THE EFFECT OF JOB SATISFACTION, MOTIVATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT TO THE PERFORMANCE OF THE PROCUREMENT EXPERTS IN THE INDONESIAN HOUSE OF REPRESETATIVE
The objective of this research has to study the effect of job satisfaction, motivation and organizational commitment on performance or the board of expert staff members of parliament, The research was conducted in Jakarta, and The data had been analyzed using path analysis. The population of this research were 91 person of expert staffs in the Parliament. The questionares of this research had been testing on the 40 expert staff. Therefore by simple randomly. The research finding more as follows : 1. There was positive direct effect of job satisfaction onexpert staffs performance, 2, there was a positive direct effect of motivation on performance of expert staff 3. There was a positive direct effect of organization commitment of expert staff. 4. There was a positive direct effect of organization commitment on performance, 5. There was a positive direct effect of job satisfaction on motivation of expert staff and 6. There was a positive direct effect job satisfaction on organizational commitment

Professional Human Resources to Create Consumer Satisfaction and The Impact on Purchasing Intention.
Knowledge and skills possessed by individuals will lead to behavior. Meanwhile, the behavior will produce performance. A person's ability, both knowledge or skills possessed in carrying out work will encourage them to perform well. Individual aspects related to individual abilities and work professionalism, group aspects related to the environment in which they work; such as discipline, job compensation, and job satisfaction as well as aspects of the organizational system related to the extent to which the employee adheres to a commitment to growing the company. The responsibility of human resource management in carrying out their duties is to be able to provide suitable substrates for talented and capable personnel in the organization such as; individual ability, work professionalism, organizational commitment, work discipline, work compensation, and job satisfaction so that they can carry out their duties with good quality. Thus, according to the results and objectives of this study, professional human resources can directly create consumer satisfaction and its impact on purchasing intention.
This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. To test the developed hypothesis using path analysis. Data were obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to culinary tourism actors using a survey method. The sampling technique used the entire population as a sample (census) with a Likert scale. Primary data analysis was carried out after testing the validity and reliability and normality of the data.

The role of digital tourism destination in achieving digital tourism destination performance through digital's role as intervening variables
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the role of digital tourism destinations in realizing the performance of digital tourism destinations through the role of digital as an intervening variable. This research approach is quantitative with the type of explanatory research. Sources of primary data were obtained using the survey method. This research was conducted in the Thousand Islands Regency, Jakarta before the Covid-19 period. Researchers have surveyed as many as 140 people to tourism actors, but from 140 people who meet the requirements 100 samples. To test the hypothesis using path analysis.
The research findings show that: (1) digital tourism destination variables (destination image, accessibility, infrastructure, and travel agency) affect the digital role; (2) digital tourism destination variables (destination image, accessibility, infrastructure, and travel agency) do not directly affect digital tourism destination performance; (3) Digital tourism destination variables (destination image, accessibility, infrastructure, and travel agency) through digital roles affect digital tourism destination performance.
The results of the analysis show that; (1) The success of digital technology that plays a role in providing tourism information contributes to providing a platform on digital technology as a form of providing information for potential tourists, this is effective because the millennial generation relies on various popular platforms that are commonly used in finding tourism information, and have met the criteria basic needs of life before tourism activities are carried out. The ability to share and exchange information between tourism providers and prospective tourists freely has an impact on increasing the number of tourists who; (2) The role of digital is used as a promotion in attracting tourists to visit using; formation of a positive destination image opinion, the availability of good accessibility including modes of transportation; infrastructure, tourist attraction areas that have added value, good travel agency services, so that the final impact can contribute to increasing the number of tourists. The ability to share and exchange information between tourism providers and potential tourists freely has an impact on digital tourism destination performance.

