Visual acuity at the onset of optic neuritis is typically worse in pediatric patients compared to adults but with better visual outcomes.1,2 Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) has been shown to be a sensitive biomarker for optic nerve injury in adult patients with MOGAD-optic neuritis; however, there is a paucity of literature regarding OCT findings in pediatric MOGAD-optic neuritis.
