaqueline” de Livia Garcia-Roza, que compõe a coletânea Restou o cão, apresenta no peculiar formato de apenas diálogos, a rotina de uma mulher submissa que vive sob o jugo do marido, o qual não perde oportunidades de humilhá-la. Mesmo sem a voz de um narrador, o leitor pode inferir a rotina do casal e até de alguns acontecimentos passados, com base apenas nos diálogos da narrativa. Com base nessa premissa, o presente trabalho tem como proposta analisar a condição da mulher contemporânea, representada pela personagem Jaqueline, a violência simbólica/psicológica e o consequente silenciamento feminino, pois estas são temáticas recorrentes no conto proposto para análise. Além disso, iremos considerar as características narrativas adotadas pela autora. Como suporte para as análises realizadas será usado o texto Pode o subalterno falar?, de G. C. Spivak e Tendências e impasses: O feminismo como crítica da Cultura, de H. B. Hollanda

No full textThe text presented here is part of the course conclusion work of the leader Jaqueline Tedesco, of the Kaingang people in Law at the Federal University of Rio Grande-FURG. In the search for data on the specific selection process for indigenous people at the University, the author conducted an interview with one of the professors who brought together the indigenous communities and started the institutional dialogue about the selection process, after presenting the material based on Professor Alfredo\u27s narrative, she studies data on admission, bringing courses and admissions from 2010 to 2023. In conclusion, the author highlights the importance of a specific selection process, but highlights the need for the university to think about indigenous experiences in the villages.O texto aqui apresentado é parte do trabalho de conclusão de curso da liderança Jaqueline Tedesco, do povo Kaingang no Direito da Universidade Federal de Rio Grande-FURG. Na busca de dados sobre o processo seletivo especifico de indígenas na Universidade, a autora realizou uma entrevista com um dos professores que reuniu as comunidades indígenas e iniciou o diálogo institucional sobre o processo seletivo, após apresentar o material a partir da narrativa do professor Alfredo, ela estuda os dados sobre o ingresso, trazendo cursos e ingressos desde 2010 até o ano de 2023. Na conclusão, a autora destaca a importância de um processo seletivo específico, mas destaca a necessidade da universidade pensar sobre as vivências indígenas nas aldeias