STRATEGIES FOR ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE AT RAGUNAN ZOO PARK TO ACHIEVE SUCCESS IN IMPLEMENTING INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
This research aims to analyze the organizational change strategy at Ragunan Wildlife Park for successfully implementing information technology, using Leavitt's Diamond model. The study employs a qualitative approach and a case study method, guided by a constructivist research paradigm and purposive sampling. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews and analyzed qualitatively using the filling system method. The findings reveal that change management at Ragunan Wildlife Park, guided by the Leavitt model, demonstrates that the implementation of information technology has led to technological changes that impact personnel. Employees are now required to develop competencies in technology use, which has altered job responsibilities and influenced the organizational structure. This change management is backed by top management to ensure the successful implementation of information systems. However, Leavitt's model does not address the role of the external environment in influencing changes in any of the variables. It is recommended to include the external environment's role to align change management with community needs
Can Knowledge Sharing and Work Proffesionalism Create a Conducive Organizational Climate?
Abstract
The role of human resources in creating a good organizational climate is an issue that has been researched previously. However, if we look at the effectiveness criteria presented by experts in the field of management, we understand that knowledge-sharing behavior and work professionalism can directly or indirectly play a very important role in improving employee performance. This study aims to analyze the contribution of knowledge sharing and work professionalism to creating a good organizational climate through emotional intelligence. This research was conducted at University of Prof. Dr. Moestopo (Beragama), Jakarta. Researchers use questionnaires as a tool to obtain primary data. Sampling used the entire population of 168 respondents. The research results show that: 1) knowledge sharing and work professionalism contribute significantly to emotional intelligence; 2) knowledge sharing and work professionalism contribute significantly to emotional intelligence, both directly and indirectly, to the organizational climate through emotional intelligence. Knowledge sharing and work professionalism behavior in an organization can create several positive things, including good organizational decision-making, a good organizational climate, and increased knowledge distribution on a more complex team work scale. The ability to manage emotional intelligence can create a good organizational climate. However, managing each individual's emotional intelligence depends on how much the individual is able to respond to their own emotional strength
Law Review of Islamic Capital Market Role to Support Sustainable Economic Development
Objective - The objective of this paper is to assess on how the rule of Islamic capital markets to support sustainable economic development and what kind of instruments can be developed.Method – The method used in this research is the study of normative juridical approach to legislation and the concept of Islamic economics through literature review.Result – Issuer's business activities related to support for environmentally friendly business activities are part of the implementation of sharia principles despite the provisions of the implementation of Islamic finance through a decision has not been stated . All types of instruments issued by issuers of sharia in Indonesia should be consistent with Islamic economic values, including the commitment to enforcement of environmentally friendly business activities.Conclusion – This finding suggests to strengthen the legal instruments in the issuer's issuance of Islamic instruments in the form of regulations issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission and through the National Fatwa Council of Sharia.Keywords : Islamic Capital Markets, sustainable economic development, friendly environment</p
DOES LEADERSHIP REQUIRE COMPETENCY IN REALIZING THE PERFORMANCE OF THE GOVERNMENT'S INTERNAL OVERSIGHT APPARATUS (APIP)?
Study This aims to know And analyze variables That influence realization performance at the Main Inspectorate of the Secretariat General of the DPR RI. Variables are leadership transformational, APIP performance, and competency. The method used in the study is descriptive quantitative, taking sample use sample fed up Which involves as many as 60 respondents employees. Data analysis uses validity and reliability tests, assumption tests classically (normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, and path analysis test whereas processing data uses SPSS 25. Results study show that: 1). V variable leadership transformational influential significant to APIP performance of the Main Inspectorate of the Secretariat General of the DPR RI, 2). Leadership transformational influence significant to the competence of the Main Inspectorate of the Secretariat General of the DPR RI, 3). Competence influential significant to APIP performance of the Main Inspectorate of the Secretariat General of the DPR RI, 4). Leadership transformational influence on APIP performance through variable competence in a way direct or not straight away.
 
AN ANALYSIS OF INVESTMENT OF FOOD SECURITY ON GREEN ECONOMY PROGRAM: CASE STUDY IN PINRANG REGENCY
The purposes of the research is to analyse the potency of sustainable green economy in the activities on the use of organic fertilizers that it is confirm that the sustainability of natural resources on agricultural land produce an agricultural product at the same time, such as the production of fisheries and plantations with 40 percent production increase followed by an investment in warehousing, grain milling. and export ports in an agricultural industrial area. The results show that the achievement of increasing agricultural production with green economic activities can provide welfare to the community with a twice and even higher in economic growth. The research method used is the Scientific Research Method to test the research hypothesis in which the researcher is directly involved in process. This research intended to determine the nature relationship of the application of the organic fertilizer and the increased of agricultural production, which they are arranged in a hypothesis. The implication of the research of food security in the green economy will encourage the improvement of the quality of human resource competencies as seen from the togetherness of farmers and the unity in carrying out their cooperation on duties and responsibilities in preserving the environment
INFORMATION ON MOTIVATION, COMPENSATION, WORK ENVIRONMENT AND ITS IMPACT ON THE PERFORMANCE OF SHARIA BANK EMPLOYEES
Competition of financial institutions is so tight, however the development of Islamic financial institutions the longer shows that the positive trend. The basic problem in islamic bank is how to spur employee performance to always improve. Excellent employees will contribute significantly to achieve the company’s goals. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) have been experiencing a significant growth. This research purposes to know the effect of motivation, compensation and work environment on employee performance at BSI KCP Pancor. The research used the quantitative with correlation method. The sample is collected by using saturated sampling method and multiple linear regression for analyzing the data. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 30 respondents source was distribution of questionnaires to BSI employees. This study found that Motivation (0,032<0,05), Compensation (0,021<0,05) and Work Environment (0,044<0,05) has significant and positive effect on employee performance at BSI KCP Pancor. This study assists to understand the bank management specifically in employee performance. In other hand, the findings can be preferences in making policy for government, helpful to use additional references about comparison of Islamic banks employee performance and its influence
The Effect of Organization Commitment to Performance of Kebangkitan Bangsa Party Members of Indonesian Parliament
Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) a party who carried the spirit of pluralism, democracy and has a long history of fighting for the rights of Indonesian to live safely, peacefully and comfortably. PKB Faction in DPR, 47 people sits in Indonesian Parliament, had a big mandate but the performance is bad. Commitment to an organization is an effective response (attitude) that results from evaluating work situations that connect or attach individuals to the organization. This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational commitments to their performance, especially in the PKB members’. This study uses a quantitative approach, survey methods and regression analysis techniques. In organizational commitment to PKB DPR RI members, they should have what is associated with a sense of identification (trust in organizational values), involvement (willingness to do their best for the sake of the organization) and loyalty (the desire to remain a member of the organization concerned). The results of this study indicate that the relationship between organizational commitment and the performance of members of the PKB faction is significantly correlated, means that board members who have high organizational commitment will have a good The implication is an effort that can be made by the leadership by understanding and uniting the perceptions of FPKB DPR RI members who works in DPR to create a conducive working atmosphere
