In this book, Estern's represented by India's intellectual heritage provides a fertile ground for development of new management ideas and conceptual foundations for a new vision of the corporate world.
Here Author explores the western concept of 'mode' is-supplemented and complimented by Indian concept for the emergence of a new integration as a basis for new management thought. So ideas for new management could be developed by Ester's scriptures and drawing upon Estern experience-of thousands of years. Synthesis has been the essence of Estern ethos. Here such experience is also new. Ideas are generated through synthesis and reinterpretation of ancient thoughts in new forms.
Accordingly several concepts developed in this book to knowledge creation and knowledge building to suit the current and future needs.
Such an approach would be required to improve not only the material conditions but also the spiritual conditions of human existence for better management practice.

Most ancient scriptures are written in Sanskrit language and remaining scriptures are written in Pali and Prakritya, all these scriptures contained the ideas of consciousness and intelligence in various forms. Further most of ancient scriptures are now available in English and Hindi languages. Many commentaries and repercussions are available on these ancient texts.

Different Countries is a reference book. It is aimed at Universities having future
engineers and managers who wish to understand concept of project management for the purpose
of using it in professional practice. it pervades the activities of every project. In fact it is the
manager's competence as project managers that enable us to distinguish between a failure and a
success project. Modern organization is adopting project management to make the process of
management in an ever increasing measure to be result oriented. Project Management is all about
action and innovation of a transformation for result oriented outcomes for society. A large
incidence of project failure in recent years is a clear indication that the professional project
managers do not know the success story of project. Perhaps, in consequences of their ignorance,
they do not take sufficient care to ensure the selection of correct managerial actions for project
success. Since project is governed by project documents, it is very important to bring the science
and technology of project in form of managerial action.
This book highlights the basic theories of project management and shows how they link to the
essential features of project success based of experience of developed and developing countries.
Several key themes are prominent in this reference book one is the global character of the field
of project management. Examples and cases throughout the book reinforce this. Another timely
theme is suggestions for improvement. Still another theme is the balance of theory and practice
between developed and developing country. Project Managers need to have a sound basis for
their decisions, but the theories that provide the basis must be grounded in the reality.
Throughout the book I explain the theoretical frameworks that guide managerial activities, and
then I provide illustrations and examples how and when those theories do and do not work based
on practice of different countries. And the fourth theme is that project management is generic
activity not conformed to only large project. I use it in both large and small project as well as in
national and international cases. Project managers can transfer themselves from positional to
personal power by effective use of it through their wide range of knowledge & Skill as a dealer
of hope.
The contents of the publication also include a series of research supervised by me to ensure the
depth of knowledge. I am not a project practitioner; however, I am as a consultant provides
professional advice. I got inspired by reading some articles and would like to introduce some
basic Concepts and analysis to projects managers.
Readers should not be confused as I have provided primary citations and secondary references'
to show the respects to all the previous authors. This will be useful for all engineers, managers,
executives, government officials, legislators, teachers and students serving in projects and even
in production for overcoming the problems of performance. I have addressed the issues of
disputes, documentations, risk, audit, value engineering and procedural aspects of project have
